Dania furniture is beautiful, and I very much admire it when I visit my friends homes. I then went & purchased my first Lanson Nightstand. I bought it July 1, 2025, and was told it was on backorder. I have inquired about my order on 2 different occasions, and it is now July 31st, and I still haven't received my 1 nightstand. There isn't 1 Lanson Nightstand in the PDX area? Plus, I was told, when it does finally come in, I have to drive to Beaverton to pick it up myself. My (Dania purchasing) friends think I'm joking. They have never had to wait for product past a day or two, much less pick it up across town. This was not the way I wanted to experience my first purchase. It certainly does not encourage me to buy future items. I guess my nightstand is coming from Malasia. I'm just shocked that at some point, maybe you need to consider having a little bit more stock on hand. Trying to wait patiently. How about when it comes in, can you deliver it to your NE location & toss in a second one in good faith? A girl has to ask. :)

We probably spent over 2 hours in the store, testing out just about every sofa for our apartment. And asked him a thousand questions. He didn't upsell us anything, if anything I felt he was always trying to find us good deals for our budget. He was really knowledgeable with his inventory as well. I ordered a sofa from them, waited nearly a month and a half for it, and then it wouldn't fit in my new place. I contacted them within 24 hours for my return. After talking with multiple customer service reps and salespeople I was unable to get it resolved and each person told me something different. Store credit, refund, partial refund, reselection, return... On and on. It cost me multiple weekends and evenings and an unbelievable amount of stress, on top of the chaos of moving and having to start over shopping for furniture. It finally escalated to the district manager today when I pushed back on the 20% restocking fee. I'm not paying over $300 NOT to have a sofa. They informed me "well clearly you just don't care about the company." Obviously? You're a furniture store?? And you already have the sofa! IN THE PACKAGING. If you find something you love, get it online through a third party retailer. It's the SAME furniture delivered *by Ashley from their warehouses* for 50-60% of the price. It's no surprise they have multiple class action lawsuits. Such a terrible experience. You're better off saving yourself some time and setting fire to your money.
