Target is one of my favorite stores! Ok...it's my favorite. I visited this location today for a drive-up. Today I visited a little after 3pm and it was fairly quick compared to coming between the hours of 5-7pm, during these times there could be a bit of a wait. The drive-up option is quite convenient & I use it often. Use the app to add your items to your cart, check out and pick up about 2 hours later (or quicker - Target will notify you). Head to the store, notify target on the app & a team member will bring your items out & load them into your vehicle. I started using this option at the beginning of Covid & don't know how I lived without it before. read more

I wish the clothing was taken cate of more. It's always disheveled. My last trip I folded all of the men's graphic tshirts myself so I could properly go through and find what I want. Dressing room staff are not friendly. I asked one young lady to keep an eye on my cart while I tried on 2 items. Came out, cart gone along with my other items. She did not help me loo for it or anything. Unfortunately my items were the last ones. Picture attached is when apparently some man stole a purse from someone and smashed candles to keep staff at bay. Security just walked around looking lost waiting for police. It's being said on social media that Huntersville location is smaller but better than this one. And don't me started how they never display Tabitha Brown's items. read more

Probably the worst target I have ever been to. The people who work there are rude and miserable. On multiple occasions I was on line for the register and they make you wait 15-20 mins on a line when it's busy just to get to the front, for them to say hey I'm closed. Like come on man you don't have a closed sign or common sense, you see all these people online and you waste our time. If you ever wanted to deal with people in customer service who have no regards for their customers and just dont care to be here go to this target. Like it's 2025 do you not have the simplicity to have "a it's closed sign" or one of the 20 people walking around doing nothing to have one person manage the lines if the cashier can't multi task. Just a huge headache coming to this target. read more

I've been to this Target location many times before and I have never had an issue finding anything that is needed. On the most recent visit, it was a curbside pick up order for the visit, so it went pretty quickly. However, inside the store, there is a variety of options available. This includes not only the Target store products, but also the food options as well. You can grab food and drink inside the location here. The staff has always been friendly and helpful in the store location. If there's something you cannot find, you can simply ask a store associate and they are able to help you find it if it is in stock. This location is off on WT Harris in the North Lake area. There is plenty of parking at this location, as it is also home to a variety of other stores and eateries in the shopping center. read more

Who doesn't love a Target run? Stopped by Northlake Target on a Tuesday evening after work. The parking lot was full and I had to park further back. This is your typical Target store. I didn't encounter many employees while shopping but the man standing at the entry on the way out was friendly and wished me a good evening. This store was out of several items I needed but other than that my visit was good. The cleanliness was average. They had plenty of carts, baskets and sanitizing wipes available for use. Today I was able to check right out..thank god bc typically the self check out here is out in the produce section. read more

Clean and neat stores but little or no service and very limited selection for Children, Toddlers and Babies except for perhaps apparel. We're driving to Marietta GA on Thanksgiving Day. Since we will not be back before Christmas, we are going to have a big Thanksgiving Dinner, Celebrate the 4th Birthday of Tyler the middle Child and celebrate Christmas The youngest member of the family is 5 months old and will be 6 months old a couple of weeks before Christmas. They have her standing with support and it will not be long before she starts walking. My Son had suggested getting her a Walker which was out aim. My wife had looked at the Target in Mooresville and Huntersville but was not impressed with either. Viewing the Target Website they offer a broad choice of walkers and we hoped that we would have better luck with a Target next to a major Mall. I had suggested picking it up at the Target in Kennesaw GA but my wife wanted to take no chances that they would be out or risk the Black Friday Crowd so she wanted to take it down with us. Out of all of the Walkers shown on their Website, they only had two in the store and neither offered the learning experiences we want to have in the Walker and one of those Walkers was a Baby Einstein Model. It's claim to fame was that it played Bach, Mozart, Vivaldi and Beethoven. Both Walkers were of the same just under $50 price points. In the 20 to 30 minutes we were in the store, we had zero interaction with any Target Associate. Could not even find an Associate to ask a simple question of "is this all you have", "can we order and pickup' etc. That said, the next day, my wife had me go back to the Target in Mooresville. She had been before and was not impressed with the selection since they only had two styles but this time they had a more robust unit. It had a lot more stimulus activities and while it had a price point of just under $100, the price was not the driving factor. Again found it on our own but at least we found a roving associate who checked up out in the middle of the store so that we did not even have to go through checkout. Much improved but still disappointed with the Northlake Location. read more

