The tamale factory is in a small plaza tucked back between what looks like a bike shop and a salon. They are only open on weekdays between basically 9am - 5pm or whenever they sell out. But you can place orders ahead of time for holidays or pick-ups. Service was fast and super friendly. The menu is simple but glorious. Pork, chicken with green chili, or jalapeño and cheese. I ordered a dozen of the assorted flavors. They stay fresh about 5 days in the fridge or they also freeze well. Loved all 3 types and the masa had a wonderful flavor. Really don't want to give the tamales a two star because the lady was so nice, told me her husband and she make the tamales fresh every night . The price was reasonable, they were very flavorful, masa was light and airy, however the masa was too thick and had very little filling. I prefer my tamales with a little more filling. All that said I probably will visit the store again.They were good. read more

Looking for tamales? Go no further than Tamale Factory! Now this isn't an eat in restaurant all orders are to go but that is OK! These guys are super nice and the tamales are amazing! They have three main choices Chicken, Pork and Cheese and Jalapeno. The chicken has a green sauce inside and it is so freakin good! The Pork have a red sauce and although not my favorite of the three flavors they are good too. My wife actually likes these ones a ton! Last time I had them they were way amazing! The Jalapeno Cheese ones are super good too. They do custom orders too, last time I ordered I asked them to combine the jalapeno and the chicken in the same tamale. It was a small up charge but the results were insanely great! I highly recommend I eat there at least once a week. My only dilemma is what flavor to order next time I go in there. read more

Take out only. Tamales are delicious and authentic. I am not a local and didn't have the yelp app (lesson learned) but saw this place had 5 stars so how could I go wrong? The two ladies who work here were very accommodating to allow me to dine here as I had no way to enjoy the tamales elsewhere. This is a very small business that obviously has a great reputation. The good signage is key to finding this place, as it in the alley way behind the Chase Bank. I had two chicken and one pork with the spicy salsa on the side and a soda. I could've eaten 2 more tamales, but I would've had to take a nap! Highly recommended. I hope they develop a dining area and larger menu in the near future. In the meantime, i am very happy to have contributed to this American dream. read more
