They aren't expensive but that's not the point. So customer service told me I had to return in store. So I went back to the store to return them. I felt attitude immediately off the rep that approached us. She asks why I'm returning and I started to say they arenr free and she speaks over me to say they are. I then told her I don't want them and didn't ask for them and she said I'd have to come back when the person who sold them to me was there. Then couldn't tell me when she would be. Total joke. I'm seriously contemplatng cancelling all 4 phones and going back to Verizon. I went to Tmobile because they used to have great customer service. I asked the guy to Replace it and get it done as soon as possible. Alex shows up to my house, on time??? After calling to let me know he will be there late on Friday night. He tells me the mic prob needs to be replaced but sometimes they just get clogged especially if you work construction like I do and a cleaning might be a much cheaper fix for me. Not once, not twice but 3 separate times Alex disassembled my phone and cleaned both microphones. To discover that the mics were fine, just very very dirty... so this dude came out late on a cold Friday night and spent an hour cleaning my phone for a very, very reasonable 50 $... when he could have easily said the mics needed repaired and jacked up The price on me, how would I have known... and then he left before I could think to Tip him.... Sierra never gave up and finally we were able to get the correct code from Verizon and get my phone set up..During that time, while we were placed on one hold after another, she waited on other customers and never lost her cool. Several seniors came by for assistance. She handled their problems, treated them with kindness and respect.. I am 87 so also a senior. I have no respect for Consumer Cellular because they employ dedicated employees like Sierra. She deserves a raise! Thank you.

Was told it was corrected. All customer service is Offshore in Manilla. Double billing me for an account that was closed when the Business was account was added. Last month I got a bill for $132.00 for the Consumer account that was closed 8 months ago. Or so I was told. After all these calls and a promise to correct it. NEVER DONE. THEY TURNED ME OVER TO COLLECTION AGENCY. 5 OR 6 MORE CALLS. DROPPED MY SCORE 100 POINTS IN 1 DAY. One agent hung up on me and the last straw they transferred me to the collection agency, who told me she could not help me and not understood why they switched the call to her. I have filed a dispute with CONSUMER PROTECTION BUREAU as they refuse to remove it from credit. The payment was not owed and they had no right to ruin my credit for their incompetency and failure to correct the situation. Better company's out there. Please choose wisely. Their customer care is totally NON EXISTENT.