It's very difficult to rate a Target store on Yelp. They are all pretty similar. What you find in one Target is what you're likely to find in another Target, unless ... it's a Super Target! Actually, I don't know the difference other than more of the same stuff. On the other hand ... this Target has Lionel Richie! In that case, recommended. read more

This is the first time that I had an issue with drive up at this Target. My first thought was that the main problem is they only have 8 drive up spaces, unlike other target stores in the area like Huntersville and Mooresville who have more drive up spaces. Surprisingly the app did tell me that 5 - 7 PM is a busy time, but like most people that was the time that I could go - after work. When I pulled up all 8 spaces were full. I waited at least 10 minutes before I started seeing people parked in drive up leave their cars to go inside the store and retrieve their orders. I don't know how long they had been waiting, but I imagine they had been waiting a while. Finally after more than 10 minutes three associates came out, each pushing a cart full of orders. They probably should have planned that differently. Still took a few minutes for me to get a drive up parking spot and then to get my items, so in all I waited about 15 minutes. It's not extremely unreasonable, but I don't think I've ever waited that long for a drive up order at any Target store. To avoid waiting, I would avoid that busy time period. read more

I love shopping at this Super Target. The grocery section is excellent and the store is always clean and well kept. I wish Target was not affiliated with CVS, but alas. The vision store is nice with friendly workers. There is ample parking and the curbside and pickup options here are easy and efficient. Overall it is a great place to shop. read more

If you don't love going to target something is wrong with you. Target has everything you could possibly need and more. I always run in for one or two things and end up spending $100. I know I'm not the only one with that problem! It's a great place for groceries, housewares, toiletries, clothe, and decor. Not to mention plenty of other things I probably forgot to mention. Some locations have a larger grocery section that others. You can even load up on beer and wine if needed :) target is always a fun place to shop for seasonal decor and don't forget the dollar spot! This store never disappoints. It is always clean, including the restrooms. Isles are wide and easy to navigate. Items are where you would expect to find them...you don't have wander up and down isles trying to find things. Checkout personell are courteous, engaging and helpful. read more

Usually out of stock of items and honestly, yesterday was the final straw for me. Ordered online and picked up through the drive up service to purposely avoid wasting my time searching for items that they don't have, which the my should and still missed two items. I should have known when the employee was so eager to put my items in the trunk. After calling guest services and being interrogated and put on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on, I called back and received no answer. So, now I have to ride back up later today and try to retrieve my items or a refund, if possible. Target is going downhill and this is one of the reasons why. Bad service and unnecessary effort being put on consumers. I used to love going into Target to check out all of the awesome things and rack up. I won't be doing that anytime soon! read more

Everything you need for your home, from kitchen electronics to towels for the bathroom and even some furniture, this SuperTarget also has a full grocery section. Personal care and cosmetics and a full service pharmacy. It's a much easier shop than Wal-Mart but you pay for that with prices that seem to be about 10% higher in my ballpark estimation. Tons of parking and the red plastic trolleys never seem to have one broken wheel. It's not my usual stomping grounds, but I was looking for something and they had it here. I'm happy. read more

I just did a drive up order and was screamed at by a hostile employee named James. He said to go ahead and complain as he was a team leader. I can't imagine how someone with such horrible people skills and aggressive behavior would be working in a frontline, customer service environment. As a paying customer who spends copious amounts of money at that store and likewise a human being deserving of common courtesy and respect, it's pretty pathetic to receive such treatment. I called and complained to target customer service which took an additional 30 minutes of my time and tried three times to contact the service desk at the store only to be hung up on every single time. This is unbelievable and truly POOR behavior on every level. Stores mismanaged like this don't deserve our business. Buyer beware! read more

