I felt that my nails were not colorful enough and I just want to cover them with a more obvious color, a middle-aged woman gave me a bad look, bad attitude , and keep nagging: "You can't change the color." And blamed me choosing the color. It's so terrible service and I felt very upset after the experience. NOT recommend. read more

I did a hard gel manicure and gel pedicure here yesterday- my experience was awful that has left me speechless. First of all, the attitude of people working there especially Nina who worked on my hands were extremely rude, inpatient, and aggressive. She rushed through everything. I have tried all of the local nail salons in my area and this is my preferred salon. The people here are so friendly and can usually accommodate me within 30 minutes notice. The gel lasts. Longer than a week. Longer than 2 weeks if your nails can handle it! They also have dip. Love a dip, just hate what it does to my nails... but not here! I've been here a couple of times since it's close to my house. This last time I went my experience was terrible. The people who work here have so much attitude and no customer service. They make you feel very unwanted in this rundown old nail salon. My daughter and I went in to get our nails done they kept up selling me without telling me the price. My 8 year old daughter got a few simple designs on her nails, I was charged $80 just for her. I did not expect that, they did not tell me I would be charged extra for every little thing. Finally when I went up to pay they put me on the spot and asked me in front of everyone at the salon whether I want to leave a tip or not and if so how much? I made an appointment with Jason for a manicure - pedicure. The appointment was at 11 AM. I got a call a little before 11 saying he was going to be late could I come at 11:30 AM. I said sure. So I got there and no Jason. Helen who was working in the shop was very apologetic about Jason not being there I was hoping he would arrive soon. Finally at 12:15 PM, still no Jason, I asked Helen to proceed with my services. She did and she did a good job. She kept calling Jason to try and find out where he was. I specifically asked for him because here on yelp he had good reviews about massage. What bothered me the most was the way that this poor Helen had to keep covering for him. At one point Jason walked in with a 50 pound bag of rice on his shoulder went to the back room and never came out. I did not have time to even get polish on my toes. The appointment took so long and I had to get out of there to go to another appointment. Regarding the shop itself. It is dirty. The chairs are very dirty .
