There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big, but the lot does get full very quickly since they share the lot with a lot of medical offices. Some parking spots are smaller than others, so watch out! Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, welcoming, informative, and funny. Seriously, from the receptionists to the MRI techs, everyone was phenomenal. I like how the MRI techs walk you through what you'll experience before the exam starts. They also have a changing room / locker room for you to change and leave your stuff in. They have a nice mini waiting room inside with a bathroom and water dispenser once you exit the main waiting room. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum, but they charge 3% if you use your credit card. read more

DO NOT recommend!!! The receptionist and front staff members do not have any skills to speak to patients. Office management: The front staff/receptionist needs major training on how to treat and speak to patients. They do not have any compassion, courtesy or respect for their elderly patients. They are dismissive and condescending. Staff: I'm sure you would not be too happy if your parents were treated the way you treat the patients that come into this facility. I do not recommend this place. Advocate for your parents. Be very selective, there are choices out there, be diligent and do your homework. Don't settle for this kind of service. I just wanted to thank the staff for the care and attention that was provided!! From the front desk to the ultrasound tech and the maintenance. Front desk- amazing people. Thanked me for uploading everything prior to my appointment, kept me up to date on the wait, and made me feel comfortable. This place has zero customer service. The most non-helpful place. I went for xray and had order from doctor. They wouldn't allow x-ray until they confirmed with doctor. Then they never read or sent report to doctor. Told me it would be done in a day. Do not go here. They are terrible. read more

Highly recommend this place for services you cannot find anywhere else. Came in for an MRI for two areas and one was canceled by the insurance company, which was frustrating. Thankfully John was super helpful in helping me understand what happened. He was patient and kind. I hope they promote John because he really went above and beyond. The office is clean and the scan is fast. The techs are nice and helpful. While I was there I spotted a flyer for an AI mammogram scan. I was told you can bring in your scan or do it there and pay $40 to run it through AI to scan and detect cancer. I definitely will be utilizing this service. I'm at risk for breast cancer and have to be tested every 6 months and this service would be a game changer for an earlier diagnosis. Once I do the service I will update my review. read more

Been coming here for years. Excellent service. Get all my imaging done here; ultrasounds, CT scans, biopsy, etc. Real easy service. Check in, pay, enough seating, get called in promptly exactly the time of my appointment. They offer evening appointments for some services which is very convenient. If you have an 8 p.m. appointment they call you in at 8 p.m. The technician provides timely efficient service usually done in 15 minutes or less. Plenty of free parking also. I had a pelvic ultrasound and it was my first time having a mammogram. First the entire staff that works there is very kind and helpful. I was taken in exactly at my appointment time and everything was explained to me. A special thanks to Mina who was the tech that conducted my mammogram. She was very gentle, explained exactly what she would be doing and even kept me distracted during the process. It did not hurt and was very quick. I have been here a bajillion times for visits for my whole family. I usually am frustrated with the experience because wait times are crazy and I spend a minimum of 1 hour waiting because they didn't take appointments for X-rays. Well they now offer online X-ray appointments. I was able to make an x-ray appointment for my son online prior to our visit. I filled out all required documents online at home and arrived to the lab 20 min before our 2:00 pm appointment. We checked in at the front desk, signed a paper to confirm some info changes, and then they called us in shortly after we arrived, took his X-rays, and we were out by 1:45 pm. !!! I'm loving this new process - it's so efficient and such a time saver and saves my sanity from having to sit in a waiting room forever. 5 stars for today's visit. read more

My son had a chest xray Mar 27 afternoon. No results sent to his doctor until today Apr 7 afternoon. When I called Radnet this morning to ask about it the agent can only advice me to go to the radiology center to personally ask about it. I went there immediately and was coldly asked to line up behind all the other walk-ins by a young harried guy. He didn't think my issue was worth an immediate "special" attention and repeatedly asked me to fall in line. That line looked pretty long so I just left. Never going back there. read more

I called to make an appointment and the A-hole that answered had the worst attitude towards me because I didn't speak mandarin! He kept laughing at my English because he couldn't speak English and kept making remarks in mandarin. Went in for a mammogram and ultrasound today. The office was clean and organized. The front desk woman right in the middle facing the front was very kind and checked me in efficiently. The nurse who ran my mammogram was very pleasant and calming to speak with. The nurse who did my ultrasound was very kind and patient. She laughed with me when I could not help laughing since I'm pretty ticklish. I even got results the same day. Everything was well organized and flowed well. I am a physician and a medical care consumer and Arcadia Radiology Imaging (and their affiliate in Pasadena, Imaging Specialists of Pasadena) are the absolutely worst medical organizations I've every dealt with. Extremely long phone wait times, schedulers with poor English mastery, disorganization, confusion - even the supervisor I spoke was surprisingly unhelpful. I think I'd prefer going out of state (or country!) rather to returning to either of these organizations. Thankfully there is a much, much better alternative in Pasadena (which I am not affiliated with in any away), Hill Imaging. read more

