    Won't even close completely

    Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have sent emails and been calling off the hook, they delivered my dresser damaged and the drawers won't even close all the way. Customer service won't help since they're for online only and this store is a franchise. They can't even find me in the system. Thousands of dollars on a broken dresser that I can't return or get replaced. I can't believe they're still in business.

    I personally stopped in and spoke with the manager of this store who told me his name was Aldi. After I learned that my daughter and her future fiance's couch which is broken was delivered only 6 months ago. He told me that a repair technician would contact my future son-inlaw to schedule a repair No one called. I called the warranty repair line but no one answerd it within 15 minutes. The quality from the outside looks good but the arms under the padding are very cheap cardboard or something similar. See attached picture.

    Ashley has a great selection of furniture, but it makes no difference if they can't deliver and assemble it. These people are LAZY. I ordered a dining room table that they were supposed to deliver and assemble. When they arrived there was an existing dining room table in the area that we wanted the new table to go. They said that they could not assemble the table because there wasn't any space to do so. They never stated that by simply moving the table and making space, that they could assemble the table. As they were leaving, I told them that I moved the table and made room. I asked them to come back into the house and assemble the table. CLEARLY there is enough room (see the photo below). They idled in front of my house for over 10-minutes. I thought they were going to come back in, but they drove off. BEFORE they refused to put the table together, my existing table was on the far wall, directly under the thermostat, which I would argue was still enough room to put the table together. Still, we moved our existing table of the area completely, and clearly there was enough room. My house is over 4000 square feet. There IS room. This could have totally been avoided if they simply told us that we needed take 15-seconds to move the table even further out of the way, waited for us to do so, and then assembled the table. ALSO...For the item that they did manage to deliver, the doors were installed BACKWARDS (see photo attached). Like I said...LAZY.

    After six days since i went to the store there's been no communication from Ashley's management in the store or regional. No phone calls no emails nothing!

    TLDR: Buy furniture anywhere but here. Purchased March 21st and still waiting for items as of June 16th. I am so mad at myself for not checking the reviews before buying here. I have a similar story as the others and agree, I feel like this is a scam. If you're considering Ashley, just don't. If you do, at least go in with the expectation that it'll be an absolute nightmare. Picking out and purchasing furniture was soooo easy! Then it came down to actually getting the furniture.... March 21st: We were informed by our sales rep that delivery would be between 6-8 weeks "but don't worry because shipping is getting better and there is a good chance you'll get it sooner that that." OK great, we can deal with that. 7 weeks come along and we ask for an update. I inform the lady we were told between 6-8 weeks and she casually states oh noooo no no, it's closer to 10-12 weeks. UM WHAT?! Fast forward and we get 3 calls in a week all from different people all informing us of different delivery dates. Each time they'd call the delivery date was pushed out even more and each time they'd call they'd also ask if we'd like to do a partial delivery. YES! For the 3rd time send us what you have. 9 weeks after purchasing we get SOME of our bedroom furniture (which had several scratches and an entire drawer that was broken) and SOME of our couch. Will post updates as this nightmare progresses.... UPDATE #1: Ashley was able to get a replacement dresser for the broken one within 2 days. WOW! How amazing is that?! LOLJK they sent the wrong one...Honestly, deliver drivers and the people who schedule the delivery have been awesome and are the only reason why I'm not fuming right now. MAY 29th: One week after update #1 we recieved a replacement for the broken dresser. Again, delivery people were awesome. However *pro-tip* just plan on being home all day on delivery day, their delivery "window" is not a thing and they'll show up whenever they get to you. 10 weeks later we are still waiting for the rest of our sectional and bed frame. JUNE 9th: 11 weeks after purchasing we have a full couch (YAY) and part of a bedframe.... June 13th: Get confirmation that the rest of the bed will be delivered on 6/16. Prepare area for delivery and ensure I am available to recieve it. ON 6/16 I recieve a text update confirming my delivery for 6/17. It was changed at 8am on the day it was supposed to be delivered. UGH!

    TWO WRONG PILLOWS SHOULD HAVE BEEN KINGS THIS STORE IS A JOKE THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED THIS ISSUE!!!

    This store is a complete joke!! Bought 2 KING pillows got delivered queens called to let them know to exchange 1 month later they barely ship me the replacement and guess what QUEEN AGAIN they literally are the worst store ever complete headache they never answer their phones and my problem has still not been solved all we hear is excuses WHEN WILL THIS GET SOLVED!!! DO YOU GUYS A FAVOR DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

    Particleboard and veneer sold as oak. Took less than a year and money spent towards a useless warranty!

