Boxes are sealed and can't be opened. Most unlabeled. However, one can bring to a station where employees will open the box for you. Prices change from day to day. Thursday I believe is the cheapest. Consider it a fun thing to do on a rainy day. We spent a couple hours looking at the stuff in the bins. You might find your treasure there. There are strict rules, which they announce over a speaker, don't open packages or boxes or they will ask you to leave. I came home with a teapot, ceramic pie dish, toddlers dress, toddler toys, Halloween decoration, can of Planters peanuts, kitchen sponges, rose hand cream, tablecloth, leather repair kit, pkg of tarps, cleaning products. Instead of addressing my concern, the manager immediately became hostile. She told me that if I did not like it, I could leave the store. When I attempted to calmly explain my concern, she repeatedly interrupted me, stated that she did not have time to talk to me, and told me to leave. She further stated that those products were not being sold from inside the package and that I should simply take my children and leave. She then threatened to call the police, despite the fact that I was calm, respectful, and merely raising what I believed was a legitimate concern regarding child access to adult products. I left because I was with my children and did not want the situation to escalate. However, I was shocked by the manager's behavior. No customer should be treated with such disrespect for politely expressing a concern. What makes this even more troubling is that this was not the first time I had witnessed this particular manager behaving aggressively toward customers. While many employees at this location have been courteous and professional, I previously observed this manager engaged in a heated confrontation with another customer and speaking in an extremely hostile manner. My concern remains the same: adult products should not be displayed in a way that makes them easily accessible to young children in a family-oriented retail environment. Whether customers agree or disagree with that concern, they should be able to express it without being threatened, dismissed, or ordered out of the store. This experience left me disappointed and concerned, not only about the store's product placement decisions but also about the professionalism and conduct of its management. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when raising concerns involving the welfare of children. This version is stronger because it sticks to observable facts, clearly describes the manager's conduct, and keeps the focus on the issues that other customers and corporate management are most likely to take seriously. Please parents be aware of these behavior specially when going there with your kids. Very unlikely I would be able to go there at least for long time or at least this particular woman is long gone or some change of monument again. read more

My husband has been addicted to this place since it has opened up! HUGE space with LOTS of bins located inside. Each day has different pricing, starting from $14 Fridays up to $.50 cent Thursdays. You can find a variety of nice items from Stanley cups, games, headphones, decor, kitchen items, espresso machines, etc. Early morning is definitely the time to come. You can find things later in the afternoon, but of course, all the good stuff gets snagged early in the morning. They have a test station. If you need to check an electronic item to see if it works before purchasing as all items are final sale. Located beside the Target, plenty of parking to choose from. Came on a Friday afternoon around 530pm, and we were there till about 7ish. You can definitely get lost there for sure. read more