Nice place. Front desk girl by the name of Serena was really sweet. While we were waiting for the appointment, she noticed my fiancée was nervous and offered if she could help us anything. Medical offices need more staff like this. Caring and willing to do more than their job. After the exam two other staff members walked us to the next location. I didn't get their names but I know one was a student. They were both very pleasant and caring. Overall a great experience thanks to the staff. read more

Pamela the receptionist it's not profesional at all, I she don't know how to make my appointment and instead of asking for help to give me the best costumer service she had the nerve to tell me to came back tomorrow in the morning like if I have my time to waste to make a appt. As someone with cancer, I have periodic checks to see if it has metastasized. At the time of testing, I was told that my chest and underarm lymph nodes were "not normal." When I asked if they would check for an error, I was told that it was RadNet's policy to never discuss reports with a patient. I was told to hire a physician if I had any questions. My repeatedly asking, all the way up to the Corporate Complaints Department was met with same statement of RadNet's policy for their employees and physicians to never talk with patients about their reports. After about 3 weeks of sheer angst, my physician told me that the RadNet radiologist had probably made a mistake; the radiologist had probably meant to report "not abnormal" rather than "not normal." To date, RadNet has not contacted me to verify that they had made an error. I find RadNet's performance to be mean-spirited and unconscionable. Gordon B., PhD read more

They need technicians who cares about the patient. I went for three tests and the pelvic ultrasound they didn't do it because I have arthritis in my pelvic area. I had the pelvic ultrasound for years, and I have arthritis for a long time, they always did it, now that they have all inexperienced technician. They can't, very upset about this. read more

I think the staff is super kind but the results are super slow . My technician the day I came in was super sweet and helpful. I paid cash because i didn't want to wait for my insurance etc and it still took one week to get results . Other places offer results in 2-3 days , i feel they shouldn't take so long . Apparently they give you same day results if your dr marks it as urgent, my dr did that and left them a voicemail then three days later when i called they let me know his voicemail is invalid and he needs to call and speak to someone because they don't have access to their voicemails *what* After it took me 3/4 times of trying to get through to them each time, i don't think it's fair to not have easier communication for Drs , let alone us the patient. I used to love this place when it was Arcadia Radiology. But since RadNet has taken over, the quality of service has gone down both administratively and clinically. I came here this time for convenience only, because it was a simple procedure. But I can see now why my doctor said she does not like using this place anymore. I came in for an appointment on 2/26/25 for a Dexa /Bone Density scan and while everybody seemed nice, after seeing my report I can see that efficiency or accuracy is not their strong point at this facility these days. The technician and his training assistant asked me directly if I had "rheumatoid arthritis," and I replied directly "No, never." The technician then said that the person that scheduled my appointment put down that I had rheumatoid arthritis. I again replied "No, that information is incorrect." Adding, that the scheduler never even asked me any questions regarding "rheumatoid arthritis." The technician then assured me he would make the correction, with his technician in training, echoing the same comment . Yet, on the report i received, it is erroneously written that I have a "history of rheumatoid arthritis." I do not have a whole heck of a lot of faith in this place, therefore do not recommended it; no telling where the next mistake will be. read more

Excellent friendly staff and professional services. It takes less than half an hour to check in and finish the CAT Scan and Bone Density tests plus getting the test results on a disk. The staff who answered the call was knowledgeable and patient, I was given a detailed explanation of my procedure when I called to make the appointment. On my appointment date, upon arriving at the check-in desk, John was pleasant and helpful, he even offered my images and results on a disk for me to take home when the test was done. The technicians were hospitable, and Shawn guided me on my tests, making my experience safe and relaxing. I was waiting in line yesterday. I needed an ultra sound. I was given an appt but a week away. I waited awhile after seeing another facility checked back and they had late night spot. I was able to get in yesterday evening. Always check you never know if they have an open due cancelations. The staff was very kind, helpful and so easy to speak to and get all my questions asked. What ever you do, do not go to this place for a mri let alone any other services. I got a mri over a week ago and they failed to send my mri results to my doctor. I'm in need of those results for medical purposes. I've tried for over an hour to get ahold of anyone that works there but of course no answer. This place is a joke. All there machines are from the 80s and the techs will tell you first hand. There scheduling department or what ever is also a joke. They scheduled me a mri at 10pm prior. It's not easy when you find something alarming and your doctor orders tests. You drop everything to get checked. My dr ordered a breast ultrasound and I was refused service because I was 40 days late on my yearly mammogram. A policy my doctor and all other radnet locations have never heard of.
