(The last few times at another carriers store before we switched I had to return multiple times for issues) All in all a good experience.

I reset it multiple times and never got the option to add the access point. I then tried all the things that the "AI" representative told me and still nothing worked. I then sat on hold for an hour trying to get a hold of customer care and nope no answer from anyone. I then went into the store 2 days after purchasing it with the access point with me and told them I just want to cancel it in general bc Its not worth my time to deal with that and they told me "we can't do that. You have to with customer care"... Very disappointed. Also there was no manager in store or anyone of actual assistance. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. I'll be back to speak with a manager

They only had orange in stock, so I would brave two shopping centers in one December Saturday evening, but I was on the quest for a new phone. Happy they could do a "online" order and printed a slip to make the next stop incredibly easy. This location has been great since becoming a Verizon customer in 2006. We signed in waiting for the next available representatives who was Drew. He greeted us and brought us to a workstation. We discussed phone options and found her iPhone 10 qualified for a free upgrade. Awesome Sauce !!! We kept our existing Military discount plan pricing with her shiny new phone. My wife picked her color, case and the data transfer was all handled by Drew. During the hour long process Drew explained the key improvements she gained in this upgrade. He also reviewed some of my phone settings I was having trouble with and resolved those as well. Once the data transfer was complete Drew performed side-by-side reviews to confirm everything made to her new iPhone 16. Drew provided excellent customer service today. He asked great questions to help direct us towards the right replacement and free on top of that! Drew demonstrated both customer and technical skills which made our visit and the new phone upgrade flawless. Perfect Gentleman and represented Verizon very well Kudos we appreciate him! The whole process was smooth and efficient, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The representative who helped me was courteous, friendly. The only thing I found a little strange was that the name badges don't include names they just say "Sales Associate." Recently, I was told on three separate occasions that my iPhone 17 Pro Max was on its way, and that my Series 3 Apple Watch would arrive together. I was also promised a $1000 trade-in credit for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. After multiple one-hour calls with representatives in different call centers, I was later told I would only receive $800 instead. There seems to be major miscommunication, and I have spent significant time trying to resolve this without success. I'm requesting that Verizon honor the originally quoted $1000 trade-in credit and provide an update on my iPhone and Apple Watch order status. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

My Wife and I have had consumer Cellular for years now, and have been extremely happy with their price, their service and not one lost or interrupted call in the years we've had them... that does not say much for competitors. We are actually saving over $100 per phone per month since starting use of their service. Although dealing with them primarily online, recently we had the need to replace both our phones and decided to shop at one of their brick-and-mortar location.