After frequenting this location quite regularly, I must update my review. This location has greatly declined in terms of its staff friendliness and presence, product selection, and cleanliness. The grocery section no longer keeps its regular Market Pantry items in stock. There are always huge gaps of missing items in the frozen sections. This applies to ice cream treats, yogurts, frozen fruit, etc. I understand it happening every now and then, but they are regularly out of items. I know this because I'm in here every week and no longer can do most of my grocery shopping here. The bathrooms are a nightmare. It would behoove you to just hold it if you can and not go here. They seem to enjoy doing that dreaded delayed line opening thing that occurs in Walmart stores. They will wait until there are multiple long lines until they give in and call up for more cashiers. Thankfully, this isn't much of an issue during the holiday season. I'll continue to shop here because of its convenient location to my workplace but it is just not the same. read more

This Target is one of my favorite stores in all of Charlotte. It is in an area with tons of places to eat and shop. This store has an optical with a very friendly staff to help you purchase contacts, glasses, or sunglasses. They can even do eye exams on you if you need a new prescription. Beside of the optical station is the Target clinic where you can visit for minor, non-emergency issues like sinus infections or strep throat. They are very quick and ready to help get you better ASAP. The selection if merchandise at Northlake Target is even better than the Midtown Target. They even have people who give food samples on certain days. If you go to Optical at Northlake, ask for Sierra. She is AWESOME! If you go to Pharmacy, Jenice is super friendly and will give you a flu shot or fill your script quickly. The store is very clean and filled with team members who are ready to help you with a positive shopping experience. read more

Every and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME I place an order for pickup, it is not ready within the allotted amount of time in the app. No matter how big or small the order is. Today, I ordered AirPods in the app; one item....ONE. Well over two hours later and it is not ready. It still says processing. While being given the option to cancel my order, go inside the store and shop myself, I'd rather be able to enjoy the convenience of getting my order brought to my vehicle as promised by the Target app. Whatever app Target uses to manage orders needs to be updated. Your employee should be able to see my order status and let me know approximately how long it will be before it's ready. Also, an order for ONE ITEM should not take three hours. IF there is a delay in the TWO HOURS you promised me, let me know on the app when I place my order so I can choose another location instead of waiting and undisclosed amount of time. Managers are not apologetic nor accommodating when made aware of this issue. I love Target as a franchise BUT this location is terrible with the online orders. Do better. read more

5 stars for the service at the customer counter and when you pick up the red phone. 3 stars for having things in stock more often than midtown but less than they should. Products, Quantities, Availability drive me to the edge of questioning Target to just please work harder to notice what customers are buying. Trends should determine who gets what and where. 17 stars for someone turning in my package left behind and customer service rep Justin for actually calling me back when I didn't immediately call him back. The parking lot kills me everytime but it's manageable. The Shopkick works here more often than anywhere. It's a great location when there's a ton of "catch up" on errands and returns this place makes leaving the mall lot seem like a reward for a hard day's work. That's all. read more

This location is HUGE. It is clean and about 95% of the staff is always helpful. It is easy to wander aimlessly through the store. It is also just as easy to go in and out with a mission but who goes to Target to do that? And because it not just a Target but a Super Target, you can do your household shopping and grocery shopping all in one trip. Huge huge store up near Northlake Mall. Nice and well kept. There's practically a full sized Starbucks at the front and the usual snack place but wayyyyy bigger than a normal Target. Was killing time here before meeting people at the mall. I do like how the parking is configured so that you don't have the normal (insert explative here) people thinking they are so brilliant they would park up on the fire lane while they shop at their convenience. read more

