Great place for a wash. It's not a game hand wash, but it's decent and they have vacuums there to use that work great. I'm too cheap to pay for a wash, so I wait until they run a special on unlimited washes for a month and get that. Sometimes it's as cheap as $10 for a month of unlimited washes. It seems like a popular place, so I am surprised at the negative reviews I've always found the employees as helpful as needed. read more

They pack you on the conveyer belt like sausages, half the time you get hit or ram into the car infront of you! I SHOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS !!! So I took a chance looking for a good car wash in S Ogden to start a monthly unlimited, but after having other bad experiences, I decided to just go in for one time and pay for the Works Ultimate. So after tax it was $30 and some change, which is quite pricey for one time but I figured for that money I should have a clean 2011 F250 Diesel inside and out, boy was I wrong. Around 10 minutes later they called me to tell me my truck was done, I already knew what to expect. 10 guys on my truck couldn't finish and do a good job in 10 minutes. Boy did the rake me under the coals. $30 for 10 minutes, seriously? I didn't even have to drive out of the parking lot to see that my entire dash was covered in dust and debris. As soon as I pulled up to the stop sign down by Costco you could see all the smears on the windshield and inside windows from where someone took a rag and did one wipe. Soon as I got home I begin to find dirt all over the carpet, baseboards never touched, review mirror never cleaned, windshield smeared, all of the rear windows inside had never been touched, towel left in the backseat, none of the dash had been touched at all, the outside of the vehicle was covered in black speckles from excessive armor all, bugs on the front of my grill, the windshield upper sections covered in dirt, and the list goes on! This is got to be the worst car wash experience I have ever had in my entire life, and probably one of the most expensive other than getting professional details done to my truck which I have done every couple years. I bought the most expensive car wash they have. I waited in line for about 10 minutes with only one car in front of me because the manager had to come out with a disgruntled customer. The first time I went through none of the equipment worked so I had to get in line again to go through a second time.Thankfully the second time the equipment worked on my car was able to go through the car wash. I paid for the most expensive car wash so I could get my wheels clean, there are three things in this car wash package that focus on tires and wheels. With no notification, this location has been completely shut down for weeks for remodeling. No one answers the phone either at this location or at their corporate office. I was finally able to contact someone on FaceBook Messenger to find out what was going on and that I could use my pass at their other locations. All the other locations are in Salt Lake City! I'm paying $50 a month for an unlimited pass. There's been no offer of a refund for the weeks they're out of commission, so in order to take advantage of what I'm paying for, I have to waste the gas to drive 30 miles to the nearest location. We've used Super Sonic Car Wash for 6 years we were generally happy. But since they changed owners, the service has deteriorated. I took my truck there today and the exterior came out OK - but it took much longer than I was used to. I waited in the lobby for them to call the make and model of my truck overhead (as I'm used to). The entire time, 6 employees stood behind the desk, laughing and chatting. There didn't seem to be anyone around who was in charge. After waiting for 30 minutes, I finally decided that it was taking too long, and I walked outside to see if my truck had come through yet. There it was - ready for me - but no employees were outside. They were all inside, and none of them could be bothered to tell the customers when their vehicles were ready. Unfortunately, I bought an annual FastPass, but when it expires I'll be looking for somewhere else to get my truck washed. read more

I unfortunately didn't have a great experience here. I wanted to stop at full service wash. I pulled up and saw that they did "The Works" wash for $24.00. It seemed like a great deal for interior and exterior. I chose this as well as the add on $10.00 wax. $34.00 total. It was very quick. Too quick. I think I waited a total of 15 maybe 20 minutes and they were busy, it seemed alarming. I will say the wax looks great for $10, and the employees were friendly. But looking inside my car is where it gets bad. They had two interior options and I chose the nicest one, I figured they would do more than just vacuum. They didn't. It's literally just vacuumed out. And my dash looks like it got a quick wipe down. But if I'm paying for "The Works" I expect there not to be grud in my cup holders and smears all on the inside of my car. I'd say take your money elsewhere, unfortunately Ogden doesn't have many full service options. Horrible. I would not go here for free. Paid $150 to have my car DETAILED and went to pick it up and it was worse than when I left it. Pointed out that it had not even been wiped down on the console and steering wheel! They assured me they had three people and a manager go over it, but would 'clean' it again. I left it there a second time only to waste my day and gas to drive back another 3 hours later and it was still not clean. I too should have read the reviews prior, there is a reason these crooks have only 2 stars. Should be less in my opinion. Please don't waste your time here. Paid for the works wash and just got worked over. When they finished my vehicle it was still really dirty like they just sprayed it off. The wipe down of the interior was a joke, and thats just the beginning. the worst part was they peeled up the paint on my front bumper fascia, and their wax is globbed up all over my hood. Trash... I bought a book of 10 Works Plus washes and it was the worst money I've ever spent. Been there 3 times and all 3 times I got a garbage wash. Nobody cares about anything but getting through the day here. The photos I'm including are after pulling out of the parking lot and going across the street. Before you tell me to "look your car over before you leave" I'm not a quality control agent for your company. A $28 car wash should produce much better results that shouldn't have to be inspected. Paid $21 for an exterior car wash. You drive through a tunnel with machines that spray, wash and rinse your vehicle, then some employees hand dry with towels. Overall I think they did a good job - nothing phenomenal. The young man who hand dried my car did say he was going to polish my tires (or something to that effect) it I didn't notice they looked any different. I recommend this place for a quick, standard car wash at a decent price. Attention to detail is slightly lacking, but for that I'd recommend going to a luxury car wash. While the staff here provided fast and friendly service I was disappointed that no one wore masks and that's including the person that drove my car for a car wax. The staff also told me there was no protocol to sanitize my car before ire-entered it. It's a good thing I had my own Clorox wipes so I could do it myself. If I could do a negative number in stars I would. I used to come here to have my car washed and detailed at a reasonable rate, roughly around $50, and they did great work. Now I come in and pay almost $70 to merely get a wash, vacuum and my leather seats cleaned. If I want everything they used to do I have to pay $35 for each additional service. To do a full detail that would be about $140 in addition to the $30 wash and vacuum. I don't know if they changed ownership or what, but I won't be returning. I have to eat and I can find a comparable service for a better price. Be warned, the cars not the only thing to get taken for a ride here! read more

