I had a little time to kill, so I decided to venture into TJ Maxx only to find the most adorable little girls clothes with matching headbands and some with an adorable purse! The sets range from $19.99 to $29.99. Although I found some cute fines, I needed to take a bathroom break from shopping, and I was very disappointed with the condition of the bathroom; needless to say I rushed my shopping so I would not have to use the disgusting bathroom! TJ Maxx really needs to assign someone to check out the bathrooms on a regular basis because what I witnessed was unacceptable and a health violation... Do better TJ Maxx! read more

This is the absolute worst TJ Maxx that I have ever been to. The dressing rooms are literally always closed no matter the time or day and the aisles are junky and unorganized. I just had left the gym, stopped in too shop Had been in maybe a few minutes, a lightskin black guy asked if I was using the buggy I just got I said yes I can't get down the isle there was a lady with get buggy, a black lady with curly twisted hair kept going in and out the isle looking behind stuff watching me, I went down a isle just too make sure I wasn't tripping... she peeped behind a isle and I just looked at her, I was talking too my sister on my ear piece telling her what happened... the light skin guy popped back up again with a buggy of stuff , saying excuse me as he went by me, as I was going too the register I asked the cashier if I could speak too a manager... she told the lady beside her, she talked too someone on her headset ... then she asked me what I wanted I said the manager are you the manager she said no , I spoke too a lady and told her how I felt profiled ... she apologized I told her not too it was not her it was the people working their ... she said I know but I'm the manager and I don't want you too feel that way .. I told her just teach them not too profile people based on their skin color my money green ...I will never shop their again read more

Honestly I love this store. They have so many great finds from clothing(formal,active wear,day to day,baby clothes). Lots of nice dog/cat beds, bowls, and food storage! A nice TJ Maxx yet I haven't found one that I didn't like. They are all geared up for Mothers day. The display at the entrance is so inviting. It appears they have additional jewelry, perfume, mugs, ready for Mothers day. The one downside to this store is that their shoe section is VERY small. I never find shoes here because there is really nothing to choose from. I tend to hit the purse section, the housewares, and the seasonal section when I visit this store. The staff are friendly and ask if you need assistance. I love that TJ Maxx has an area in the back where they store carts. I can't tell you how many times I have gone in for something specific, not grabbed a cart then needed one. So convenient that there is one in the back! I love shopping at TJ Maxx! I particularly feel like this store tries to keep itself organized as much as they can which I can appreciate. Their check out line moves at a great pace despite it being crowded or not. There is always someone greeting you at the door which I find to be a plus. I came in looking for Christmas sweaters for my husband and I. After having no luck at Burlington right next door, I decided to stop in for the first time. It was around 8:30a so the store wasn't very busy. The racks were stocked and I was able to find just what I needed. It wouldn't be right if I didn't browse for other items that I didn't realize I needed until I saw them, lol! I ended up finding pajama sets for my boys as well as a kids robe. There was no wait in the line and the cashier that assisted me was very friendly and efficient. One of my shirts didn't have a tag so I brought up a similar shirt for her to ring up in it's place. She was able to create a tag quickly and moved through the transaction with no problems. I will definitely return because I saw a number of great bargains that I can't wait to snag! read more

I have been to a few TJ Maxx's before. None of them ever made me want to come back until I visited this store. The selection is here is great. Compared to next door (Burlington) they offer a little higher end product, so the price is not as cheap but I believe you get a better quality. The store is smaller than what I have seen before, or at least feels small when there are a lot of people in the store. The aisles could have been made a little bigger. But I found many a great deal in this store. Another Yelper mentioned looking in the clearance and markdown sections, and this is not a lie. Do it. You would be so surprised at what you can find. They have a great variety to choose from in each section of the store. All the employees I encountered were very friendly and eager to help. The inside of the store and the dressing rooms were also very clean which nowadays most stores seem to be a little on the dirty side and also unorganized. This store was clean and organized. I've been shopping at this TJ Maxx for years. Just like any other TJ Maxx, the best days to shop here are Wednesdays and Thursdays. The various items in the store are greatest on those days. Once Friday arrives, and the weekend, new items are usually purchased and you'll have to wait for the next shipment to arrive. I love shopping in TJ Maxx because of pricing and variety. I finally made a note to add my favorite TJMaxx store to Yelp. Every time I am in the store (frequently), I cannot find the correct naming convention in order to check in. After searching Yelp, I realize it has never been added. That is unbelievable! Come on people, I am not the only one that shops at TJ Maxx. In any case, this is my go-to location. Came here to find a few clothes for my son. I found everything I needed for now. The prices were really good on some clothes, and just ok on the other clothes I bought. I didn't like the fact that the 2 room dressing room for the men is on the other side of the store from the boys and men's department. Store was not too disorganized. Nice staff. read more

Okay okay when I first went into a TJ Maxx I was not sold. I didn't like the fact that I had to search for things and they weren't laid out for me neat and orderly...I consider that one of my "what was I thinking" eras. Now I know that TJ Maxx is filled with all kinds of hidden gems. The best day to shop and get a leg up is in the middle of the week (new shipment put out). I find if u go in on Saturday then you can find a lot of stuff marked down. I love this store, I can find something for everyone if I'm shopping for gifts (urban wear to pretty boy swag); completely decorate my house and get a new outfit (with shoes and accessories) for hitting the town. I recommend finding what each TJ Maxx in different locations specialize in carrying (the one in Concord Mills Mall has great household goods) so u know where to go when u need a certain something :) read more

I usually shop at concord Mills location. But parking there has been very annoying especially during race week! Being an interior decorator I am always looking certain pieces. Don't get me wrong, I love TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and Marshall's just like anyone else who loves designer and name brand finds at a bargain but the product selection at this location didn't really impress me very much. I saw a lot of "juniors" clothing by names I didn't recognize, crowded racks that took up the majority of the floor instead of simply being used to supplement some organized fixtures, and I had a hard time finding what I went in hoping to find. I will definitely be checking out other stores next time. read more
