Tania working in customer service is the rudest employee I've ever come across in any store. This is my "home" store so I visit frequently throughout the week and I never have issues. I was doing a small return in customer service trying to make conversation, to which she never responded, and NEVER made eye contact with me the entire transaction. When she gave me my change she threw my coins in my hand. Worst customer service. If you can, visit another location. read more

I used to like going to this Target, but now I actually despise it. While the Target is clean and generally organized, it is one of the most expensive locations I have been to. This store is consistently higher priced on almost every item compared to the next nearest Target, which is around 12 miles away. This location also seems to rarely restock sale items, which they often run out of. I also find that they often do not put the sales hang tag when an item is on sale, as if they wanted to discourage people from buying those items. I am constantly having to scan everything in my basket to make sure it is the item pictured in the advertisement. About half of the cashiers at this location are incredibly rude, and I would say about half the management carries the same despicable attitude. They roll their eyes at you if you present any coupons and are always trying to push the Target charge card on you, even if you say you already have one. (For instance, I have the Target charge card, and they are constantly telling me I should get the Target debt card. WHY DO I NEED BOTH?!) Cashiers are also always quick to call managers over, which is really both time consuming and annoying b/c it takes a good 3-5 minutes before a manager shows up. (At least hire more managers or have one constantly supervising the check out, or something!) I will probably continue to shop at this Target because it is convenient, but I do so gritting my teeth. I would not recommend this location based on service alone. read more

I love Tar-get!!! (with French accent) I come in for lotion and end up leaving $100 bucks later. Without fail, each and every time! I love perusing the aisles especially around their beauty products. There's always some new make up product, hair tie, or nail polish I can get. The only encounter I have had with the employees are the people in the pharmacy. They are really nice and helps me look for certain type of medication and even came around to show me where to find motion sickness meds. There's also always a window available and if the lines get long, they are really great about opening up another line. Yay for target!! read more

Even with them getting hacked. I love to shop at Target! Except for this time. Baseball season is starting and they had ZERO DODGER GEAR! WTF WTF WTF! They had Angels and San Diego Chargers gear. Sorry Target, but if you're going to be in So Cal, you better get your store Managers to stock Dodgers gear. They 1/2 ass made up for it by having Lakers gear. read more

Great store. Decent people I guess. But every time I go in the store I get followed by security. I tell me wife but she doesn't believe me. So the more recent time this happened I recorded it with my GoPro and my cellphone and in 20 minutes shopping we caught the guard on camera 17 times randomly walking up the aisle I was is. The GoPro was attached to my backpack and is caught the guard looking deep in my cart when my back was turned. I spoke to a manager and his response to me was "if you don't like that we protect our store then you can go to a Target closer to where you live". I told him I live in Yorba Linda and he just said that he will see what he can do and waked away. read more

This target is pretty big but they have things pretty cleaned up--no clothes fallen on the floor, shoes in their boxes, items in their correct locations. During the day is cool to shop since you have all this space to roam around and not have to pick another aisle to walk through. They didnt have much selection in their stationery section, they either had a too colorful set or a bland note card set, nothing subtly sophisticated, but i may have been asking for too much, considering... We started to line up but the jewelry lady "ekku me! ekku me!" and flagged us down so she can ring us up. funny, cool lady! she did that continually to the people who seemed like they were going to have to wait a while to go through. i will go just to see the lady again! read more

I have always been a regular customer at target. For some reasons I like to shop at target than walmart.however it has changed today. I came in to this store to buy 7 boxes of Enfagrow. I asked them to price match since this target store price is ALWAYS higher than other target stores. The Store Manager Ryan was super cocky. He told me that I can only price match one items a day. He was so rude about it. He seriously needs some customer service training . Not sure how he became a manager with such rude attitude toward a customer. Won't be coming back to this store. And please check the price. It's always more expensive to buy anything from this store. read more

Went to this target after Slaters 50/50...on a side note, anyone that is following my on yelp, knows that after I eat big, I always have to walk it off. So I was happy to hear that this target wasn't to far from Slater's, being that we drove from Garden Grove. We got there at around 8:35, and they were scheduled to close at 9pm. So i dont know if it was because it was close to closing, but this target was super clean! It did resemble the same set up as a target ive been to before, but again this target was really clean. The downfall is my sister and her boyfriend were looking to buy Little Big Planet 2, but they didnt have it, not even a sold out thing or anything, I didnt know if they carried it or not. Not much to say about this target, target is always target, cheap prices, good products. All i gotta say is i think this is the cleanest target ive been too by far! read more

