I took it Monday morning & it was corrected immediately with no questions & many apologies. No money was asked of me since it was found the cap wasn't screwed on tight enough. All said and done - to my surprise when I got home I found Oil dripping on my New Concrete garage floor. I immediately called and the technician informed me that perhaps it spilled over a little and would burn off eventually. Couple days later I found out that more oil was dripping on the floor at my company's parking garage. I called again....this time the technician was more concerned about me coming in to top off the oil than actually looking for the problem. I said Im on my way and about to head in and get this taken care of. But first I figured let me take a peek under the hood myself - can you guess what I found?! They put the oil dipstick in BACKWARDS. And it was hanging OUT!! oil was dripping out from the oil pressure and spraying down the frame and dripping everywhere. Talked to the manager who said he would come to my home and clean the floor with a citrus cleaner. We scheduled a day - He was a No Show!! I called again and left numerous messages, emails, texts. NOTHING!! So...again....Beware and Be Aware.

After months of taking my car to the dealership for repair after repair without getting to the REAL…read morereason why my car was running rough, I decided to give Joey's a try because of the excellent reviews. They did a very in-depth diagnostic and sent me the results by text, which I was able to open in a web browser. The repair was much more expensive than I had hoped, but at least I knew I wasn't going to get nickel and dimed to death putting "band-aid" fixes on my car. I decided to forego repairs and trade the car in as it was a ten year old vehicle. Joey's charged me for the diagnostics only and never tried to pressure me into anything more. If ever I need another vehicle repair, I'll skip all the hassle and go straight to Joey's, where I know they will be honest and upfront about what needs to be done.
