As I shopped around, I couldn't really find any conservative, comfortable heels under $120. So I decided to try Shoe Carnival before I purchased the pricey shoes at Belk. To my surprise, they carry a wide assortment of shoes. Brand name flats, tennis shoes, and even flip flops were offered. The sales associate was very helpful greeting me and asking me if I need help. She directed me to the general area of dress shoes. I was in and out in under 5 minutes and under $40. I found some lovely Life Stride patent pumps that had an additional discount. Not something I would normally pick but hey, but I wasn't really in the position to be too picky. Turned out they were very comfortable and sharp looking with my suit. Disaster averted- yay! I highly recommend stopping in here and checking out their assortment, especially if you're looking to save a little cash.
