Highly recommend this place for services you cannot find anywhere else. Came in for an MRI for two areas and one was canceled by the insurance company, which was frustrating. Thankfully John was super helpful in helping me understand what happened. He was patient and kind. I hope they promote John because he really went above and beyond. The office is clean and the scan is fast. The techs are nice and helpful. While I was there I spotted a flyer for an AI mammogram scan. I was told you can bring in your scan or do it there and pay $40 to run it through AI to scan and detect cancer. I definitely will be utilizing this service. I'm at risk for breast cancer and have to be tested every 6 months and this service would be a game changer for an earlier diagnosis. Once I do the service I will update my review.

I somehow fractured my left foot toe, and I needed x-rays from this location to show to my doctor. They were friendly, and on time. No complaints.

I went in without a tear and there technician ripped my breasts so hard she torn it from the skin.

It is truly a wonderful place. I recently was diagnosed with a mass in my brain. Over the past…read moremonth, I have had a CT scan revealing it. They went back one week later and had an MRI with contrast, which showed only the one mass near my cerebellum, no other spots. The good news was that it's in a good spot for a somewhat simple removal. Then, I had to go back for a 3rd set of scans using CT contrast on pelvis, abdomen, and lungs to check for cancer. Good news again, all clear, no cancer! Making appointments was super easy with their team, and they are very well organized and professional, and imo the main thing, kind. They gave me a CD with the images for each scan after the tests and sent over the reports to my neurologist within about 2 hours. My doctor called me instantly to go over the results. One last thing I am terrified of needles, so I was afraid of the IV PROCESS and butterfly needle with contrast as well. Both people who administered the contrast were amazing and gentle, and my experience was great. I highly recommend this facility. So, from a major scare to possibly now a small operation, I am feeling a lot less stressed.

My visit today was for an ultrasound. Yesenia was very, very kind, gentle and professional. If you need to come here for one of the services pay attention to this sign, one way is for ultrasounds and another door closer to the street is for CAT scans and x-rays etc.. The facility has always been clean. The bathrooms are well-stocked and clean. The gowns they give you are clearly washed. I definitely recommend this location if you are in need.

I am a high risk patient and I was told I have to be checked every six months. And when you call the number nobody answers the phone. Just recording saying they're the best. Very frustrating. They advertise they are number one facility. Arcadia is an affluent community. It's a shame the service here is so bad. I can give it a zero if I could. I will never , never go back to this place. I just hope I don't get a bad diagnosis. This place is so bad. And I heard I'm not the only one complaining. Very sad. Edit : I just spoke with Leila (director) of the center. She was apologetic. I really appreciate it very much that she reached out to me. I know it's not their fault. This is the first time that this happened. I explained to her it was out of frustration but talking to her at least made me feel we as patients are able to express ourselves. Staff are actually great . The only suggestion maybe if they will accept is at least is review their advertising so it doesn't disappoint. Thank you Leila for being considerate and understanding . Truly grateful. Thank you

Office experience-NOT GOOD, FAIL! I was late for a 2:30pm…read moreappointment & had to be there at 2:10 or 2:15. It was supposed to be a 25 minute drive but it took me almost an hour due to traffic & road construction. It also took another 10 minutes or so before I got called to the front desk, the line was too slow. THEIR FRONT DESK SYSTEM NEEDS TO IMPROVE. I was already stressed out because I fasted, was very thirsty, was in pain & was late. I don't think a patient who needs to have an important ultrasound done would purposely be late for this appt. The front desk person who helped me, right away "SCOLDED" me for being late. I was already on edge to begin with. As I was explaining why I was late even if I DID GIVE myself plenty of time, 1 hour, to get there at 2:10pm she took on this condescending manner towards me & continued to lecture me as if I were a child. She said "that's why you have to give yourself a plenty of time for the appointment." DUH!!! I live 15 miles away, gave myself an hour or so to get there. In short, appointment was cancelled. Unfortunately, sometimes s**t happens! I prepared for it, I fasted, didn't have any water & certainly did not foretell that there would be road construction & traffic. Maybe next time I will give myself 2 hours to get there. Also, I worked as a front desk receptionist too & in customer service before & the attitude she had was/is absolutely not acceptable. I was not able to get her name because I was very upset. She was the young asian girl/lady with long black hair. She needs to be very careful & considerate to patients. She has no idea what the patients are going through. I am not asking for extra understanding, patience & consideration. I am asking for respect. I am always understanding & patient with front desk people like her because I know the nature of their job. I have never complained nor was I ever rude to any medical front desk receptionist ever! This lady or this girl had attitude & was condescending to me. I called her out & she said she wasn't condescending, just explaining. Yeah right! I just wanted to get out of there right away so I was not able to get her name. If she does not understand the nature of her job, the nature of the industry she's in, what it takes to deal with PATIENTS, perhaps she needs to undergo more training or get another job. She is dealing with people that may have a lot of pain AND or serious medical conditions, the last thing we need is to be scolded. I am not going back there and deal with rudeness. 1 star because their front desk system is/was INEFFECTIVE and since I was not able to interact with anyone else but her & IT WAS NOT GOOD.

