I asked the guy to Replace it and get it done as soon as possible. Alex shows up to my house, on time??? After calling to let me know he will be there late on Friday night. He tells me the mic prob needs to be replaced but sometimes they just get clogged especially if you work construction like I do and a cleaning might be a much cheaper fix for me. Not once, not twice but 3 separate times Alex disassembled my phone and cleaned both microphones. To discover that the mics were fine, just very very dirty... so this dude came out late on a cold Friday night and spent an hour cleaning my phone for a very, very reasonable 50 $... when he could have easily said the mics needed repaired and jacked up The price on me, how would I have known... and then he left before I could think to Tip him.... I hope I don't need cell Phone repair anytime soon but if I do, I know who I'm calling... Thanks Alex...

El Mirage, AZ Location -…read more Absolutely terrible experience. Dishonest practices, poor-quality parts (even at the highest price point I was offered), and a complete lack of accountability. I regret ever stepping foot in this store. I originally brought my daughter's phone in for a screen replacement and was quoted $250, which seemed high compared to going directly to Apple. I was going to leave since it was high so the "manager" offered to do it for $180 and said it would take 15 minutes. I agreed to do it. We returned after 30 minutes, waited another half hour, only to be told they didn't actually have the correct screen in stock. The phone was returned with the screen in even worse condition as he had taken it apart, and we were told to come back another day. Had I known the part wasn't available, I never would've allowed them to touch the phone, especially considering it's a 40-minute round trip from my home. On the second visit, Rovshan Karimli told us the price was now $189 and mentioned two screen options--one that could have discoloration. (On the first visit, I was only given one option.) He refused to honor the $180 quote. At that point, I just wanted the repair completed, so I paid. But once we got home, my daughter noticed the screen had a strange green and gritty appearance in the dark. I called and was told to bring it back--and was even accused of causing water damage! That accusation was completely baseless. The screen looked like that from the moment it was replaced, and she had been extremely careful with the phone. Who accuses a customer of water damage the moment they raise a concern? Third visit: They said they needed two hours to inspect the phone. I asked for a call when it was ready--no one ever called. I had to call myself, only to be told "nothing was wrong," even though they clearly hadn't tested the phone under the low-light conditions I had specifically mentioned. Rovshan said he'd order another screen just in case and asked me to return again and that he would call when it was in the store. Fourth visit: I called ahead to confirm the screen had arrived because I did NOT get a call! He acted like he didnt even know the situation when I called also. When I got there I showed a video of the issue. At this point, Rovshan abruptly changed his story and said the green discoloration was just how their aftermarket screens look, and that nothing could be done. This directly contradicted what he told me the last time. No replacement. No refund. No accountability. I asked for the owner's contact information, and instead of giving it to me so I could follow up, Rovshan called someone in front of me--mocking me the entire time. I have no idea if it was even the actual owner. All I wanted was a number. At this point, I feel completely taken advantage of. The lies, the backtracking, and the inconsistent pricing and screen options made the whole experience feel like a scam. They even tried to upsell me another $100 for a screen "comparable to Apple's," claiming Apple would charge $500--which is completely untrue. So now I'm out $207, stuck with a poor-quality screen, and was treated with total disrespect throughout the process. Avoid this store at all costs. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and completely untrustworthy.

We switched from Cox high speed internet to T-Mobile 5G Home Internet because of a major increase…read morein Cox's monthly fee. We went for the highest T-Mobile Home Internet plan with the 2 devices: a Gateway & WiFi Mesh Access Point was sent to us and we found switching over and installation to be quick and not difficult. The speed was to be about 200-300 mbps and ends up being about 135 mbps. Why the difference? Because our devices are wireless. Our everyday speed for internet and television streaming is adequate. The beloved T-Mobile customer service is VERY disappointing. For example, when addressing an issue, they said they will email me a link for a VISA gift card to be after 90 days of service. They did not send me the link and when inquired about it they told me it was too late. I told them I never got the link so it took me several calls, being on hold, and transferring me, and then giving me reassurance which ended up being just words and a few lies on what they told me and promised. This involved hours of phone time, and when they decided to enable me to still be eligible for the gift card, they told me it would take "10 weeks, plus or minus 7 additional business days from when it is approved". During this process I was told 3 times I would get a confirmation email, which I never got and also a call back pledge which I never received. So more lies. Gone are the days of their award winning customer service. Now I will be waiting to get the digital MasterCard gift card which I have my doubts about ever receiving. UPDATE: After jumping through hoops and waiting weeks, I DID receive the Promotional Digital MasterCard. To add insult to injury, my home security system has been giving me problems and after a 2 1/2 hour service visit they told me that my T-Mobile internet was inadequate for my security system making it's features unaccessible except for working only intermittently - great huh? I will consider switching from this service when feasible but now I cannot enthusiastically recommend using it.

