Terry really saved me on a road trip recently! Heard a funny noise coming from my car, called him on a Sunday morning, and within a couple of hours, he had diagnosed the problem, found the part at a local shop, and completed the repair. The whole time he was super upfront and honest about what he was doing, both teaching me about my car and walking me through the repair process. Last night my car wouldn't start and I figured it was the starter, after calling around my local normal garage I realized it would need a towing to get fixed. I looked around for a more reasonable price and Fast T's gave a pretty good estimate of the work and parts. I was impressed by the price and decided to give the service a shot. I was more than pleased, the service was reliable, and fast and super friendly guy. I can't say enough about how he was willing to give me some options on cost and what I needed to do to get my car fixed. After a short time the problem was found, fixed and I still had the rest of my day to do what I needed to do. Professional. Personable. Reliable. Affordable. Honest. All words to describe Terry at Fast T's. I was on my way to work this morning, and the curb got the best of my tire... After doing a quick Yelp search, I came across Fast T. I called Terry, he asked if I was alright and not in any danger, after letting him know I was fine and in a safe location, he worked me in his scheduled right away. About an hour after I called, he came over - surveyed the damage, called the tire shop, told me upfront all the costs for repair, he found a match - took my tire, got the new one all ready from the tire shop and before I knew it, he was back putting my tire on at my location. Terry really did save the day - it did not cost me any time away from work just by not having to A) put on the tiny spare, finding a tire shop, and having to take time off work or B) having it towed to a tire shop, having to wait around for a tire to be available and taking time off work. If you want top-notch service, give Terry a call - you will definitely not regret your decision! He not only does tires, but a lot of other minor (sometimes major depending on your take! lol) repairs as well, and will provide an estimate before taking on the job - he also has a nifty website to peruse that displays his wide array of services. Our family was visiting the Des Moines area when our van wouldn't start in the hotel parking lot. It was a Saturday at 6:00 and most auto shops were closed. We found Fast T's through a google search and decided to give him a call. He was at the hotel within an hour to diagnose the problem...we needed a new alternator. He was very honest in checking the battery thoroughly and giving his opinion about the battery as well. Not wanting any further issues on our trip, we asked him to go ahead and replace the battery as well. He took down all of the information and said he would be there the next morning (Sunday) with the parts in hand to complete the repairs and get us on the road. Everything worked as planned and he had our vehicle repaired before our hotel checkout time so we could be on our way. His prices were reasonable and he was fast, knowledgeable, and honest. We can't thank him enough for coming out on a Sunday to fix our van so we could be on our way without the hassle of towing to a shop or having to wait until Monday for service! I used fast t's this summer. I was living in Des Moines for an internship and I was on my way to Lincoln one Saturday. I walked out of the house to a flat tire. I called fast T's and he came right away. He was so nice and very helpful. I was on my way to Lincoln after getting it fixed and it turns out my replacement was dented (not his fault). I called him again and he came RIGHT AWAY. He DROVE me to walmart to get a new tire, WAITED with me to pick it up, drove me BACK to my vehicle and installed it for me right away. I was blown away. The price is very affordable. I believe he treats his customers the way he would want him family treated! read more

Best roadside service you will find in central Iowa. He was very professional, reliable, quick and kind. His prices are very reasonable and he sends his invoice and receipt via email making it so easy to submit reimbursement paperwork. I locked my keys in my car and had to pick up my child from daycare in 30 minutes. There were several accidents on his route so he was stuck in traffic. I frantically called him several times asking his ETA (I must have been quite annoying) but he was very patient and reassured me he would unlock my car within the next 5 minutes. He was right and I picked up my child on time. Even in my hurry, he managed to wish me a safe journey and warned me of all the accidents on the interstate. Here's the kicker...in my hot mess I left my lunch bag in the flipping parking lot. He picked it up and was willing to meet me all the way across town where I lived because he knew I had my child and didn't want me to have to come all the way back. He truly made what could have been a very stressful situation quite manageable. I highly recommend this company! read more
