I had been bypassing this place for Target for awhile and finally decided to go in and see what they had. It's your typical discount store (similar to Gabe's or Ollie's) and they sell a little bit of everything. The store is large and well stocked. I didn't buy anything that that day but I would go back and look next time in the market for something specific like bedding or a vacuum cleaner. read more

Bathroom and kitchen stuff, furniture and even pet supplies. Finds today two bags of snacks, two six paxks of Pellegrino flavors, a new unopened Sony cd player (for movies) a couple of hair clips and other random things for under twenty dollars! read more

Bargain Hunt is truly that - A Bargain Hunt. When I first walked in, I was like WTF and SMH. I thought it was going to be a complete waste of time. I scanned the first aisles very quickly. Not intrigued by anything I saw. I kept seeing these pink signs with information about checking the dates and certain percentages off. So I stood at end cap trying to read the labels and couldn't figure out where the date was listed at. There was an associate not far from me and she was able to explain to me where to look for the dates. Not all labels have a date but if one is listed it is in big bold font on the upper left hand corner. The store associate was very helpful and friendly and even smiled at me. That was indeed pleasant. So now armed with the knowledge I needed, I didn't mind that the store was a little messy. I now understood why. At the time of my visit, anything with a date of 11/10/16 was 90% off! So of course I was on that bargain hunt and seeing what I could find! Of course anything that was going to be 90% off was going to be rare find but I managed to find two toys for my son. He was happy and I was happy! Bargain Hunt has a wide variety of items. Everything you would find in your local discount store like Ross, Burlington, Marshalls or anything else similar. The difference is Bargain Hunt's merchandise is all old merchandise from other stores. We recognized Target and Costco to name a few. I didn't venture into the clothing section until the end because I was like there is no way I am buying clothing from here but I did peek a little bit on my way to the register and most of the items were from Target. And at much cheaper prices! I will undoubtedly check out the clothing on my next visit. If you can get the disarray and mess of the shelves, and come with a little bit of time on your hands - you are sure to find a good deal here. read more

I think I expected more because of the good reviews. I came ready to spend money but I was disappointed I started with food items on the right. Raos pasta sauce for $7.00. Way too expensive. I thought all the items on that shelf were overpriced. As I go to the cleaning products,I felt the same way. I found the small appliances in the back and they were often open boxes with things missing There was a decent selection of baby items ,but not really a deal I got a bottle brush for $4.50 not a great deal Ok, so maybe it was really picked over because of Christmas. I kind of hate having to share a review here because I don't want the secret getting out, but I know it would be totally unfair! Before you go here, go with the understanding that it is hit or miss! They get shipments all the time full of clothing, household goods, kitchen equipment, decor, stationary, etc. Many of the items are from Target. Not sure if it's because of the close proximity or if that is just one of their main sources. I have personally had some amazing finds here including: a Emile Henry spoon rest for $3, a ten piece set of green pots and pans $68, 16oz McCormick vanilla extract $11 The store is definitely quirky. They have a lot of pre work clothes -- like consignment. They have lots of brand new never been worn clothes too though. They have high end baby items. Lots of children's toys too. The store is large and well organized, but it's a little bit of a warehouse feel. The people that work there are pretty nice, I became friendly with a girl named Cori she was so sweet. This place is truly a Bargain Hunt. It is a hot ass mess but in a good way. If Gabe's, Big Lots, Target, and TJMaxx had a love child- this would be it. When you walk in, all you see is stuff. They have clothing, baby stuff, school supplies, home goods, bedding, ceiling fans, lunch boxes, dog beds, electronics, and everything else under the sun! The stuff is good stuff that you've seen in other stores. They lower their pricing if an item has been in the store for longer times. It's a little confusing but some other reviewers explained it well and they have signage around the store. I ended up leaving with a block/shelf/stand thing that Target carried about 5 months ago that PERFECTLY matches a desk I have for $13. It wasn't in the store for long and was due for a markdown next week- I didn't want to risk not getting it so I chose not to wait. It was about $20-$30 at other stores so I gladly purchased it. I will be back hands down for some furniture. They have some great bar stools, outside furniture, and accent chairs. read more

Neat store with lots of stuff. Some isles were a little messy and some things seemed out of place but I think that is just because of the type of store that it is. This is a great place to go to find some good deals- especially on lawn ornamental items. Will definitely return when we move. read more

