This is a serious food safety issue and reflects poor food handling and sanitation practices. When the problem was brought to the attention of staff and management, the response was dismissive. We were told that "it happens sometimes when servers are doing two jobs" and that we should overlook the situation because the ice cream was free. This lack of accountability and concern was unacceptable. Following the visit, the guest became ill for several days, which raised additional concerns about cross-contamination and overall kitchen safety standards at this location.
