I also made an appointment for 2:00 & they didn't even start on my nails till 2:30-2:35. I got a full set of acrylic nails... some were uneven or didn't match the other side. I was a walk in and came as soon as the shop opened, they seated me right away. I got a gel manicure by John. It was great! He was super fast and did an amazing job, he obviously has been doing nails for a long time. And it was only $25 I don't know why they have so many bad reviews, maybe I got lucky with John. Every time I have gone to this place it sucked. The second time I complained and said I was unhappy. I was told it was my fault my nails were messed up because they were so short. In the picture this was their SECOND attempt to fix. Toes came out ok and they were short so why are the nails so jacked?!? Tammy was rude and refused to accept ANY responsibility. My cuticles were raw and cut by the time they were finished and I had to go home and soak all this off so it wouldn't hurt. read more

Well I went In for a pedi and full set and was not expecting to be there for 4 hours. I will definitely not come back after the experience I had. You go and sit in multiple chairs with different nail techs and it's just a waste of time. Not to mention tammy is very slow because she stops working EVERYTime someone walks in and every time someone is going to pay. I was so frustrated. Plus two of my nails broke the same week! They are VERY rushed, so if time is an issue, try it, but walk-ins were mostly turned away that I saw (on a Monday afternoon). I was a walk in, but made it in. I found it odd there were no pedicure choices. Many other salons have upgrades like hot stone, parrafin wax, etc or a more simple pedicure option. This was just "sit down, you get what you get." I asked for almond nails and for them to be short and they turned out horrible. I then sat for another 45 min for them to paint the color on my nails and I hated how they turned out. I just got back from an appointment with them. I did not catch the name of the man who did my nails. But he did fantastic work. I had gone in to get acrylic nails done for my anniversary with my boyfriend and had read a bunch of reviews beforehand. So before I went in I was pretty nervous, but it was very close to my house, so it was the place for such a short notice. I did go in later, about five, and there was basically nobody so I got seated immediately. They were all pretty nice, it was clean and pretty quiet. It was also pretty small in there but that's okay. Something else to mention is that I am a very broke college student so my grandma had helped me out, but this also meant that I was on a pretty strict budget and when I showed my artist the Pinterest picture for inspiration he said $70 but since I was only working with $60 while I was looking for another one, he said he'd do my original picture and I couldn't be happier! I feel so confident. Now while I know that every salon has good and bad artists, I was so thrilled to get a good one and will be back when I have a better budget! He deserves to be paid full price. The most attentive acrylic manicure I've had and when I asked if I could have stiletto instead of almond he came through! They're ALMOST too sharp. But I could not be happier! I've been coming here for 10 years off and on, out of convenience. Like all places, they have good techs and bad ones. Over the last two months I've witnessed people be dismissed by Tammy when they've raised concerns. Some techs are new, and some are rough and rushed. The nails look a mess or have areas that are completely missed. When asked to fix it or waive the charge because they're just that bad, Tammy will offer excuses and no reparations. I saw this happen for the third time today with a customer, and I just can't support this place anymore. I think this is really bad customer service. read more

I have been going here for about three or four years . Apparently they no longer know how to do coffin shape. They get my nails wrong each and every time. I leave unhappy after each visit. In addition the wait time is unheard of, they do not stick to appointments. I have seen them answer the phone while I was there to take an appointment, they don't even write anything down. You can wait upwards of an hour to get your nails done. Also, the owner's husband seems to think that flirting with all the women he comes in contact with is cute, It is disgusting and extremely inappropriate. Made an appt at 5pm, was told to wash hands and sit at chair 7. The gentleman was finishing up another customer. He was aggressive removing the gel from my old nails, told me to wait as he started on another customer. I waited an additional 15min before I got up to leave. He was also coughing and rubbing his nose and kept walking away to the back. HE DID NOT HAVE A MASK ON AND NONE OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS DID. There is a state mandate in place. This establishment has great customer service, i just wish their quality was as great. My friend and I went in to get our nails done and it was a welcoming vibe at first. One of the employees started working on her full set of acrylics then one shortly after began my full set. He had just finished a pedicure and i did not see him wash or sanitize his hands before touching mine. I continue to ask for a certain shape and i get the complete opposite. He applied my nails and shaped them (not so nicely) and then i get moved to the chair where my friend is originally at. Throughout the service we were switching nail techs and it was not comfortable, it seemed like they were just trying to get us in and out. We both got french tip nails and the lines were crooked and you can see the streaks the polish left. The employee who was painting my nails dug his nails into my hand to steady his hand and when cleaning up the polish he dug his nail under mine and he hurt me. I understand there is a language barrier but the person on phone seemed to understand English clearly- there should have been no confusion. I was just there 10 minutes ago and left to get cash to pay (had no idea it was cash only). I am visiting family here. In Texas, I was able to use a credit card at all nail salons. I was very UNHAPPY with the job the sweet nail lady did on my pedicure. It looked very unprofessional, sloppy, and the coat was so thick that it looked like the coating was dripping and droopy already. The placed was packed and every seat was filled, so I did not complain or say anything because I did not want to cause a scene. I actually tipped her $10 too bc she was nice. Anyway, the pedicure looked awful, and I will have to go somewhere else to get it all redone. Let's just say whoa! From the moment you walk in they don't listen to a word you say. They were always doing the opposite. I went in for a manicure and pedicure, asked for my nails to be cut and filled short. They didn't do that at all, left all my nails long and didn't even clean under them. They didn't even say "do these look good?" Just straight up walked away after filing my nails. I had to ask the nail lady next to me if I could get my nails cut because they were still long. She got the lady that was working on my nails and she came back and filed them, asked if they looked good and walked away. I looked at them again and I was so over it, I just grabbed the nail file and filed my nails to a nice smooth groomed manicure. It seems that they were very quick and didn't wanna do a good job, they just want to get you in and out for a half ass job. I would not recommend coming here for services. My husband and I went for both a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicures were great. It was the lack of support I got when I asked for them to change the channel on the television. There was a show on the sexual abuse going on in Hollywood. Both my husband and I are survivors of abuse and it was very upsetting. I tried to explain that to them. The young girl who spoke English simply said she couldn't change it. My husband had to leave, ruining his pedicure in the process. I had to get more cash out of the car as it's cash only. Ugh.
