I just had one a couple days ago and lemme tell ya... The ciabatta bun is soft and fluffy, the mustard is smooth and light, there's just the right about of pickles and meat, and its juicy but not so sloppy its unmanageable. Some have their high points, and I'm a fan of several. While I also love the sit-down place down the street, (because it is easier to get to with the fam), no other place near Meddy makes tacos and tortas as good as this. You're not gonna get beer......and there's only a picnic table out front on the highway for "ambiance".....but if you want FOOD. The BEST food. And that want includes tacos, tortas, or a loaded burrito, then this is the place-hands down. The family that runs it puts a ton of love and care into what they do. The salsas are always fresh and just amazing. The handmade tortillas are what you have always wished for. The meat......well......just try and not fall in love with the carnitas or asada. I defy you. When they opened a couple years ago, the owner told me that he meant to be the best taco truck the Valley had. I smiled nicely, and said I was sure it would be good. But it's not just good. He has continually proven, over and over, that he and his family are up to the task. I literally eat lunch here at least once a week. In fact, I arrange my work schedule just to do it. Yeah.....it's THAT kinda good! I fear this truck ever leaving.....and my heart skips a beat when I see it has moved. (They take it home to clean and restock). Their hot sauce is good enough. Their beans are not refried, They're actually pinto beans that are cooked. The lady at the window is nice and it's an overall good Mexican Food experience.

Not worth the disappointment or stomach discomfort. Yesterday morning, my son asked me to grab something for him on my way to work. Knowing that he likes breakfast burritos, I decided to find one that would hopefully impress. I found a place! I ordered two breakfast burritos with bacon. The owner gave me a pager so I could sit in my car and wait for the food to be ready which was very nice. The tortilla, amazing. Not too much, nor too little. Not too hard. Not too soggy. Flavor was spot on. The contents. Smoky beans like I've only tasted once in my life. I'm talking my girlfriend's mom makes them in Culiacán and brings them to her. I'm not going to ramble about every single ingredient, but let's just say that it was simple and well put together and didn't start falling apart with too many unnecessary additions. Everything was blended together, yet not blended. It was the overall flavor and consistency throughout that I really appreciated. And for you people that are wondering, was there enough meat? The answer would be yes, and plenty. Not the leftover overcooked or fatty pieces that some people put in their breakfast burritos, thinking they can hide it in amongst all the other ingredients. Large pieces of meatiness! What prompted me to write this review is that my son texted me this morning 'Where did you get that burrito yesterday!?'. He knew too! We ordered the asada gourmet tacos $10, asada burrito $10, and Combo 1 pork pupusa with fried plantains and rice & beans $5.50. My favorite was the pupusa. Soft, cheesy, and good flavor. The sides of salsa were sooo good with everything. Their tacos came with handmade tortillas and the "guacamole" was perfect. Again, add some of that salsa with it. Now, I don't typically like my asada burritos with beans, so I asked if it could be made without it. They said the beans were mixed with the rice. I decided to just try it in the burrito. The rice & beans was soooo good, even on its own! Black beans is definitely the way to go. I was also surprised that I liked the fried plantains. I've tried a it a couple times in other places in the past, even a few spots in Miami. However, I was never really fond of them. It's still not something I would regularly order if it wasn't included as a side, but this place was the best I've ever had. This food truck is not pretentious and you get a lot of food for your money. Go check them out.

It pays for itself and after 10 punches you get you 11th order free. The tacos themselves are really tasty. I always get mine with carnitas and squeeze lime all over them. Yum!