ONE OF MY FAVORITE STORES EVER!!! This is one of the oldest target stores that i know of grew up going to this Target. It's been renovated pretty recently and it's nice. Whenever i need shampoo or other cosmetic or other toothpaste like items, this is the place to go. They always have a huge selection of items and their prices are GREAT!!! I also like going to there to buy my work out clothes...why? because they're great quality and not super expensive!! ;) Their snacks are also priced really great too!!!! read more

I love Target, and I think that this is a pretty great location! I shop here on a weekly basis when I'm running our household errands. The location is really convenient for me--I am able to stop at Starbuck's on my way there, and then head right over to Trader Joe's for my groceries without making any left turns (so efficient!). The store is always very clean (including the bathrooms), well-stocked (I can only think of one or two times that I haven't been able to check an item off of my list over the past 2 years), and the employees are friendly & helpful. I have to agree with Astra W.'s review--there are a few items at this Anaheim Hills location that are priced $1-2 higher than they are at another Target location. They've done a great job with the remodel of this store! It looks nice, the flow is intuitive, and it's CLEAN! Oh--they always have a HUGE selection of seasonal goods here (holidays and otherwise), but if you're waiting until they go on sale, think again! Seasonal items fly off of the shelves here, especially once they go on sale. read more

Went here today to look for some cottage cheese... I ended up buying a blender. This is hands down the cleanest, most organized Target I've ever been too. There wasn't racks on the floor, it didn't wreak of... that weird smell that most targets smell like... +14352 stars for putting a resto right near the entrance. Talk about a quick pick me up. The service their wasn't over the top but more lively than the regular target. First thing I noticed were these hi-tech looking shopping carts, pretty fancy for Target. The floors were clean, I mean the place look like it just opened. Their also adding the produce side that the Tustin Target has already, so you can tell it's still a Target in progress. And what do you know? A blender (that I apparently need) just happened to be on sale. Yup, the store got me... It was just this Target's lucky day for me to enter and Yelp it. read more

I stopped in to buy some things and used the restroom on the way out. It was disgusting! No toilet paper, FOOTPRINTS on the toilet seats, feces! Dirty floor. Will be using the Target on Tustin instead! Much nicer read more

I never write reviews for Target stores but after going to other ones some miles away I have to say that this target is not up to par and should be upgraded. 1. They are always missing stock. Stock is not keep up to date. 2. There's not as much merchandise as other Target stores 3. I always have to go to another Target and get something that they have not stocked. So I am not a fan of this location. read more

My favourite place to.shop household to anything in clothes I need. Staff is helpful.

There is always plenty of employees around that are working and willing to drop what they're doing to answer any questions or assist you in finding what you're looking for. The facility is always clean and always stocked! I recently switched over to Target's Pharmacy from my local Pharmacy due to their cheap generic medications. The Pharmacy staff is always full of smiles and willing to answer any medical questions. Can't wait to see their new grocery department! read more

Good customer service is highly lacking at this target location. After shopping late for the holidays and spending several hundreds of $$$ ... the cashier had the nerve to tell me it was my job to return my second cart to the front of the store as all cart employees had already left. She was unhappy and rude the entire timeframe of my checkout. This target needs to be aware of how their employees are treating their customers. I'll be visiting other locations from now on. read more

The customer service at this target is great. All the employees are helpful and kind. The store is always clean and organized, which is more than I can say for some other OC Targets. However, this Target is ALWAYS out of things. ALWAYS. If I want it, they're out of it. So much so that I find myself going to different Targets or an entirely different store to get what I want to buy. Also, what have they done with the clothing for little girls? The pants and shorts are always too big for the size they are designed for. We stopped buying my daughter's clothes there for this reason. A size 6 in little girls is more like a size 8, and my daughter is an average sized little girl. They also changed the women's clothes, what in the world is going on at Target headquarters? Some of the clothes are cute, but why did they have to change everything so drastically? The main complaint about this location, however, is that they are always out of everything. But the customer service is great. read more

I grew up going to this Target, so it's like re-living my childhood (in a way). Inside is clean, and organized. The employee's keep to themselves, and don't really greet customers or ask if i need assistance. The prices at this Target is a little high, but not bad compared to Target's competitors. The parking though is horrible. The people that go to this shopping center can't drive period. They back out to fast, they open there door, hit the car beside them and can careless. Another problem, shopping carts scattered all around the parking lot. Overall, i prefer this Target and the Target in Orange. read more

Love this target. Very organized and clean. Always something awesome on sale!! Parking is great and the traffic is smooth.

