Another low rating for this hole but who cares, right? Can't comment on the quality and accuracy of test results because I don't have a way to assess that side. But the consumer service is pretty pathetic. One lady in the entire office doing all the tasks form the front desk to running collecting blood samples and who knows what else. But again, who cares, cuz that's all that's available for many of us.

Waited 1.5 hours after checking in. Saw two lobbies of people go and still didn't get called. Asked…read morehow much longer and told 10 mins. Care from male lab tech was friendly, but subsequent female techs were cold. Had bloodwork done, came to find out the machines are not calibrated enough or well enough resulting in a catastrophic misdiagnosis that I dealt with for 9 months. Went to a different lab to find out I was completely fine. Pretty horrifying experience.

They don't do appointments. I came here on a Saturday morning at 7:29am (they open at 7:30) and…read morethere was already a huge line. They opened the doors and gave a number to each person in line. I was number 34. When they call your number you give your ID and Insurance card. They give you a cup and you do your urine sample in the public restroom outside the clinic and you HOLD ON TO IT. Then they call your name to go in for your blood to be drawn. Start to finish, I was there for exactly 2 hours. They were organized in the way they handled the huge amount of people. They had 2 nurses inside taking blood. One nurse handling the intake. And another doing Misc organizing/managing. I have gone here in the afternoon once before and it was very quick and everything was done inside the clinic. I just think Saturday mornings are just extremely busy for them. Having appointments would be helpful, but they do things smoothly for the amount of people they're seeing in a day.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask…read more All patients are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between customers. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big; however, the lot is often full very quickly. Each parking spot size varies. Some are smaller than others, so be careful where you park. Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, organized, and tidy. I highly recommend booking an appointment online and submitting your insurance stuff online. Then check in via the tablets in the waiting area or via your cellphone. Otherwise, you will have to submit all your insurance stuff on the day of your appointment and it can be kinda annoying. Just an FYI, Do NOT do walk ins. My phlebotomist told me that some people who walked in there without an appointment at 6AM are still there waiting to be called because they prioritize people who made appointments first. My appointment was scheduled for 10:40AM. So people who walked in at 6AM had been waiting for 4 hours already. That's crazy! Btw, even with my 10:40AM appointment time, I still waited an extra 20 minutes before being seen. That is how busy they are. Staff: The staff here are very kind, friendly, professional, and compassionate. I witnessed a little boy being very scared, and his phlebotomist was so caring, gentle, kind, understanding, and compassionate towards him. How cute! My phlebotomist was very chill, funny, and great at her job. I barely felt the needle going in. Bathrooms are pretty clean. They clean and disinfect the bathroom very often.

First time at this location, typical horrible experience with the Quest appointment/walk-in system…read more Seems like this might be their new location since the Huntington one closed (think they merged the Yelp accounts, which is why two reviews are showing up here for different places). Multiple people in the waiting room were complaining about how long they were waiting, how the Arcadia Quest used to be much faster, etc. After waiting in stand-by for an hour, I and another person were told that we would not be able to come in as standby, without an appointment. With only 10 minutes left to the day, staff stated that there were still two appointments they were waiting on and wouldn't take us, even though those people were not present. Since COVID, Quest has used this online appointment system which makes things so difficult for multiple patients and seems inefficient to the actual work of getting blood tests done during the work window. Repeatedly disappointed with the way they run the clinics and policies. Their location email address if you need to send an order, since they also make this difficult: pscvu4@questdiagnostics.com
