The power doors and Windows didn't work and the car wouldn't start at all. I called 5 different towing companies at around 4:30 pm on a Saturday. One of them didn't answer the phone. I told each of the other 4 where I was and where I wanted the car towed about 5 miles away. I got estimates of $95 to over $150. I also asked how long it would take for them to get to me. Capital City Towing told me I would be 4th on their wait list and it would be about 3 hours before they could get to me. When I called P&M Towing, not only were they the least expensive but they also gave me the quickest response time. They said they could be to my car within 40 minutes, and they were accurate with that estimate. It was starting to get dark and cold by the time they arrived so I was really happy to see them. The guy handled picking up my car extremely professionally and efficiently. I rode in the truck to the shop. The truck was extremely clean (and warm!). The driver was friendly and cleanly dressed. He accepted my card for payment. I was extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call them again. 10/10.

I thought I would give them a call. The dispatcher responded quickly with my location and a fair time of arrival and no fake promises. The driver was on time and had enough fuel to get me safely back on the road. What I liked best he didn't just give us the petrol and leave. He checked the batteries and tires to see if anything else was wrong and I began driving again. That small bit of work made everything feel professional and client focused. The pricing was reasonable considering the hour and the remoteness of the place. I have dealt with roadside help organizations that have made situations a million times worse but this outfit was the polar opposite. Their fuel delivery service was swift, dependable and properly done from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them for roadside assistance, battery servicing, car towing or fuel delivery because they actually care about helping people in stressful situations.

I understand if they wanted to take a higher fee run, but at least have the decency to let the potential customer know what's going on in stead of ghosting them. I was stuck on the shoulder of the freeway (in a construction zone with a wall on the other side) for two hours between them stringing me along, and the other company coming to get me.