I was excited when I saw a bin place open so close! How this store works, is there are dozens of large bins with merchandise in them. All the merchandise is Amazon returns. There is no order or organization to the bins, so prepare to be there for a while and have to dig! The price is set based on the day. So Friday, everything is $14, Saturday $10 Sunday $8, Monday $5 etc. then they are restocked the following Friday. All merchandise is in its original boxes. Some things it is obvious what it is due to clear packaging, a picture of what it is etc. some things it is impossible to tell what's inside or what it looks like if it is in a cardboard box. You aren't able to open the boxes on your own but They do have a testing station at the store where you can take boxes for them to open up and show you what the item is. They will also test items that need to be plugged in to see if they still work. They have carts to put your finds in. I have been twice. The first time was on a Saturday evening shortly after they opened. It was packed and hard to maneuver. Most of the items we found were not worth $10 (I would've come back on one of the cheaper days and it would've been worth it) but I did find a glass bottle for my soda stream and a pair of curtains. The second time I went was a few months after they opened on a Monday afternoon for $5 day. It was much easier to maneuver through the bins and store that day. I found a lot of great stuff. I spent $69. I looked up everything i bought and I would've spent over $350 if it all was purchased on Amazon. All employees were friendly. They were also emptying bins and refilling them in the back of the store while I was there. Not sure when they roll them out but I could see some great things in them! Don't go inside the store with a list because you really have no clue what you are going to find. I visited "Where Yall Been" and honestly, the name says it all... because after this experience, I won't be back. Ever. I spent $42.90 on a wireless microphone that was advertised like it would work for all phones, but surprise--it only worked for iPhones. I have a Samsung, and there was no clear warning, no tech support, and absolutely no refund or exchange offered. I basically paid $42.90 for something that doesn't work and can't be returned. That's unacceptable. As if that wasn't enough, the store has NO public bathroom. I had to leave and go to Target just to use the restroom. This alone tells you the level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic hospitality. What kind of store doesn't even provide a restroom for paying customers? But here's where things get seriously disturbing: While reading through the reviews, I found multiple complaints about unsafe incidents happening in the store. One person described how two teenagers shoved a pregnant woman, and the manager stood by and did nothing. Even more concerning--she allegedly described the teens in her own comment but still took no action. And just TWO WEEKS AGO, a similar situation happened again. There seems to be a pattern of ignoring customer safety, brushing off dangerous behavior, and running the place with no real accountability. That's not just bad customer service--it's irresponsible and honestly scary. And let's talk about the manager for a second: So many reviews mention her being unhelpful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Items are thrown into these large bins and you have to filter through to find what you're looking for. It's like a giant yard sale. At first, I was excited when I arrived because I found a lot of great items- Stanleys, Uggs, etc. I've been to an Amazon return center before, and they do sometimes have high quality name-brand products. However, before checking out, I took a closer look and realized that every single item was a fake knockoff, even the Stanleys. So, you're not really getting a great deal at all. I've been to a different return center in Daytona Beach where I actually found real Uggs, so I expected this location to be similar. It's a scam. Item's are just trash. Bought 2 "mystery boxes". They were $10 each. I couldn't believe the garage that was in there. Used thong, one shoe, pieces of pipe, things with hair all over them, open bottles of pills half used, one piece of sandpaper, pieces of rubber and plastic, etc. That was a total scam. The new management and team that came in recently have taken that place to the ground. They charge you for every single item. Example there was pens loose for breast cancer I took them for myself and the lady up front told me it was $3 each. We all know a pack of pens in dollar tree are $1.25 for a pack of 10. So why would I pay $3 for each which I had a 5 in my cart. The old management charged for each item however if they would see for instance pens they would have done a bundle of 5 for $3. Let's not forget how much they announce if you are caught opening boxes they will ask you to come another day. Now the limit at the station is 5 items. They are watching now like hawks to see if you steal. Not pleasant when you're checking out. If you notice there Friday videos they have less and less items advertised as well. I have been to "Where Ya Bin" probably 20 times already & while the occasional pushy fellow customer can get annoying, I truly enjoy searching the bins to find some cool household items, etc. The staff is ALWAYS friendly & helpful. From the 1st time I went to the store, and just about every time I am there, I've seen a woman who works there named Holly. She remembered me after my 1st time being there! Each & every time I see her, she is extremely friendly, and is happy to answer any questions I have. This type of customer service is what keeps me coming back to the store! If you don't mind digging through all sorts of items, many in unmarked boxes of all sizes & shapes in HUGE bins, where they sometimes have over 30 - 40 bins, then this place is for you! I am one of those people who love it. Lol. It's a challenge for me & I love finding items that I would easily have spent much more on!! I highly suggest wearing vinyl or even cotton disposable gloves, as I did get a deep cut once from a sharp box when I didn't wear gloves. Plus, it keeps your hands cleaner. Just went for the first time and was actually surprised by it. There was so many bins to pick through and so many things to find. Only thing is you cant open ANYTHING and mostly everything is in boxes with no labels so you kind of just have to take a guess!? they do have spots to take the boxes and open them up to see what it's in them and to try out anything like light bulbs and stuff you need to plug in to try. Overall i really liked each day the prices go down for everything so it's all about how early you get there and what you find! read more

the best day to come here is Fridays. they have some really good stuff out then otherwise you'll only find outdated haloween yard signs or knotted up weaves nd such. overall a good place to shop if you are willing to dig thro most of the unwanted crap on top. read more
