I took it Monday morning & it was corrected immediately with no questions & many apologies. No money was asked of me since it was found the cap wasn't screwed on tight enough. We spent $98 for an oil change & new filter under the hood with $20 off coupon.

After I explained my circumstances, he worked in 100 degree heat to finish the job the day the car was dropped off. My mom decided to bring her car in for an inspection too. He could've tried to charge her a ton in repairs, but it was time to junk the car. He was honest and just told her everything that was wrong including a severe transmission issue. Seth is patient, kind, honest, and trustworthy. He is now my family's forever mechanic.

I show up and they tell me that they don't have my appointment or my tires. I show them the confirmation emails of my tire delivery and the confirmation of my appointment. They eventually find my tires and then proceed to tell me that they can't install my tires even though they confirmed the appointment. They told me that their service manager confirms appointments without talking to anyone. I live 45 minutes away from this location and had a confirmed appointment a week in advance before being told that they couldn't change the tires. I ended up just taking my new tires in the back of my truck and leaving because this place is such a train wreck. This is the worst customer experience that I've ever had in retail and would give this review negative stars if I could. Drive further to find a better business and do not go to this location. They did a very in-depth diagnostic and sent me the results by text, which I was able to open in a web browser. The repair was much more expensive than I had hoped, but at least I knew I wasn't going to get nickel and dimed to death putting "band-aid" fixes on my car. I decided to forego repairs and trade the car in as it was a ten year old vehicle. Joey's charged me for the diagnostics only and never tried to pressure me into anything more. If ever I need another vehicle repair, I'll skip all the hassle and go straight to Joey's, where I know they will be honest and upfront about what needs to be done.
