When you order any noodle soups, the staff will package the noodles, broth, and toppings all separately so nothing gets soggy. I have ordered the tan tan seafood ramen the last few times we've ordered from here, and I will probably order it again next time because it is so so good. The broth has a perfect spice to it an the creaminess helps balance that. I can't place an order without their takoyaki either. They're super generous with the benito flakes, which I love.
