Food: The food was delicious here! We tried the mini tacos, cheese and ham croquettes, hummus served with tarp chips, and mac and cheese. The presentation of the food was beautiful. Many of the dishes including the hummus, croquettes, and mac and cheese were on the saltier side but still overall delicious. I would highly recommend the mini tacos. The mac and cheese and croquettes have a very sharp snd string cheese flavor. Unless you like strong cheeses, I would pass on these two dishes. Before your tapas are served, they provide some chips which are long wedges of potato slices with truffle oil and Parmesan cheese grated on top. During happy hour, tapas (with the exception of a few) are $10 each.
Service: Service was excellent. Our server was attentive and friendly. One thing that was disappointing was how slow the food came out. The restaurant wasn't busy; towards the end of the meal, we were the only ones there, and our food still came out very slowly. We were expecting to have a quick dinner here before a show especially because it was empty, but the food took a very long time to come out. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you need to be somewhere afterwards.
Ambiance: The place is small with only a few tables and then space at the counter to sit. Not recommend for large groups. Their biggest table seats four people. Space is tight in the place, but it's a nice, cozy and quiet spot to dine.
Overall, I would recommend this spot but only if you have time for a long, leisurely dinner. read more
