I received the quote quickly from Scott K., but was honestly worried I'd get constantly harassed, like normally happens with dealerships. Instead, I received just a handful of texts from Scott, including one where he took the time to film a video of the specific car in which we were interested. Now we are loving our new Ridgeline. Thanks so much!

We had just purchased a 1960 Nash Metropolitan that had a small chip in the windshield, which we…read morewanted to have repaired to ward off any further cracking or damage to the windshield in the future. We contacted several automotive glass repair places in the DSM area and no one was willing to repair the chip. Glass Doctor said "Sure bring it on in!" We drove an hour there and they explained that because it was the original windshield in the car, which obviously was an antique, there was always the chance that the glass could shatter while repairing it. We felt confident enough in their abilities to have them go ahead and fix it, which they did with no problems! And the price was very, very reasonable! All of the employees there were very nice, very knowledgeable and very friendly. If we ever need future work done to any of our vehicle windows, we will definitely go to Glass Doctor of Des Moines!

Yeah the stuff that is worn is still worn, but it is SO clean. They took a reasonable amount of time for what they did, it's a van after all. The price is reasonable. And they are nice folk, which is one of the reasons we picked them over all the other possibilities in town. For transparency I will say that we live across the street from them. We have seen their truck every day for the last couple of years. And my wife has occasionally helped chase down their big furry escape artist of a dog (he's a bundle of love). We highly recommend this company. They will take good care of your vehicle.
