Was pleasantly surprised to learn no appointment is needed as they are considered a "quick care" center. I opted for the Valvoline max life oil change and a tire rotation. Was advised to wait in the waiting room while they completed. They do a maintenance check on the vehicle and brought in my air filter to show me it was still very good. After a quick 20 minutes my vehicle was ready. Employees were all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely be back as I'm sure I will forget to schedule my next appointment with the dealership. $96.28 total for the max life synthetic oil change, tire rotation, break fluid check, power steering check, battery check, fill up on windshield wiper fluid and coolant. While in the waiting room there was a person there on their first trip to Jiffy Lube and was concerned about issues. I live 45 minutes away from this location and had a confirmed appointment a week in advance before being told that they couldn't change the tires. I ended up just taking my new tires in the back of my truck and leaving because this place is such a train wreck. This is the worst customer experience that I've ever had in retail and would give this review negative stars if I could. Drive further to find a better business and do not go to this location.