    Update June 26th 2023 I requested within my warranty to have my table fixed that literally started to peel at the top of the table and bow up! I was denied help to fix my table that I was told is so sturdy and basically indestructible will hold up while having kids and a husband and hasn't even lasted a year!! Want to know why it's falling apart less than a year later?? Because the whole thing is made up of veneer and particularlboard!!! That is not what it claims when you buy it! I have furnished my whole house several times with Ashley furniture not to mention gifts for family members... never again!! I feel like a fool! Take my warning and run! By the time you're done spending you can get quality furniture from someone who handmade it and will match your design

    My experience has gotten worse - regardless of the owners response to my last email. The staff at Ashley are willing to make repairs to my furniture but at a cost to me. They did repair the chair but the table will cost me additional money. Sort of defeats the purpose of the extended warranty.

The current iteration (whose name I did not notice), has a separate room inside with arty, gothy, new items that have high prices for a thrift store. The sidewalk has racks, shelves, and bins of clothes, shoes, VHS tapes in the sun, furniture, and random items. The inside has decor, books, furnishings, games, etc. Sounds kind of normal, right? Wrong: No prices were marked on the thrift merchandise. I didn't see anything I wanted enough to start the haggle process. My recommendation to the operator is to price everything. Staplers, index cards, and masking tape are cheap. At the very least, post a sign with generic prices like jeans $5, shoes $7, tops $4, books $2, melted vhs tapes FREE.

Remedies is not that. Most of the items are big box store or anchor store brands, i.e. Macy's, Walmart, JCPenney, Sears, etc. with some teen brands thrown in. Flipping through the jeans section the highest quality pair I found were from Banana Republic and there was only one pair of those. I know I am being highly critical, but that is because with resale you have to be. You have to know your brands and what they are worth, in order to not waste your money. I think this could be a cute and popular store with some editing. It looks more thrift store, than resale now. As if they aren't choosing pieces so much as taking donations. It look cluttered and unorganized as you walk in. So even arranging things by color as well as size would make it more appealing. I really wanted to be able to give them 3-stars because I love my neighbors, I love small businesses, I want them to succeed. But I also can't lie and say I will be back very often. I will check up occasionally and update.

Huge parking lot in a strip mall with many businesses. It was dark when I arrived and the parking lot was pretty dim with some lights burnt out. I don't like dark parking lots so found a light to park under. First thing I noticed when through the doors was Valentines items. I picked out a couple cards, cute red waffle iron and a set of kitchen towels for a gift. As I proceeded back further into the store there were several empty rows and a couple more partially empty rows. I was hoping for more but this location was pretty non-impressive. The one is Tualatin is wonderful and chuck full of items. They do charge for bags, 5 cents.

They took over an abandoned store, can't remember what was there, just know that having a HomeGoods here will definitely revitalize this little area. People were coming and going and it was quite crowded for a rainy Sunday. Maybe it's the time of year, but the large store footprint was not filled with goods like most HomeGoods. Many shelves and entire sections were bare. Like all HomeGoods, they had all the usual suspects - seasonal, gourmet food and snacks, gourmet chocolate, art, bedding, kitchen gadgets, bakeware, storage, small furniture, rugs, home decor, pet toys, beds and bowls, lamps, towels, pillows, bath accessories, faux plants and more! My favorite section is the gourmet food. It's a challenge for me to leave a HomeGoods without a bag of artisanal pasta! They have so many varieties and shapes not found in grocery stores in the PNW so when I see them, I have to purchase! I'm from an Italian American family with roots in NJ where the pasta aisles at grocery stores are a full aisle! So this section thatba,so contains olive oils, aged balsamic, roasted peppers, capers, pesto, artichoke tapenade and other Italian pantry items makes me very happy. The seasonal section is also a must. Right now it's exploding with all things pink, red, hearts and love for Valentine's Day. Those gnomes that used to be relinquished to the garden now find themselves dressed up for every season. Shelves filled with gnomes wearing pink hats and sweaters dominate this section. I'm in this area frequently running errands so no doubt this will become a regular stop.

Dania furniture is beautiful, and I very much admire it when I visit my friends homes. I then went & purchased my first Lanson Nightstand. I bought it July 1, 2025, and was told it was on backorder. I have inquired about my order on 2 different occasions, and it is now July 31st, and I still haven't received my 1 nightstand. There isn't 1 Lanson Nightstand in the PDX area? Plus, I was told, when it does finally come in, I have to drive to Beaverton to pick it up myself. My (Dania purchasing) friends think I'm joking. They have never had to wait for product past a day or two, much less pick it up across town. This was not the way I wanted to experience my first purchase. It certainly does not encourage me to buy future items. I guess my nightstand is coming from Malasia. I'm just shocked that at some point, maybe you need to consider having a little bit more stock on hand. Trying to wait patiently. How about when it comes in, can you deliver it to your NE location & toss in a second one in good faith? A girl has to ask. :)
