I was expecting to sit and read while my oil was being changed, but Orlando asked if I wanted to learn a bit about what he was doing so I could understand what other places might say when I go home for future oil changes. He did routine checks on other things--transmission fluid, tires, etc.--and explained what other places will try to charge me for that actually doesn't need to be done. Also, apparently, the last place I had gone for an oil change had put an A/C gasket seal where the oil gasket would normally go...PROBLEM, which is why it was leaking...BOTTOM LINE: Orlando actually CARES about good service and has nothing to hide. The price was better than I've had, and I received far better service from Orlando than I ever have at any other auto shop.
