Highly do not recommend coming to this site. Front desk employee named Stella was extremely rude and kept berating me for asking a question about insurance copay charge. I came multiple times before and previously confirmed with my insurance the copay amounts (since I need to go often to get blood work done). She contacted the manager, who confirmed that the amount I brought up was correct and that Stella's amount was not. Stella raised her voice at me and verbally harassed me while I was filling out paperwork and even followed me to when I went in to get blood work done, stating that I was still wrong even though she already confirmed with her manager what the amount was. When I finished and came out, she still continued to raise her voice at me. If you intend to visit this site, please beware. read more

I came in at 4pm for blood work and a urine sample. There was no waiting and I was the only person there. The young lady that helped me was nice and quick. The instructions given to me were very clear and straightforward. I got out in 20 minutes. There is also convenient parking behind the building. I did not encounter any issue during my visit, so I will definitely consider coming back in the future, especially during the afternoons. read more

Very bad service. I called them many times asking them questions but not answered. So I had to visit in person. When I went in, I tried to calling again to see if their phone worked or not. The phone kept ringing. The staff siting at the phone just ignored it. I asked them why they refused to answer the phone. They just said they were busy and they would not answer any phone until they were not busy. I told them if they could have received my phone, I would not have to come in person. There is only one employee who works here, and she's pretty much the rudest you can get. You can tell she doesn't want to be there, she'll roll her eyes at you and stay stuck on her cell phone. It took me awhile there because I had trouble with my insurance and she was unable to locate it. As I kept contacting my insurance to update it, I needed a different number because she gave me the wrong one. I also had questions for her but she was always taking her personal phone calls on her cell phone. Super unprofessional! Then later after my insurance was corrected, I sat there waiting and she was doing paperwork. I ask her if she was waiting for me to do my urine test first because I was unsure of what was happening. I sat there for a bit so decided to ask her, and she says with the most snobbiest voice "I'm doing paperwork." She looks at me, looks down and cleans her desk then takes me in. I asked "is this sun labs"? She said "yes how can I help you" (At least I think that's what she said). It sounded like she was in a bathroom or hallway, definitely had the phone on speaker. I said "I'd like to make an appointment" she replied but it was unintelligible. I said "what"? She screamed at me (no joke) and said (I think) "No appointment, walk in"!! There are issues with both the people in front of me, which from my understanding of overhearing the conversation, is totally avoidable with someone who is actually familiar with the office and system. My husband went to this lab for blood draw/test. They lost his insurance ID card!!!! They told my husband that they couldn't find it?????? What kind of lab service is this?!!!! Besides, they even told my husband that his name didn't show up in their system. That's why they were not able to do blood test for him today. But my husband's insurance was active according to the insurance company Aetna. They asked him to call the insurance. Even after the insurance company said my husband's status is active they still won't do the blood test on him. Waste of our precious time. read more

My husband just went in for lab work, and walked in on the young Hispanic girl, holding hands behind the reception desk making out with her boyfriend. He was not a staff member and apparently came in to bring her coffee. She even asked her boyfriend if he wanted to wait outside or wait in the back office while she attended to my husband. Definitely should have checked Yelp. Google had a 3.9 rating. You can't even make an appointment it's first come first serve which would be great if I wasn't working. Why IS there only 1 person doing check in with the same gloves she uses to draw my blood. AND this is the 1st time I've had to pay a copay for lab work. This is my arm after the visit. Only 1 person runs the lab so it will take you at least 2-3 hours to complete your lab work. This one individual draws the blood and checks in patients. I was in line from 7am and got out by 10:15. Customer service is horrible! Additionally the lab was unsanitary. Urine samples were left out on the receptionists/ secretary desk where you sign in. For my understanding biohazard material should be stored properly away from others. Lastly, they charge you extra fees if you use a credit card so use cash. read more

Very good service and quick even though there is only one people work there. I went to another sun lab to do a two hours sugar test. After waiting for 40 minutes, they told me they didn't have time for me. They sent me to this lab. The minute I went In there, there were a lot people waiting and I told her I need at least two hours. She immediately arranged me to get blood draw first because she tried to let me finished the test before the lab was closed. then I waited there for two hours to do another two blood draw. She explained to other patients why she had to do that and thanks for their understanding. Thanks her very much. read more

Prior to coming in I gave them a call to see if an appointment was necessary. I had to call multiple times before my call finally went through only to be greeted by a rude tone and told no appointment was needed. I came that same day and was told that the test I needed done could only be performed M-F. Reading the comments it seem idiotic that only one person runs the whole lab and then be told that a specific test is only performed certain days of the week. The weekend passes and I come in; there's a few other people ahead of me and the woman is tending to someone. I'm standing there stupidly waiting to be told something (eg "please sign in and we'll get to you shortly"). I end up taking a seat and the person next to me rudely tells me to sign in- I sign in and take a seat again. The woman finishes talking to the man and I get up and try to on hand her the power given to me and she rudely tells me it's not my turn and that my paper is to be submitted when I'm seen. Overall the communication skills of this woman are quite terrible. More people definitely need to be hired in order for them to run and efficient business. read more