Where things completely fell apart was the follow-up and customer service. A few days later, I received a letter from Huntington-Hill Breast & Imaging Centers saying I needed additional imaging and to call their number to schedule. Naturally, that was stressful to read -- getting a callback after a mammogram is scary. But when I tried to follow the instructions, their phone/AI system was awful to get through. After being transferred around and spending way too much time on hold, I was finally told that they don't even do the test the letter told me to schedule there. Instead, I had to call my doctor to be referred somewhere else. This made no sense to me. Why send a letter directing patients to call you to schedule if you can't actually perform the recommended imaging? It feels careless, especially considering how stressful breast health follow-ups already are. To make matters worse, when I spoke to a staff member, she said she had no control over the letters. I get that it's not her fault personally, but the system is broken -- and patients end up paying the price in stress and wasted time. Overall, the in-person visit was fine, but the communication and phone experience were really disappointing. If you're going to send out official medical letters, they need to be accurate and align with what your office can actually provide.

Terrible Billing Practices & Unprofessional Behavior -- BEWARE!…read more I had an extremely disappointing experience with Women's Imaging Center and Dr. Morris-Chong's office. We were charged $250 up front for a screening that our insurance, Blue Shield, confirmed was covered 100%. Blue Shield was shocked that this facility charged us the way they did. While billing mistakes can happen, the real problem was how the office handled (or rather, mishandled) the situation. Even after we sent them the official Explanation of Benefits clearly showing full coverage with no copay, they continued to deny the facts, gaslight us, and insist that our insurance required payment. We had to get Blue Shield directly involved, and they confirmed not only that the visit should have cost $0, but that they had already paid the center -- meaning the office attempted to double-dip from both us and the insurance. To make matters worse, trying to get a refund was a nightmare. Front desk staff like Barbara C. dodged calls and gave the runaround, claiming she didn't handle billing and would "talk to the doctor " and that "the person that does billing hasn't been in the office at all". Really? How is that possible? After a few calls someone did eventually email us but that person did not seem knowledgeable with billing practices. After weeks of back-and-forth emails (where we were nothing but professional and polite), they agreed to refund only $160 (they confirmed they were mailing it out July 7th) -- not the full $250. Weeks passed with no check, and when it finally arrived at the end of July, it was for only $90. After that? Total silence. They completely ghosted us. Blue Shield has contacted me to encourage me to file a grievance against this practice as they feel cheated as well since they already paid them long ago and are shocked by the mishandling of their billing with our case. We have full documentation -- emails, call logs, and letters from Blue Shield confirming our position -- and are happy to share them with anyone considering this practice. This isn't about the money; it's about the principle. No patient should be treated like this, especially when already dealing with the stress of a suspicious medical finding. Absolutely unacceptable and unethical behavior from a healthcare provider. Avoid this place at all costs.

She had the best bedside manner and explained everything to us to the point where we hardly had any questions. Whatever questions we did have were answered thoroughly. After the appointment, our nerves were calmed as we knew what to expect and were no longer in the dark about what the next steps were. I worked in the medical field for 12 years. I have never encountered a doctor like Dr. Morris. She is what every doctor should strive to be. Absolutely the best experience! I can't forget her office manager, Barbara! She is absolutely amazing--very professional and caring. Made the whole process simple and streamlined.