It took over 90 minutes; I was on hold, transferred three times, conversations to try me to keep it. Agents are not allowed to transfer calls back to the USA. There has to be a more efficient/simple way.

Severe Mismanagement, Misinformation, and Lack of Accountability…read more Would give zero stars if I could due to extremely poor service, misinformation, and a complete lack of accountability at this location. Two months ago, I visited this store to replace my wireless router because my internet speeds were slow. I was explicitly told by the sales representative that in order to receive a replacement router, I had to close my existing internet account and open a new one. This immediately raised concern, as I did not want a new account--only upgraded equipment. Despite this, I followed their instructions. Later, when I contacted T-Mobile customer support for setup assistance, I was informed that this guidance was incorrect. The support agent stated they do not understand why store representatives tell customers this, as it is not required. Whether this was due to lack of training, laziness, or sales-driven behavior, the result was the same: my account was mishandled. One month later, I received a higher bill because: * A new line had been opened * My old line was not canceled the same day, resulting in prorated charges I returned to the store and spoke with the assistant manager, Tatum, who initially acknowledged the issue. He told me he would: * Credit the difference back to my account * Follow up with customer service * Call me once it was resolved I provided my phone number specifically because I do not have a T-Mobile cell phone plan--only internet service. None of this was done. Three weeks later, I returned to the store and was told: * The assistant manager spoke with the original employee * Because she claimed she "advised me correctly," they would no longer issue the credit * I was told he "did not have my number," which is untrue--I explicitly provided it * I was told, "There's nothing we can do" To make matters worse, I was then told that employees are trained to close and reopen accounts, which directly contradicts what T-Mobile customer support told me. At no point was I offered: * A proactive solution * An apology with corrective action * A manager capable of resolving the issue This is not just a single employee error--this is store-wide mismanagement and a serious failure in customer service, communication, and leadership. Warning to Customers Do not visit this location. Your account may be mishandled, you may be upsold unnecessarily, and if something goes wrong, you will be blamed rather than supported. Attention T-Mobile Corporate This location has a manager who is not suited for a leadership role. The assistant manager, Tatum, demonstrated poor follow-through, misinformation, and a lack of basic customer service principles. This reflects badly on the T-Mobile brand and raises serious concerns about training and oversight at this store. This experience needs corporate review, not just a store-level dismissal

I contacted customer service and they told me the store has cameras but they couldn't access them and I would have to speak to the store manager. Store manager was on vacation for over 2 weeks. She said " I just scanned it in so it belongs to T mobile now." And... if you cancel you will owe $1000 for each of your business phones. I'm switching to Verizon immediately! This store is run by a bunch of children and so is T mobile. Service coverage was terrible and Verizon has better plan options.

It would get so hot that my phone would not charge, and it would be extremely laggy. my screen would go static for a second and then go back to normal. That happened like multiple times a day. I called him and told him what's going on and I was told to come in and get a refund. When I come in he tried to say that I need to give back the TRASH screen and then I would get my money back. (He wanted to reuse it on someone else to scam someone else) He wanted me to leave the shop with no screen. Tf. After some talking, I got my refund. A couple days later my phone fell of my couch. And completely broke my screen. I went to Apple today to fix it and it was only $350. Moral of the story, don't go to these places. They don't put an original Apple OLED screen on. They did an off brand aftermarket screen without telling you. They are cheap and they scam you. Their screens break easy so you will come back and spend more. Just go to Apple or actual stores. Not these stipid scam places. Save your time and money. Ps the screen I got at Apple is so different. It's skinnier and you can tell it's the real deal
