I took it Monday morning & it was corrected immediately with no questions & many apologies. No money was asked of me since it was found the cap wasn't screwed on tight enough. They gave me a whole new oil change. Very polite. I felt well taken care of. She originally spent about 45 mins for the original oil change on Sunday & I was there maybe 30 mins or less. We spent $98 for an oil change & new filter under the hood with $20 off coupon.

Couple days later I found out that more oil was dripping on the floor at my company's parking garage. I called again....this time the technician was more concerned about me coming in to top off the oil than actually looking for the problem. I said Im on my way and about to head in and get this taken care of. But first I figured let me take a peek under the hood myself - can you guess what I found?! They put the oil dipstick in BACKWARDS. And it was hanging OUT!! oil was dripping out from the oil pressure and spraying down the frame and dripping everywhere. Talked to the manager who said he would come to my home and clean the floor with a citrus cleaner. We scheduled a day - He was a No Show!! I called again and left numerous messages, emails, texts. NOTHING!! So...again....Beware and Be Aware.

He got us in on short notice and repairs were done the next day. He misquoted us on the price, which we had already accepted, but the actual quote was a few hundred LESS! He could have easily charged us the higher price.
