I was number 34. When they call your number you give your ID and Insurance card. They give you a cup and you do your urine sample in the public restroom outside the clinic and you HOLD ON TO IT. Then they call your name to go in for your blood to be drawn. Start to finish, I was there for exactly 2 hours. They were organized in the way they handled the huge amount of people. They had 2 nurses inside taking blood. One nurse handling the intake. And another doing Misc organizing/managing. I have gone here in the afternoon once before and it was very quick and everything was done inside the clinic. I just think Saturday mornings are just extremely busy for them. Having appointments would be helpful, but they do things smoothly for the amount of people they're seeing in a day.

I actually called the office to make sure I wouldn't get lost, and the receptionist who answered was incredibly sweet and reassuring. She even tried to help guide me to the right place. The office is located on the third floor in Suite 303. Once you walk in, you simply check in if you have an appointment and then take a seat. I waited about 15 minutes before being called, which wasn't bad. The person who did my blood work was very kind and gentle. The facility itself is quite cold, so I recommend bringing a jacket. Other than that, the whole process was smooth and easy, and my results came back within a day. I really appreciate that you can check your results online and that they provide clear explanations for each value with a color-coded sliding scale--it makes everything very easy to understand. Overall, this location is so much better than the one in Alhambra, which was always a mess. From now on, I'll definitely be coming here instead.

There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between customers. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big; however, the lot is often full very quickly. Each parking spot size varies. Some are smaller than others, so be careful where you park. Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, organized, and tidy. I highly recommend booking an appointment online and submitting your insurance stuff online. Then check in via the tablets in the waiting area or via your cellphone. Staff: The staff here are very kind, friendly, professional, and compassionate. I witnessed a little boy being very scared, and his phlebotomist was so caring, gentle, kind, understanding, and compassionate towards him. How cute! My phlebotomist was very chill, funny, and great at her job. I barely felt the needle going in. Bathrooms are pretty clean. They clean and disinfect the bathroom very often.

Multiple people in the waiting room were complaining about how long they were waiting, how the Arcadia Quest used to be much faster, etc. After waiting in stand-by for an hour, I and another person were told that we would not be able to come in as standby, without an appointment. With only 10 minutes left to the day, staff stated that there were still two appointments they were waiting on and wouldn't take us, even though those people were not present. Since COVID, Quest has used this online appointment system which makes things so difficult for multiple patients and seems inefficient to the actual work of getting blood tests done during the work window. Having forgotten my paper order, I had my doctor's office fax it in. My time came up to go in and I let the girl who first called me in know, and she said that after checking it hadn't come in; she'd keep checking and be sure to call me in when it did. Between getting forgotten and having to ask multiple people to check, it took almost 50 minutes for them to get me in, with my appointment happening happening about an hour later. It would've been faster for me to drive back home, get my order, and drive back... I've never had it take this long at a Quest where I've had to fax before. Staff explained bc it's all electronic to their computer system, their fax orders come in slower? On me to remember my paper orders but on a company to run efficiently. Parking is very convenient, there's a very large lot, and parking is free. Since my daughter had to fast, we wanted to do this before school so we got there first thing. We rang a doorbell to let them know we there and we were led back within 5 minutes. They took insurance information and the phlebotomist was perfect. She explained everything and it was totally painless for my daughter. I felt like the experience was total of 15-20 minutes total. They also will give you a note if your child is missing any school. They do share the waiting room with urgent care, so mask up if that might make you uncomfortable. We asked for masks just to be safe, but we didn't wait that long to go back. If your child needs bloodwork done, I do recommend this place.

The one near my work doesn't have availability until several weeks out, but this one had a ton of availability. It's a little run down and not in the nicest plaza but I think because it's kind of hidden upstairs, it's fairly quiet here which is excellent. They had the same check in process as other Labcorps that require you to use their computer check in system. Overall, everything was the same but it's just so quiet here that I'm giving it 5 starts.
