Check me out AUG2025

This store has been at this location for around 40 years and it's still super popular to this day. I usually find all the things I am looking for and then some. The prices are always reasonable and competitive to other mega stores. They were supposed to remove the self check out stations since there has been an increase in theft, but they are still there.

Picture showing that I arrived at 8 AM, waited 3 hours, yet did not buy any desired Pokemon TCG product at Target.

My friend and I arrived at this Target location at 8:00 AM and waited in the virtual line alongside other Pokémon card collectors in an orderly and respectful manner. The process went smoothly--until checkout. That's when we witnessed a cashier named Leo allow his friend to cut the line and make a purchase ahead of everyone who had been patiently waiting. This policy disobeying customer bought way more than the allowed amount of product (almost 5 full bags of Pokemon tcg product). We immediately reported the incident to both a manager and another employee, but unfortunately, no action was taken to address the line cutting, disobey product limit policy, or hold the cashier accountable. This behavior clearly goes against Target's policies and reflects unfair treatment toward loyal customers. A formal complaint has been filed through Target's customer service line at 1-800-440-0680, and we've been informed that the corporate management team is currently investigating. We sincerely hope that Target addresses this issue seriously and takes the necessary steps to uphold fairness and integrity for all customers.

Self-checkout cashiers

My family and I went to Target last night and when we were going to checkout, the line for the self-checkout was very long because I'm guessing only 6 were working. But in the picture I posted. I'm like why didn't they open the other self-checkout machines so the line can move faster. What's the point of having these self-checkout machines if you DO NOT use them?! Seriously! Where's the manager at when you need 'em.

Fresh frozen aisle goods.

I would suggest parking on E. Live Oak St, rather than on San Gabriel. Besides the fact that San…read moreGabriel is a super busy street that backs up with traffic, if you decide to buy a bigger item that needs to be picked up from their back warehouse, you have easier access to get in, instead of circling your car around the block. The prices here, in-person can be better and even more discounted than on their website, depending on what inventory they need to clear out. There are lots of chairs, like office chairs, gaming chairs, dining chairs, bar stools, that you can get for a really, really, REALLY good price. I'm not gonna say they're the best quality, but I think it's perfect if you need to quickly furnish a place on a budget, ie - a college student needing a desk, chair, etc for a dorm or an apartment. I would say, try sitting on the stuff in store before you buy to test it's durable enough for your usage. You have to imagine that stuff this cheap is built as mail-order stuff for skinny Asians. I picked up a side table that's lasted the better part of a year, so far. I was SUPER tempted to get a fluffy cat tree for $20. Some cool selection of outdoor furniture. And even some random household things, like a clothes steamer. The thing is, I get the sense that their inventory is rather randomized. But I think you'll find some cool deals or something useful for a bargain if you take stroll and walk around. Their pricing puts a lot of other "outlet" warehouse furniture stores to shame.

The room is pretty big so thought there was going to be a lot of good stuff. Looking around the place it became quickly apparent that this stuff is really just overstock stuff. Sitting in the chairs and feeling the fabric of the furniture you can tell the quality is somewhat lower which is reflected in the prices. After walking around for a few minutes we decided to leave. The prices are good but the stuff just seems disposable. Like you just replace them every year. We just didn't find anything worthwhile and the social media post was obviously an exaggeration and just had to pass. Only go if you want low prices over quality. But we had to pass.

We looked at several furniture stores and went to LA Furniture Store and Design Center based on the outstanding customer reviews. We were looking for a mid-end sofa recliner and found exactly what we wanted: A quality piece of furniture, firm and comfortable, with a durable leather covering and backed by a good company. Phillip, our sales person, introduced himself as we entered and informed us about the sale prices and the layout of the store. He allowed us to browse, uninterrupted and was available to answer any questions that we had. He made the buying process very relaxed and convenient. We wanted to think about the purchase so we called back the next day and Phillip assisted us with placing our order online. The process was secure and convenient as they use a secure link to provide credit card information. Phillip kept in contact with us throughout this process and confirmed each step, which was reassuring. We highly recommend LA Furniture Store and Design Center based on our exceptional experience.

Store agents showed utter disregard to respect and said they won't refund and don't care how I handled the issue. Never buying anything from them again. I had to pay extra to get the furniture removed from my apartment since it was completely damaged.