This has to be the best target I've been to so far. Always clean, doesn't feel ghetto, doesn't have that dusty smell, and the people aren't rude or weird like the one off Tustin Ave. read more

Target - Halloween is here! - Department Stores Near Me - Anaheim, California

for curbside service only: it always takes 30 or more minutes to get. plus, even ordering online, i always get a "sorry that item is out of stock" email after the order has been placed. like really? why did the app let me order it then? please, if you are in a rush, it's faster to go in and shop normally than do curbside. the fact that it takes longer to pickup a curbside or than to go in to shop defeats the entire purpose of ordering for curbside. and then to top it off, they don't answer the phones! read more

This Target decides their own prices. Today I experienced three items that were between 10-15% higher than prices on Target's Cartwheel. Service manager - said "Oh well! We can have different prices!" Very poor customer service and snooty! read more

I like this Target better than most. I have to admit, the one in Irvine with the Starbucks inside is pretty hard to beat. I don't like that there is a grocery store in the Target now. The lines take much longer because they are not equipped like a regular grocery store with baggers. Staff is pretty nice, but I did have an experience where I asked the cashier about something not in stock and she was really rude, "Why didn't you ask an employee while you were out there? You have to walk all the way back there and we'll have an employee come to you. I can't help you here at the cash register." She was very condescending and I thought that was not called for. I don't work there, I don't know what their procedure is. What annoyed me the most was that the display was up there for several months, but they NEVER had any to purchase on the shelves. I simply avoided purchasing it but finally decided to ask at this last visit. Other than that, it is a nice Target compared to the one in Orange or Garden Grove. read more

They have the worst customer service at this store. I understand that this covid-19 pandemic is a stressful time for everyone, but Target didn't even try to work with me on this issue. I ordered a light up hula hoop online to be picked up at the store, which I stayed out in my car and they brought out to me. When I got home, I soon realized the hula hoop was broken and did not light up, and I immediately called Target only to be told I could not return items right once they left the store, nor exchange it for hoop that wasn't broken. They told me the only way I could return the hoop would be online, (which is kind of ridiculous considering it's size.) I was hung up on multiple times within the last few days upon calling them because they didn't want to hear me out, and how they should have checked to see if the hoop worked before bringing it out to me. Great way to run a billion dollar business, hmm? read more

I love this Target. I know I get you about the no bags issue, I was absolutely furious but what do you do when it's a law and policy. I always shop at target , today I went there to return the item which is stop working that's why I plan to returning it . When I went there bc i didn't have the recipe they told me that I can't return it which I don't mind . But there was two girls that they said they are store manager which I'm sure they weren't , and they was very rude and unprofessional and I guess it's better for them to be manager in Macdonald's not Target . I shop at this store very frequently out of convenience. I usually have good experiences, but there have been a few occasions which required manager level involvement. I would definitely shop elsewhere if possible. read more

This a review for the pharmacy. I stopped going to Target for meds over a year ago because of poor customer service and not having meds in stock. I was at a class for work nearby and though I would try it one more time with a prescription I had. I gave the pharmacist my prescription and they told me it would be 30 min to fill. I thought I'd wait around. Approximately 20 min later I got a phone call from the pharmacist that they had the medicine but it was on hold for someone for the next day. I said "but I'm here today with a prescription today." They said sorry. Apparently the pharmacy is not a high priority with Target since this is the second location with stock issues. Very disappointed. read more

Target has proven to become equal leveled to Walmart. Also assuming their employees have worked at one or the other. Every question I asked, was answered with "I don't know." I also noticed how pointless their walkie-talkie system was. (Same for Walmart) While shopping, I felt like I was at a garage sale. Clothes stacked all over. Hanger sizes different then actual sizes. Just a huge train wreck Other depts were the same. read more

Just spent 2 hours trying to get a "photo in seconds." ONE 8 x 10 photo. They spent a hour trying to fix the machine just to have me leave and come back. I go back and they first hand me the wrong photos. Then they hand me the correct one walk away and the photo is completely blurry! It's not blurry on my phone at all so I'm assuming they didn't correctly fix the machine. I walk away with the photo and realize the manager crumpled my receipt and threw it away so I can't even pay for the crappy photo. I go to an employee to find a manager and the manager is the one who was completely rude to me! She told me I need to wait in a huge customer service line to get the receipt SHE threw away. Then I said this is ridiculous and she grabbed the photo and said if you don't want it then fine. And walked away. Completely unprofessional and I will 100% be visiting CVS now for my photos. read more

This review is specifically for the Starbucks in the store, not regarding target itself. Even more specifically on a specific employee named Robby. This guy was extremely rude and insulting with his sarcastic remarks not only to me and my pregnant wife but to other customers. I hope the management team responds and takes necessary action to remove or correct such employees in their establishment. read more
