No hard upsale, although they do offer a couple of oil additives, and there are 2 to 3 levels of oils, depending on your vehicle. From the time I got there, to the time I left, I spent about 35 minutes...a bit longer than other comments I've seen, but the actual oil change itself took about 5 minutes, and I was in the actual building (you can stay in your car) a total of about 8 minutes, so I just happened to get behind some people with additional services, and only one lane was open when I arrived. Excellent customer service, and a pretty hefty non-discounted price of about $110 for a full-synthetic oil (best oil) change, but with discounts the price is well into the 'reasonable range'. They deliver what they promise, and if you need a quick oil change without prior planning, this is an easy option. If you can dig up a discount/coupon, all the better!

The store manager, Brandi does not stand behind their performance at all...just deny it's their fault and move on and hang up. That's it. What a joke. They said the pictures show ball joint damage, and that caused the wheel to fall off....NO STUPID...the ball joint got damaged when the front of the jeep slammed the pavement at 70mph. No common sense, just denial and F the customer. Hmmmm what what was it that caused 4 of the 5 wheel studs to snap off...crazy.
