I called again....this time the technician was more concerned about me coming in to top off the oil than actually looking for the problem. I said Im on my way and about to head in and get this taken care of. But first I figured let me take a peek under the hood myself - can you guess what I found?! They put the oil dipstick in BACKWARDS. And it was hanging OUT!! oil was dripping out from the oil pressure and spraying down the frame and dripping everywhere. Talked to the manager who said he would come to my home and clean the floor with a citrus cleaner. We scheduled a day - He was a No Show!! I called again and left numerous messages, emails, texts. They eventually find my tires and then proceed to tell me that they can't install my tires even though they confirmed the appointment. I live 45 minutes away from this location and had a confirmed appointment a week in advance before being told that they couldn't change the tires. I ended up just taking my new tires in the back of my truck and leaving because this place is such a train wreck. This is the worst customer experience that I've ever had in retail and would give this review negative stars if I could. Drive further to find a better business and do not go to this location. ( were sticking) he informed me they needed to do a full brake inspection but I just had it done two months ago. Just need calipers. I politely stated that I only need my calipers replaced and he say to take my business elsewhere. I asked he why he was talking to me in such a disrespectful manner and again he stated if you don't like it then go somewhere else. I asked for the manager which he said he was. I decided to hang up and take my business to another branch. This location is losing alot of business based on the unprofessional practices of its customer service reps and manager.
