The receptionist wasn't rude and the the nurse taking my blood wasn't rude either so it was good service. Another feedback I'd provide is don't let patients cut in front of you. There was literally one patient whom cutted in front of me when I was giving my medical info so help with lines would be helpful. Other than that there was social distancing and the place was clean. The elevators didn't smell stinky like the 210 one. There was 1 odd experience where the front desk staff asked me to pay $10 cash (no one else was there) for my blood draw, when I NEVER paid before or after that 1 scenario. My insurance didn't change either so it seemed a bit weird... The staff that draws blood are usually kind, patient (even if there's a lot of people) and are efficient. After visiting almost weekly, I found that arriving between 2:30-3:30pm was optimal because there's no one there and you're usually seen immediately

I was sent by 416 Main Street to here since they could not draw my blood; I also went to 328 S Atlantic and nobody was there during office hour. I saw one patient's blood was too thick and had problem to draw, but the lady tried very hard to draw. I think the owner should at least add one more help. So the lady can take 15 minutes break every two hours legally, and patients can get more protection no mistakes happen because of busy. Instructed us to drive their Pasadena location. When we drove to the Pasadena location the same day, we were told the vision test was $35 since the beginning of the year. Which is not a bad thing, but it creates a waiting system especially for those without an appointment. Personally, I did not have any problem checking in or waiting to be seen. It was smooth sailing for me. But it really bothers me when our elders and those with a language barrier are treated as second class citizens when the people working there obviously also speak Spanish too, proven because I heard them speak it. I witnessed a shocking interaction where the two young women on staff escalated what should have been a very small disagreement- then refused service (likely a violation of CA Patient bill of rights law). When I left and went to a different Quest nearby, they told me they hear complaints about Alhambra Quest all the time and have also received patients that were denied care by the abusive staff.
