I called back several times and no one answered. By the end of the day I called again and someone else was able to confirm they had everything. She told me she would send me a link to fill out my forms. Very kind woman in comparison to the first. THEY HAVE NOT STOPPED CALLING TO SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT THAT IS ALREADY SCHEDULED!! THEY ARE STILL CALLING ME TODAY AND MY APPOINTMENT ON 9/30! The right hand doesn't not know what the left hand is doing! So, again, already scheduled and I have numerous calls, emails, text about scheduling... ok A day or two before my appointment I get a confirmation email and text. Mind you my MRI was scheduled for 5:30am and I had to checked in by 5:10am. It is almost a 45 to an hour long drive for me. I get there and check in and the young lady tells me my appointment had been canceled because they didn't have my insurance approval from my doctor. At 5am after all the shenanigans I had already dealt with... I told her there must be a mistake. I have the approval, you guys just sent me a hundred confirmation emails and text.. she then proceeds to tell me that it's canceled but still in the system and that I needed to sign a paper saying that if the insurance doesn't pay them I am liable.. it's 5am! What a bunch of baloney! Ok, then she is searching and doing her thing and thank the god lord and her tenacity to get this done correctly and professionally and I truly appreciate that. After everything she got it done. We checked in, paid, sat down for two minutes and got taken to the back. Did a quick load down on the process. They have a few nice private clean rooms. They smelled good too. You change, put your belongings in the locker, quick 15min. Everyone was so kind, professional. They made it as comfortable as Possible for the MRI.. I almost fell asleep I was so comfortable. If it wasn't for the amazing people in the actually office I would have given this place a one star. They were able to get 2 separate orders into one appointment, with one room and one really really good/kind tech. I had 2 separate comprehensive scans done and was on my way home within the hour. She didn't give me issues for forgetting my insurance card and allowed me to email it instead. MRI tech was also polite too. Was at the center for 45 mins tops to get my cabeza screened. They think they are the only testing labs in the community so they think they entitle to treat every patients rude and disrespected! It is my doctor's choice within their network to use them . There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big, but the lot does get full very quickly since they share the lot with a lot of medical offices. Some parking spots are smaller than others, so watch out! Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, welcoming, informative, and funny. Seriously, from the receptionists to the MRI techs, everyone was phenomenal. I like how the MRI techs walk you through what you'll experience before the exam starts. They also have a changing room / locker room for you to change and leave your stuff in. They have a nice mini waiting room inside with a bathroom and water dispenser once you exit the main waiting room. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum, but they charge 3% if you use your credit card.
