Great bar to hang out and have a good time. Loved the music played here with a mix of new and old school jams from the 90's to 2000's. Lots of pool tables and I think dart boards too? Security is at the door checking Id's so be sure to be of age! Drinks were great and reasonably priced and Service was quick and friendly too!

This is a pretty cool divey spot for playing some FREE pool! Well, looking at their website they charge for the pool on Friday and Saturday nights after 7pm. They have happy hour, too but it's drinks only, no HH food. Although their menu is pretty basic bar food like burgers and a few sides. It's good they have a little something to eat as options. Check it out if you wanted to play some pool games!

Tarantula is always an absolute vibe. Me and my buddy rock up on our Harley's all the time and have a great time. The bartenders rock. Trista helped us out last time. And I was so indecisive I told her to just whip something up and she killed it on all 3 of my drinks. Trista is a total vibe and a great tender! Got some wings to go with my drink and they were perfect as usual. Used to come here all the time and now I come but not as often. Can never complain. PS- the people watching is 10/10.

Great for a group hangout! The punching strength machine was a huge hit, and pool is always a classic. Sadly, the air hockey has apparently been broken for "like two years" according to a regular; and the shuffleboard deck was being used as a coatrack/coaster for a lot of drinks, so we couldn't use that either. First place we found in the area that could comfortably accommodate eight of us, so I'd definitely go back if I was with a group again.

We were visiting Denver, and luckily this place was open late on a weeknight because so many places were closed. They have 15 billiard tables, foosball, four person air hockey, shuffle board and video games. They offer free pool on weekdays, but be aware that even on these days there was a waitlist for a table even at 11 pm. They have 20 beers on tap, serve food and cocktails, and this place was in walking distance of our hotel.

Wings wee nice and crispy.no complaints

Wings were nice and crispy. Plenty of space to make myself comfortable. Nice touch of adding hot sauce on side.

Reviews are mixed. Many praise the good drink selection, solid dive bar food, and a lively atmosphere with plenty of pool tables.

Immediately got a scouting report from a colleague who had been there for a while that there weren't any spots on the second floor to sit. Since we didn't feel like eating and drinking while standing, we surveyed the first floor for a table. It didn't take long for us to lock our sights on a table that could accommodate 10+ people. We asked the receptionist if the table was already spoken for. She said no, but that we would have to get like eight more people since the table seats 12. I went upstairs, immediately found six people who didn't feel like standing either, went back downstairs, and secured the table without a fuss. Once we were at the table, we were assisted by a server pretty quickly. I ordered the pepperoni and sausage pizza. It came out in a reasonable amount of time. The pizza was large enough to serve two people. However, I only had about a third of it. I didn't want the rest of it to go to waste, but I couldn't eat anymore of it since it tasted like bland store-bought pizza, and was way too doughy. The service was fantastic. Our server checked on us multiple times. My co-worker scored a free dessert of her choice since her pizza came out a few minutes later than everyone else's. Here are my final thoughts on this place. It's great for large gatherings since the establishment is massive and has a lively atmosphere. There are plenty of tables and seats downstairs. Not as much upstairs. If you're planning to stand around, drink, socialize, and play pool, being on the second floor is your best bet. However, if you want to casually sit, eat and drink, it's probably a good idea to stay on the first floor.

I have a weakness for a great whiskey bar. My wallet knows it. My liver knows it. My wife…read moredefinitely knows it. Sometimes I show up hunting for rare pours. Other times I'm just in the mood for a cocktail that reminds me why I don't waste my time at places that think whiskey and cola is "craft." This visit was all about the cocktails, and Seven Grand absolutely delivered. Josh, our bartender, was running the room like a conductor leading an orchestra of happy whiskey drinkers. He asked what we liked, made a couple of recommendations for Old Fashioneds based on our preferences, and absolutely nailed it. Every drink was balanced, flavorful, and dangerously easy to sip. The guy knows his whiskey, knows his cocktails, and somehow still manages to make everyone at the bar feel like they're his only customer. The whiskey selection is enough to make a bourbon nerd lose all sense of financial responsibility, but surprisingly, we escaped without needing to refinance the house. If Josh doesn't own Seven Grand, someone should probably look into fixing that. Until then, I'll keep showing up to "try just one drink"... knowing full well that's a lie I tell myself every single time. Highly recommend. Just don't blame me when two hours mysteriously disappear.

They've gotten do much busier though. There must've been over 30 people at the bar getting drinks. But the 4 bartenders at the bar were slinging them out quickly. Even though they were fast the drinks were extremely well made and the customer service wad amazing. The ambiance was great!! Everyone was here to have a good time. But no one was overly rowdy or raucous. People were friendly and conversational but stayed in their lanes also. Even though all these years have passed. And the pandemic has ravaged many businesses. The quality and service here still makes this place one of the best whiskey bars around!!!