With Super Target, you can't go wrong. Housewares, full grocery, kitchen items, pharmacy, clothing, electronics, sporting goods AND a Starbucks?! Yes, indeed. This particular location is huge & laid out differently than my local Mooresville store. Luckily in the past, they may have different items altogether or have something in stock that Mooresville doesn't. Also, how about prime real estate? All the shops / resturaunts around it, not to mention Northlake Mall. The employees here aren't too friendly & don't ever ask "can I help you find something", as I experience at other Target stores. My favorite Target, and I have been to a lot of them. The parking lot is well lit, and usually clear of rolling carts that have gotten away. And remarkably, the carts inside are almost always clean. That's important to me, especially when my kid was little enough to sit in the cart. The $ spot is no longer just a $, and to be honest I don't even check it anymore, I never seem to find anything to buy there. I love the housewares section, I wander the aisles looking for a gadget or a whatsit to pick up. I really like that everything is priced, no need to search for a scanner like at the other guy. The Holiday shop is pretty cool, especially when the markdowns start. This location is Super, so it has a grocery store. Unlike the location in Huntersville, this is a full grocery, not a smaller version. Oh, and a Starbucks on the premises doesn't hurt either. I have never bought anything from the café, but the customers seem happy with their purchases. read more

Super Target is right! You better pay attention to whether you will be going out of the regular part of the store or the grocery part of the store when you're parking or you may be in for a long walk! I don't come to this location much but, every time I do, it is really crowded with shoppers. Luckily, as sort of noted above, the parking lot is huge. The crowded part seems to take it's toll when it comes to check out time as, to me, they never seem to have enough lanes open so the lines are generally long. To Target's credit though, their process and technology seem to help long lines move a bit more quickly than at a Walmart. read more

Hey it's Target. What else can I say? It's the closest joint to home with all the retail standards from groceries to home goods to clothes. In general they have all they basics but compared to Wal-Mart, though Wally World has better prices and a far superior selection, Target has the whole "end cap" thing down. I used to work for Target on the sales floor. It wasn't the greatest experience but it never soured me to shopping there. What I like the most is the quirky little designer-line items they always push through here. Take designer items from any category: bed and bath, clothes, stationery, kitchen items, etc. and they've got something representative within that. As of late it's been things under the "Feed" brand which appears to me to be some way to buy and they make donations for each purchase. Nonetheless, that's what keeps Target new and interesting. You almost can't group them into a category of comparison with Wal-Mart. I'm often waiting to come in and see what's new as well as the most recent end-cap clearance deals. read more

I usually have no issue finding exactly what I need when I come in for my Target/relaxation trip. I may have made the mistake of dragging my husband along during this trip, which prevented me from aimlessly walking the aisles in no hurry whatsoever. I came in specifically for health/beauty items and found the store to be out of two of the items I needed. I've noticed that the buggies are sometimes in the bay with trash still left in them. I would recommend this store to others based on past target experience. I will be back, as this is the closest target and more conveniently located than the other university Target location. read more

I love this Target! I recently moved to this side of town and quickly discovered that there were no grocery stores as close as Target. There's a Starbucks inside. I can really stop there right? But no really, there's a Starbucks and a cafe inside so shopping while hungry is never an issue. Overall, the store is typically well kept and clean. I buy 100% of my groceries here and have never been disappointed with quality. At first I felt awkward about grocery shopping at Target and soon got over it. They also have good meat markdowns throughout the week. Good as in I've gotten Flintstone sized steaks for $4 before. Staff is always friendly and nice. Sometimes, they can honestly be too nice if I want to be in and out. There are now some self-checkout options that just opened for an added convenience. Sometimes they can be a little understaffed at the registers so it's pretty awesome. Overall, this Target is pretty solid in my book. Just be careful because the parking lot can be a hot mess at times. read more

What's not to love about a Super Target... it's all of the things you love about the original Target stores but with an expanded grocery section more of what you would expect in a Walmart. However, the grocery section is smaller and does not have as much variety as a regular grocery store or Super Walmart. The store is always clean and stocked well. The layout and flow is a little more confusing than other Targets that I have been in, but you get used to it. I have never had an issue with customer service in this store. This Super Target also has a Starbucks and Pizza Hut Express/Snack Bar inside of it. read more