I have a black vehicle and they did the worst job I've ever seen. I got the $20 wash and they didn't wipe off anything on the inside and the car was still covered with rain spots because they let it dry in the sun. The worker said the spots wouldn't come off so I took a damp towel and wiped them off right in front of him. Complete waste of money. read more

I was hoping for better. I have been here numerous times through the years, and sometimes I'm not sure why I go back. It's great if you just want a basic rinse off and towel, but they are really lacking in quality. Not meticulous at all. Pretty good when they just do the exterior, but when it comes to the interior, well, it's not good at all. If you have anything caked on, like a splatter of some sort, they're not going to rub that off. They'll pass over it with a towel, and if it doesn't come off in one pass of the towel, well, the dirt is going to stay. Their work on the interior is very minimal, even when you pay 95 dollars for a detail (which is what I did today). I think the object of the game is speed, not quality. Get 'em in, get 'em out. That seems to be the motto of this Supersonic. If you're looking to knock the dust off of your new car or truck, this is the place. If you want a detail like YOU would do yourself, you won't get it here. read more

I like this car wash. I have a monthly pass, just the $21.99 deal, and I think it's well worth it. I wash my car once a week (more if needed) and then use the free vacuums afterwards. The staff has always been friendly and the employees who dry the car after the wash are always willing to give the inside windows a quickly wipe too if we ask (We usually tip them if we ask for this since it's not part of our membership). I paid $110 for a full interior detail and left my truck there for 2.5 hours to be cleaned. I showed up and underneath and between the seats still had wrappers, dirt, and garbage. The interior windows and rear view mirror had vinyl shine all over them and hadn't been touched by glass cleaner or a rag. The cup holders were still dirty, the door pockets hadn't been touched, I'm confused what they did. I should have just paid my 5 year old a few bucks to take his toy vacuum and play around inside. I showed it to a manager when I picked it up and was told to leave it for another hour and they'd try to fit me in but they were short handed that day and he couldn't guarantee they'd get to it. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. When I started with this wash about 3 yrs ago it was family owed and they cared about their customers, but ever since they got bought out by a foreign company their service has gone by the wayside. They used to pre wash the vehicles prior to going into the wash to eliminate the heavy debris, but no longer do they do this and if you get lucky they may spray down the front, back, and left side only leaving the right side of your vehicle to be scratched up because of heavy debris and salt buildup. I have put in multiple emails to the corporate office in Orem with no response and I even left my phone number at this locations front desk and was assure that the new general manager would call back which also never happened. Another problem with not doing the prewash other than scratching your vehicle is that you will have to make multiple passes to get your vehicle clean before they hand dry it and just rub dirt in that didn't get washed off. They do not have underbody wash even though you pay for it and the wash was supposed to be updated with new equipment starting 2 yrs ago and all that has been done is a blue tarp hung in the wash area. So not only does this company lie about changes but they also do not care about anything other than putting the most vehicles through and to hell with doing a quality job. Do not waste your money here, there are too many good washes in the area that cost the same or less. Cancelling all three of my vehicles today. read more

I have multiple monthly subscriptions for my two vehicles. I liked supersonic because of the personal experience and good quality of service. Unfortunately, I have not been happy with Supersonic. I never see a manager presence anymore. I had an experience with the assistant manager who was impolite and went as far as not fully drying my car off. I had to get out finish the process I pay $50 a month for. There is only one girl who is consistently polite and professional. She's the Polynesian girl. She always is smiling and actually interacts with the customers. I feel almost all the other employees do not engage with customers. I don't even get asked if I like the car anymore. I don't know what changes have been made, but I want the old supersonic back. If things continue as they have I will not continue my subscriptions. read more