I am a person who really dislikes paying full price for items. That is why this store was appealing for me. I consider myself a true bargain shopper and that is why I do enjoy coming into this establishment to check out the deals they have! If you are willing to "hunt" around you 100% can find some really awesome deals! They have everything to electronics, washer and dryers, clothes, workout equipment, shoes, kitchen appliances, school supplies, bathroom and bedroom decorations and appliances. They also have a whole pets section! I actually found the cat litter I usually buy for a cheaper price than Amazon. The real bargain is finding items with older dates on the sticker. The longer the item has been around the higher discount you will get. That is what makes this place a bargain! When you decide to come make sure you give yourself plenty of time to shop around because it is easy to spend an hour or two looking for deals!! With all of that being said, you need to be cautious when hunting for deals. I have come in multiple times to check on an item that I would like (waiting for the date to get further away for the better deal) and the store keeps slapping a new sticker with a new date on it! This past week I went in on August 5th and most of the merchandise had a sticker for 8/10/17! Not to mention I have seen items have the original store tag on it and that was cheaper than Bargain Hunt's price (I have specifically seen this in the decorative pillow section). Just be carefully and even though this is a bargain store be smart when you shop!! Overall, no matter the good or the bad, I do really enjoy this store. I have bought great things here! This store had a lot of nice items to offer. I went in the store on the weekend they were selling outdoor items at 50% off. Reasonable and affordable prices, staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is that this is the type of store where the items can be there today and gone tomorrow. I would go back again! read more

I love this store. You can always find some seriously great deals. For the most part it is well organized and the quality of the items in the store are good. The name says it all because it really does feel like a hunt. You never know what you might find. Come in with an open mind and see what you can find. Pay attention to the date on the tag and see how long it's been there to see if you get a discount. I have a few issues with the store however. I've came back for items that I've seen and wanted to wait so that the new dates would kick in and the item would be discounted down. But instead of keeping the original sticker on they place a new sticker on that refreshes the date so it's still the same price and no discount! They got my hopes up thinking that it would be 25-50% off but they just put a new date on it and made it so it wasn't discounted. This has happened on multiple items. I've even found items with the original price tags from other retailers (Target) with prices that were cheaper then what Bargain Hunt was selling it for! That's not how bargains go if you ask me. Overall I do like this store but be smart and know what is really a discount and what is not. But that applies to everywhere you go shopping! It pays to do your research. read more

This place honestly has a ton of great deals, but you definitely have to be open and willing to search for them. The store is pretty big and is not that well organized, but it can be a bit of an adventure. -Aptly named. I have a neat French Press that I got from here for around $13. The cool thing about this store is that you don't really know what you're going to find. There are aisles designated for certain things, but the categories aren't concrete-meaning you're bound to find something that doesn't belong in the home decor aisle, but that may belong in your home. The store has great reduced prices. The only problem is that they place date stickers on the items; which will give you a greater discount if it falls further back than the date listed on the discount signs throughout the store. This is problematic because they tend to put new stickers on older items to reduce the amount of discount you receive. Nonetheless, it is definitely worth a visit if you have not been. read more

While shopping here I experienced terrible customer service. I was ready to checkout but it was unclear which registers were open. I asked one of the associates and she proceeded to look at me then turn to her coworker to talk, completely ignoring me. I said "does that mean you're open?" Instead of responding, she continued to talk to her co-worker and without making eye contact or axle owning me at all, pointed to the new register across from her. Calling all broke teens, cheap parents, and thrifty Gift-seekers. Bargain Hunt has aisles and aisles of women's clothes, maybe 5 men's racks, mostly shirts, and mostly under 15$. I came here one time in fall. I copped a champion sweater for 3$ and a Nautica sweater for 7$. They have a deal where the items tags have dates on them and tags with an older date on them are cheaper than on the tag. They have a toy section with all of those toys that are over priced like the big Star wars BB-8 droid. It's not 300$ here though. It's 60. Bargain Hunt isn't organized the best, but I guess that is why it's called bargain Hunt. They have kitchen supplies cheap also. For example, I found a Cuisinart Food processor for 27$. The deals and quality of the products here are unbelievable. read more
