TERRIBLE!!! I had an order from Tire Rack delivered with four new tires that I already paid for and they arrived a week prior to my appointment. I show up and they tell me that they don't have my appointment or my tires. I show them the confirmation emails of my tire delivery and the confirmation of my appointment. They eventually find my tires and then proceed to tell me that they can't install my tires even though they confirmed the appointment. They told me that their service manager confirms appointments without talking to anyone. I live 45 minutes away from this location and had a confirmed appointment a week in advance before being told that they couldn't change the tires. I ended up just taking my new tires in the back of my truck and leaving because this place is such a train wreck. This is the worst customer experience that I've ever had in retail and would give this review negative stars if I could. Drive further to find a better business and do not go to this location. They are a terrible business, treat their customers like crap, and definitely don't have their act together. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS OR YOU WILL BE MAKING A MISTAKE! read more

Walked in the store and the customer service was terrible! No consideration to work me In for a simple tire repair! All I needed was to have a nail removed and the tire patched! Nope! No way to touch the tire for a couple of days! I will not be returning!! read more

What honest people to deal with! I took my truck in to get it ready for winter; flush the radiator, transmission fluid change, oil change, tires and the battery checked. I added new windshield wipers to the list. They also checked the fluids and safety of the vehicle. They were going to call when it was ready or if they found something wrong. About an hour after I had left, they called. Oh no. They must have found something wrong I thought. No, they said that I didn't need the radiator and transmission fluids changed. I hadn't driven enough miles to warrant it. Honesty; not something you see very often. I like these people. I like the work they do and there honesty. I'll go back again. read more

I took my car here for an oil change and although I had an appointment it still took a couple hours. The water/coffee was empty which wasn't the end of the world, but a little disappointing. My main issue was that 2 days after my oil change I had my check engine light come on. Tires plus hadn't put my coolant cap back on completely, resulting in coolant leaking all over and causing my engine to overheat. Luckily i noticed it early before it really screwed up my engine and have a friend who could run codes to diagnose and fix the issue because otherwise i would have been stuck sending my car back to the shop and had to foot that bill. An oil change is an extremely simple procedure and I'm irritated that the techs here missed basic aspects of it. I would not return as I do not trust this location to do the job correctly. read more

I normally dont have issues with Tires Plus. I purchased a tire, which should include installation. They could not get the old tire off and wanted to charge me $120. Labour costs for the additional time. I eventually agreed only because I did not want to take my car elsewhere. Car was in shop for two hours at this point and I'm very busy. They did reduce the extra fee to $69. I was sick that day and just wanted to move on and this is why I paid the fee. I writing this because I do not agree with the fee. read more

Open 7 days per week. You can always count on getting the oil changed, tires put on, brakes & suspension work. My last stop I had quite a few lights changed and I was back on the road fast. Weekends can be busy but they are open all day. read more

I like this store. I have used them several times in the past for tires, struts and wheel alignment. I do a lot of my own car care (brakes) so i only use them for things I don't have tools for. Gene is always fair and honest. read more
