They are very conveniently located near the Sprouts I go to and have plenty of parking. They were so friendly when I walked in and it was clear after my wonderful pedicure that most of the other people in their were regulars. made an appointment for 4:30pm and my nails were not touched until 5:30pm. after waiting 30 minute, they said only a few more minutes but it ended up being another 20 minutes plus. I stayed because it was my friend's birthday and they got sat within 10 minutes after arriving (I was in 2 minutes after her so I was a little late) To be fair my nails do look good but don't think it was worth the wait. If you have an appointment make sure you get taken care of and don't do what I did and be patient. Honest Review for B&T Nails I started going to B&T Nails about four years ago when I first moved to the area. At that time, they were truly amazing -- they took great care with every service, the quality was consistent, and the pricing was fair. All of that made me very loyal and excited to support them regularly. Over the years, though, I've noticed things have changed a bit. Don't get me wrong -- it's still a good place, just not the great place it used to be. I wanted to share a few honest observations that I hope come across as constructive feedback. Cuticle Care (Main Feedback) My biggest piece of feedback is about cuticle care. In my opinion, no matter the service -- dip, gel, or a basic manicure -- proper cuticle care should always be included. This means soaking the cuticles in fairly warm water for 3-5 minutes to soften them, then actually pushing back and trimming the cuticles thoroughly. To me, that's not a luxury add-on; it's the bare minimum difference between doing my nails at home and paying to have them done professionally. Taking time on the cuticle work not only makes a manicure look cleaner and more polished, but it also helps it last longer and keeps the nails healthy. It's one of the first things taught in nail school, and it's such a fundamental step. If there's one thing I hope they take from this feedback, it's to bring back that attention to detail in cuticle care -- it truly makes all the difference. Pricing and Value I understand prices have gone up everywhere -- that's just reality right now -- but it feels like service quality has gone down while prices keep rising. The little touches that used to make it feel worth it -- like a real hand or foot massage, cuticle oil at the end, and a clean, polished finish -- seem to have disappeared. Those are the details that make clients feel like they're getting real value for what they're paying. Again, every service should include the cuticle work & massage, and that should not be overlooked. Service Time Lately, services seem to take much longer than before. What used to take about an hour or an hour and a half can now easily take two hours or more because the techs often get interrupted -- answering phones, helping other customers, or starting walk-ins while still working on someone else. I completely understand wanting to accommodate everyone and that staffing challenges are real, but it often leaves the current client waiting. It would really help if service times and scheduling were better managed so clients don't feel like their appointment is being paused for others. Phone Use I also completely understand that everyone has personal lives and emergencies happen, but I've noticed techs are often on their phones or having personal conversations during services. It's a small thing, but it takes away from the relaxing experience that I think most of us go to a nail salon for. Nail Art and Consistency When I first started going, I used to love getting nail art. But a few years ago, I stopped because pricing became inconsistent -- sometimes a small design was $5, other times $15 for the same thing. It just became unpredictable, which made it hard to keep adding that on. Additionally, I had a hard time finding the value in paying a $15 upcharge for something simple, like a small heart on one nail, and eventually stopped getting nail art altogether because of it. Zota Rewards System I would also recommend updating Zota to better reflect all the services, the points you earn, and what those points can be redeemed for. Points = customers, and being able to pick what I want, see the points I'm earning, and understand how they add up would make it more engaging. It would be really helpful to clearly see what I can save for and how to redeem points for rewards. Final Thoughts I do want to end on a positive note -- I really appreciate the updates and renovations they've done recently. The salon is starting to look much more modern and put-together, which shows they're trying to invest back into the space. I truly want to see B&T Nails succeed because I've been a customer for years. I just hope they can bring back that same level of care and attention to detail that made me fall in love with them in the first place -- especially when it comes to cuticle care and the overall quality of the service. read more

This was three years ago when they made time for you to truly get what you wanted. I agree 1000% with Alexis E. below. Everything she said is the experience you'll have. Although they are still AMAZING and truly experts in their field, you'll be waiting and feeling a sense of hurry up and wait depending on the day and time of your appointment. Lately it's been much harder to predict when to schedule in order to have a better experience. Service was great from this one lady she was the sweetest soul ever. Took her time with my nails, was super kind and friendly. Although...there is a man who works here i didn't catch his name but earlier today i came in to get my nails redone because two had broken off within the week of me getting them done by this same salon. When i came in the man was being extremely impatient and rude with me...he was acting like he was doing me a chore? I asked him to please try and match the color as close as he can to my other still in-tack nails and he looked at my and laughed in my face. He then pulled out a color book and i told him the color my past lady used and he then brought out the wrong color after me telling him it was that specific other one. By the way, the two nails he redid look NOTHING like my original nails and he didn't even look like he was trying with my nails. My mom also went here with me to get her toes polished the previous week and she told me that the same man was rude and was mad that he had to do her toenails?? This is your job. I went to do my nails yesterday. This lady named Tammy did my nails she did a horrible job. Some of my nails are short. Some are long. The powder that I asked for she said she had it turn around put a clear powder in a polish on my finger which I did not want. It was a horrible experience. They do really beautiful nail designs however, when I had gotten my previous acrylics off they had used another fake nail to rip my previous acrylics off. This caused me pain and had damaged my real nails. The acrylics I had gotten here are now off and my real nails are now thin and damaged. I've been a loyal customer since October, and from the start I noticed their biggest issue was time management but I let it slide more than a few times because the work was good (most times). I always made it a point to schedule my appointments at least a week prior. A week ago I had an appointment for 5pm and the girls did not get me started till 5:30pm, which has proven to be a reoccurring issue. There hasn't been a single appointment where I didn't have to wait at least 25 minutes, that is unacceptable. Not to mention, by the time the lady was done with my nails (took 2hrs), my mother was able to do both a full set and a pedicure. I had planned on getting a pedicure as well, but with the 30 minute wait and the 2hrs it took her to do the set, I was unable to actually get my pedicure. I left the salon unsatisfied and irritated, being that my nails didn't even look good. They were chunky, messy and crooked. Overall I'm extremely disappointed and will not be returning. read more

Walked in and had shellac nails and pedicure w Eric. Cheap- $50 for all. Eric was nice, efficient and quiet and did a really great job on cuticles, heels. Ambiance is so-so but overall clean and pleasant. I'd return here if in town again. Shellac lasted about 1.5 weeks. There are so many nail salons in this Area that I'm not sure how this one has been able to stay in business, besides it's convenient location close to Sprouts. That's the only reason I'm giving them an extra star. The price is the same as others in the area but for a much lower quality service. VERY SLOW service too. So if you were looking to get a quick service at lunch, this is not the place for you. They also have TVs in their salon... with CNN on. So if you aren't interested in watching the Russian-Trump Investigation during your "relaxing" spa treatment, this is also not the place for you. It's also a little dirty and cluttered.
