Travis and his crew were friendly, professional, and great to work with throughout the whole process. Last but not least--come hungry if you're there around lunch or dinner. He answered all of my questions and we actually worked out the deal via text messages. When I got to the dealership in Des Moines, I was certain that I was going to have to fight to get a decent deal. I couldn't have been more pleased. They were fair in their price and upfront about all associated fees, etc. The entire experience was just super. From the test drive to the purchase, everything was simple and straightforward. The salseman who got finalized the deal even stuck around with Joe to help me load my bike into my van and secure it. I didn't leave until I had met just about every employee from the service managerwho both removed my windscreen showed me how to reasemble it, to the parts manager and finace person (who was delightful). This was a 5 star experience. It was by far the best dealership experience I have ever had, and I've bought a lot of cars and bikes over the past 30 years. My dad is a longtime Harley owner and I buy him shirts from each state and country I visit. We were driving through from Texas to MN, so this was a great place to take a break. They had a huge selection of shirts and their store logo is pretty cool with the barn and silos. They had a several items on clearance, and being a Harley store, you know apparel will be a bit pricey. If in the area, and into Harley's, I recommend it!

They had one alright. ....... for $206. I called Fenders and they had one also....... for $89. Now I know exactly where to go next time for a bike Battery. I've had my bike serviced at Fenders and they did a good job. I like their new store and location too. So far I have no complaints about Fenders Motorcycle and I would, and will, recommend them to anyone. FYI : The map currently shows the Store at it's old address. Fenders has moved to 1500 E. Army Post which is about a block EAST of S.E 14th on the north side of the street. Their old Store was about a block WEST of S.E. 14th on the south side of the street. It's easy to find.
