I was seen within a couple of minutes of my appointment and I was on my way home five or six minutes thereafter. The phlebotomist was professional, courteous, and fast. What more could you ask for? I suppose people have reasons for showing up without an appointment but it's not a good idea.

I've had one too many terrible experiences at this Labcorp location…read more The older lady likes to use the largest needle to draw blood and then proceeds to lean on the armrest while she's drawing blood (which hurts!). TWICE I've had them totally skip over and NOT draw all of the requested lab tests. One was really important so I've been almost obsessively checking, calling and messaging Labcorp about it. Then I find out from my gynecologist office that it was never drawn!!!

Place needs a better system to accommodate for walk-in's though. They apparently switched to a new system, and for some reason my mom kept receiving notifications to complete some forms. The website link they made me fill out also doesn't work either. Good try though. The lady who handled my MRI paperwork was quite nice. She didn't give me issues for forgetting my insurance card and allowed me to email it instead. MRI tech was also polite too. Was at the center for 45 mins tops to get my cabeza screened. This place still has its flaws and one of the few imaging centers in sgv that accepts medi-cal recipients. If anyone has the option to, I'd recommend to go elsewhere. Huge 180 from my visit from several years ago where front desk staff were extremely rude.

They think they are the only testing labs in the community so they think they entitle to treat every patients rude and disrespected! It is my doctor's choice within their network to use them . If i have a choice i wont use unprofessional service when they are in a professional field. I asked her to let me talk to the manager , she said no. Just come back another date she that set my new appt without letting me know when i thought she checked me in for my appt. I drove an hour drive to here and i did called her and said because the freeway i came from have accident in the front so traffic will be 10 mins late when i arrived she get my ins card , id and i thought she checked in and she went yo back office and dont say anything then come up and said see me next time. She literally wasted another 10 mins and she blamed on me. She could have tell me and dont check me in and wasted my time and said dont see me! I like this place better than Kaiser. Their MRI is different. It's not as enclosed as Kaiser's so you feel like you could breathe a little bit better. You know you're not trapped. They really want you to be comfortable and I appreciate that. They gave me earplugs, a mask to wear over my eyes, they had good music playing, not only that but they check in on you often. I felt well taking care of, and I appreciate their service. I think my favorite part was that it was late at night. I didn't have to deal with any traffic at all. Love that. It is located on a fast street. When approaching, you should slow down otherwise you could end up passing it.

I had a lumbar spine MRI completed at the San Gabriel location. My doctor was upset because the…read moreradiologist hired by Prime Imaging did not include all the injury information displayed in the MRI. Thank God that Kerlan and Jobe Dr Chon is thorough and cares about reporting the proper information regarding injuries . My Doctor was able to report what he visually seen in the MRI and the Prime radiologist had to revise his initial findings. With this in mind do you really want to go to a place that doesn't properly read the images? Injury damage equals treatment and possible compensation. I wouldn't go back to Prime .

It was my first mammogram and they made me feel comfortable, explained each step, inquired if I had any questions/concerns throughout the process and really put my at ease. My doctor recommended a diagnostic mammogram and my usual imaging center did not have the proper…read moreequipment so I had to make an appointment at this Arcadia location. Part of the process to schedule an appointment included uploading a copy of the doctor's order, which I did during the scheduling call. The person making my appointment informed me I MAY also need an ultrasound but never mentioned I should get my orders updated to include an ultrasound. Appointment day came, and I was turned away because I didn't have the ultrasound order. They rescheduled me and said they would contact my doctor to get the updated orders. I asked twice whether they wanted me to contact my doctor and was told twice, no, they would do it. Second appointment day came and you guessed it.. still no ultrasound order. To be fair, and this is why they get at least one star,they tried calling my doctor's office both times. The first time they were closed and the second time they were closed for lunch. So again they wanted to reschedule me. I don't know about others, but I don't just sit around all day waiting to leave for doctor's and radiology appointments. I took time out of my work day both days only to be turned away. It would be nice if their appointments process included a review of patient's orders to ensure they align with what the appointment is for BEFORE the patient arrives. I will now drive farther away to have my imaging done because I sincerely hope I never have to step foot in this place again.
