Terrible. DO NOT BRING ANY EUROPEAN CARS TO THIS SERVICE STATION. The coupon advertising a $69.99 oil change is a lie. My bill was over $170 for a 4 cylinder oil change and tire rotation. I declined their offered $502 battery and $1560 for four 18" tires. Two employees had to find a service manager to attempt to explain multiple upcharges. Avoid at all costs. read more

Great family owned mechanic. I visited here because I needed a second opinion and a trusted mechanic with shaking I had from my car with steering. My dealership quoted me $960 and wanted 2 parts replaced. After Willard did their inspection they said I only needed one part as I suspected and fixed everything for under $500. Car is driving like new again and I have a reliable mechanic to go back to. The owners provided very good service and I felt like I was indeed being provide service by a family owned business that cares. Called this garage yesterday as I'm getting ready to purchase a 21 year old car (23K miles) and I was looking for a reliable place to do a pre purchase inspection on the vehicle as I would be driving the car back to California some 1700 miles away. I asked to speak to the shop manager but he wasn't available at the time. I explained to the receptionist my situation and I was told they don't work on cars older than 20 years old. I call back today to speak to the shop manager (Brian) to see who he would recommend. I explained to him that I was told they don't work on cars older than 20 years and before I could finish (asking him who would he recommend) he cut me off and reiterated that they don't work on cars older than 20 years. I said ok, I called to see who you recommend. After pausing for a second he says to me that he gets this questioned asked all the time and then went on to say "check google buddy, a lot of good info there" so I hung up on him. Can't speak on the kind of work they do, but Brian's customer service gets a 1 star. Glad I won't be giving this place my money read more

Willard Garage repaired ALL the oil leaks, (and a few other issues), with my 2005 Honda Civic LX. Absolutely zero oil leaks now. Fantastic service, and very friendly people at the front desk. Lead service advisor Kevin explained everything to me every step of the way, over the phone and e-mail, and text message. I couldn't do the work myself, so I needed help to stop the oil leaks and a few other minor issues. Carl was/is my technician and my car was repaired and ready to go exactly when Kevin said it would be. Willard Garage's shop labor rate is extremely reasonable, ($160.00 per hour). I am extremely happy with my experience at Willard Garage. Willard Garage is now my new go-to place for ALL my auto service needs. I'm not going to go into specifics on any one visit I've made to this garage, but they are just awesome. They have consistently gone out of their way to fit me into their booked schedules and have always over-delivered on the the promised date/time they said my vehicle would be ready. Their staff is top notch! Their mechanics know what they are doing and are a pleasure to speak with on the phone. It truly feels like a family-run business...their customers seem to be an extension of that family. Automotive repairs are always expensive. And while most of the repairs I've needed have been quite pricey, I've done some research and have found that Willard Garage really is reasonable and competitive with their prices. I'm done with the automotive dealers (Chevy, Ford) handing my repairs. Willard has my business now. Would strongly encourage everyone to give them a try. I absolutely love this small family run business. They are honest and dedicated to their customers. Even though they were short staffed during my car repairs, the owner himself took time out of his busy schedule to shuttle me back and forth. I've barely put work into my car over the years aside from regular oil changes, so of course 12 years later, there are some repairs coming up due. Willard Garage is wonderful at showing and explaining the repairs and providing an itemized list by priority. I've worked with them the last two years and had many services and repairs completed. Very friendly staff, but their business practices are questionable. On multiple occasions had them perform a full vehicle inspection, paid a great deal to have parts replaced, just to have a part they missed break a few weeks later. Also refused to just replace break pads, insisting that roters always need replaced at the same time (which they do not). read more

Took my daughter's car in for an oil change and tire replacement before her trip to California. Brian was very helpful getting the right tires which included a revate. They did a great job and fast. Suggested a couple items that needed repair to make sure the car was ready for the drive. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the experience. read more

I went to Willard Garage for a simple oil change, but what I received was so much more. I have a 2016 Nissan Sentra that had lost the rim cover when i slid into the curb due to the ice. I had this issue with my car when i took it to other repair shops and they tried to charge me $100 to get a plastic cover replaced on my car. That wasn't the case when I went to Willard Garage. Brian took time out of his busy schedule and called around to several salavage yards in the area and found me one for $25 in brand new condition! Its great to go to a shop that will do the little things and the right thing to take care of their customers. I highly recommend Willard Garage to anyone. read more

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. After I gave my name I was told " that's not really your name" well Some people actually have a last name Smith!!! I called for a price quote for a timing belt and was asked "does your car have one?" Seriously what kind of auto shop asks the customer if that's in there car! I would never refer this place to anyone! I hope who ever answered my call reads this and will change how he speaks to potential customers over the phone. 10/13/2017 - I see your boss told you to reply to this review to try n save face! - my name is Smith and your representative insulted me and said my name wasn't real- that has nothing to do with a quote! If he would have asked what engine my car was (1.8L) he should of known it has a timing belt. The 1.4L does not. His level of customer service was RUDE and INSULTING . My review for your company is still HORRIBLE customer service! That is not how you speak to a potential client on the phone. When u ask someone "do u even have a timing belt" - that's insulting! Why would I call for a quote if I didn't have one. - How he handled the call was completely unprofessional and insulting. I hope he learns from this experience just as I have, not to use your company! read more
