Went here on a Friday morning and there was no rush. Service was quick and food came out pretty fast. The croffles were great! My friend has had croffles in other places around DFW but she said this one was the best that she's had. It was presented nicely and was soft and fluffy! Was a bit disappointed by the skillets, thought they would be like sizzlers and hot but they weren't, they were just warm. Would've rather gotten an omlet instead. I will be coming back over the weekend as I want to experience the live music! read more

Was very disappointed is customer service very slow in general. Was told waiting time would be about 5-10 minutes. After 10 minutes the host took us to a table. Our server did not make an appearance until 15 minutes later. No water had been offered. Also saw a couple and one person walked out. Unfortunately I will not be coming back. read more

Amazes me to see some of the less than 5 star reviews below... I am VERY picky about to go/delivery orders... and Talia's has ALWAYS done a GREAT job for us. No issues at all. Their breakfasts in particular are fully on point and delectable... great portion size, extra tasty and fresh! Very large menu, so lots of choices. Several unique creations which we did not try. We had a southwest scramble. Very good. And vegetable omelette which was excellent with hash browns also very good. My pancake was very bad. It was so hard I had to cut it with a knife. I only ate a few bites. Yea and coffee were both good just pretty pricey for iced tea and coffee compared to others. Stumbled upon this place with a google search for breakfast near me. The menu was intriguing with the Croffles. Honestly I get a tad bored with all the basic breakfast places around me; they basically have the same menu and now really wows me. My friend and I came here one morning; it wasn't too busy. The place is rather large. I'm not gonna lie; it's cute but the vibe is really confusing. There's a random piano in the middle of the restaurant and a section near the register where I assume they're trying to turn into a retail area. The decor itself is cute but strange. The menu is esthetically pleasing and rather large. I loved the option for the teas, coffees and juices. The fresh apple kale juice was delicious; I ordered the southwest skillet to be safe and then wanted to try the croffles. The skillet was prepared nicely; there was a lack of some flavor that I can't put my finger on; however nothing some hot sauce couldn't fix. The presentation and the portions were great. The croffles! Wow it's a lot to an order; I tried the B. Cheese ones and man they were tasty! I absolutely love croissants so I knew I was going to like these. I had my first croffle at this restaurant. If you don't know the lingo, that's a croissant that's pressed into a waffle shape. That sounds pretty bougie but to be honest I didn't think it was better than an actual waffle and I would probably just order that next time. But it is a little lighter and I wouldn't blame someone for wanting it genuinely. I got the berry combination which also came with Nutella. It was nice but after adding bacon and eggs to this it was quite an expensive meal for what it was. If they put this in a standard combo and brought the price down a bit I would be more likely to return and I would bump the score. Everything was tasty and well prepared, it's just not competitively priced. The restaurant is cute and the server seemed polite. It was quiet the weekday mid morning that I went but there were still a couple of diners. I suspect it's a usual spot for wealthy retired women in this neighborhood. It's more that vibe than the greasy spoons and bustling truck stops that serve similar food. read more

Unlike other cafes I've been to, this place has a few unique things on their menu like a French toast waffle. I tried something different than I usually get, avocado toast and it was amazing! I may have been introduced to something wonderful. The ambiance was very clean, organized and functional. They had someone paying the piano. The service was also really nice. The waitress was attentive and the food came out very quick especially for a business that has the vast options like they do. I think it was fairly priced, somethings a big over prices like $3.5 for a lemonade juice box but now I know to ask before ordering. With the climate nowadays, those are things that we can expect. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this place even just to try. read more

One of my favorite brunch spots in Allen! They have really good food, service and the vibes with the live piano is superb. For food, we ordered the spicy chicken and waffle (omg so good!), eggs Benedict w salmon, and apple pie croffle. They had a seasonal blueberry ale that was a good addition to the menu. We won't be going back. I wanted to love this little cafe but it just wasn't what we expected. The food was mediocre, & pretty high priced. Our waiter might have been new, but it felt like we were forgotten about a few times - didn't go during peak hours either. The wait time was nonexistent on a Sunday at 10:30AM - we left an hour later and it started to pack a bit but I don't think the wait could ever be super crazy with how spacious it is. The waiter is really nice and attentive. The menu is vast - you've got crepes, skillets, waffles, your normal.. however what is special about this place is CROFFLES! I saw the photos and knew I had to get it. We ordered a strawberry and a banana croffle. Food came out pretty quick. The croffle is a bit on the smaller side but crispy yet soft, buttery, and tastes so good paired with the Nutella and the fruit. It was just enough for me. Pricing is standard, a bit expensive in my opinion but apparently everything is now adays. I kind of feel like I could do this with a waffle maker and a Costco croissant but I'm lazy. read more

Sadly disappointed overall. The cafe just misses the mark in far too many areas. The decor lacks any unifying theme: playing piano like a Parisian cafe, Bible references on wall from a flea market. The attempt at an upscale approach is destroyed by the number placards on the tables and concrete floors adding to the sound. Then menu is large and varied but all priced too high for what is served. Replacing the disposable shelf stable creamer packets vs actual cream or half-and-half would improve appearance and not cost them that much for a breakfast establishment. The hash browns were the bulk frozen type. Generally just a basic breakfast for one ran about $20 which doesn't make sense for their food costs and the atmosphere. It felt the prices were based on the lack of customer volume, which was based on the lack of quality atmosphere and food Note about the service: everyone working there was young and fantastic. Lots of staff as well for the number of customers. I'd just avoid the restaurant and look forward to a rebranding. read more

Pretty hit or miss on service and speed of food. Food has always been 5/5. Example, today, we waited over 1 hr for our food with a toddler. It was hell. Than they billed the food incorrectly and took forever to fix it. It was frustrating. The staff said they were all new and no one knew how to work the systems. Food has been great. Always.
