I was number 34. When they call your number you give your ID and Insurance card. They give you a cup and you do your urine sample in the public restroom outside the clinic and you HOLD ON TO IT. Then they call your name to go in for your blood to be drawn. Start to finish, I was there for exactly 2 hours. They were organized in the way they handled the huge amount of people. They had 2 nurses inside taking blood. One nurse handling the intake. And another doing Misc organizing/managing. I have gone here in the afternoon once before and it was very quick and everything was done inside the clinic. I just think Saturday mornings are just extremely busy for them. Having appointments would be helpful, but they do things smoothly for the amount of people they're seeing in a day.

I was appalled by the lack of assistance available during the check-in process at Quest…read moreDiagnostics. The system felt both ageist and ableist, as there appeared to be no meaningful support for elderly or disabled patients who were clearly struggling. While waiting, I helped an 84-year-old woman check herself in, scan her documents, and navigate the process. I was happy to assist her, but I felt sorry that she was left to rely on the kindness of another patient rather than receiving help from Quest staff. Several other elderly and disabled patients also appeared confused and had difficulty completing the check-in process. In addition, the facility had only one working patient restroom, resulting in delays and frustration for those waiting to provide urine samples. In 2026, a healthcare company should recognize that not all patients are comfortable with or capable of navigating self-service technology without assistance. Quest Diagnostics should do better to accommodate elderly and disabled patients and ensure that support is readily available when needed. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return.

-1 star. Very bad experience. A student performed the blood draw on my child without informing us…read morebeforehand or asking for our consent. We were not told that a student would be involved. The first attempt on the left arm failed. When I asked what happened, I was told that my child's arm was not straight. They then tried the other arm, and the second attempt also failed. Only after I asked to speak with a supervisor and requested that someone else perform the blood draw was I told that the person was a student and was practicing. When I raised my concern on-site, instead of acknowledging the issue, I was told that students need to practice and that they were doing things correctly. But that does not address the main issue: Why wasn't I informed beforehand? If I had known a student would be performing the blood draw, I would have declined, especially for my child. Training students is the provider's responsibility. Patients and parents should be informed and given the opportunity to consent before a student performs an invasive procedure. What made the experience worse was that the student was not identified as a student before the attempts, and there was no apology after two unsuccessful attempts. Parents and Patients: Please ask before the blood draw whether a student or trainee will be performing the procedure.

Having forgotten my paper order, I had my doctor's office fax it in. My time came up to go in and I let the girl who first called me in know, and she said that after checking it hadn't come in; she'd keep checking and be sure to call me in when it did. Between getting forgotten and having to ask multiple people to check, it took almost 50 minutes for them to get me in, with my appointment happening happening about an hour later. It would've been faster for me to drive back home, get my order, and drive back... I've never had it take this long at a Quest where I've had to fax before. Staff explained bc it's all electronic to their computer system, their fax orders come in slower? On me to remember my paper orders but on a company to run efficiently. Hope issues like this in combination of electronic and human services can be more efficient in the future.

I suggested they notify corporate again to fix that to avoid hundreds of people scheduling appointments unaware they're booking for a closed facility.
