When we arrived, a Hispanic female employee was sitting in the corner near the front counter, using her phone instead of assisting patients. I said "hello?" before she finally came over to help us. We needed to complete a stool test today. She asked whether we wanted to take the test home or complete it there. We told her we were ready to do it today. She then gave us a urine cup with the lab order inside the specimen bag. I asked where the stick was to transfer the stool into the container. She told me they didn't have any sticks and suggested that we use our hands. I was shocked. She then gave us a pair of gloves instead. I told her there was no way a large laboratory company like Sun Lab should be out of such basic specimen-collection supplies. She eventually went to the back and came out with two sticks, saying, "I found these for you." After my boyfriend went to the restroom to complete the stool test, she went right back to sitting in the corner using her phone until the location closed at 12 PM. I am raising this concern with the manager because this was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. If management sees this review, I strongly encourage you to review the security camera footage from today, August 8, 2026, around 11:15 AM to verify what happened. There were also two other Asian employees working at the location. They were standing and actively working, while this Hispanic employee was sitting in the air conditioning and using her phone. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue appropriately.

I checked in at the self serve kiosk at 10 and there was an option to get text messages if you don't want to wait inside which I opted for. I stepped outside to wait in my car and two mins later I got a text saying "Please enter our service center and have a seat, you will be called soon. No need to check in again when you get inside." Omg I thought it was just it acknowledging that I had checked in so I didn't go inside. I kept checking my phone for another text and by 10:30 I was like maybeeeee that was theee text? I stepped inside and sure enough, it was. I didn't realize it until the tech who drew my blood had said it was sent out at 10:02 and tbh I was so embarrassed that I thought it wasn't the right text that I played it off like it didn't go through. 0: I know I'm terrible but I just want to give this place the kudos it deserves! Tanisha was my tech and she was so friendly and efficient. I was in and out so quickly! My experience with quest in the past wasn't the greatest but I can tell she cares about the people she sees and I was very grateful to have had her encounter. Def recommend this location!

The lady at front counter was very polite and tidy in her appearance. It turns out she would be the one to draw my blood. Her name was KARLA and she was one of the best phlebotomist that have ever drawn my blood. She engaged me in conversation and that distracted me. Before, I knew it she was done. I got to my truck ripped open my box of chocolate covered raisins when my phone rang. It was Karla advising they missed one test! Argh ! Too late I was halfway thru my box. I returned on Friday and had a completely different experience. The lady at front counter was nice enough. But, she looked very messy, her hair was raggedy ann red. She kept making weird faces. I waited at least an hour, the man who drew my blood was ok. He wasn't as gentle as Karla. I bruised from his draw. So, my suggestion is to go when KARLAS working shes the best!

I had to lift my arm out of my one sleeve so he could draw my blood. Then he gave me the instructions for the 2 stool samples. One had to be refrigerated. I took the 2 tests back the next day. He asked if I had the paperwork. He had already made a copy of the order, so I thought that was odd. I ran back home and picked up the paperwork. The facility closed at 2:00, so when I walked back into the facility, it was 2:00. I made the comment that I was glad that I made it on time. The phlebotomist said, "Well, you showed me one of your breasts, so I waited for you. I was so shocked that I didn't know what to say. I had an appointment with a gastrointestinal doctor the following week. He looked up the results of the 2 stool samples. He stated they weren't there. I went back to Labcorp, and the lady at the front desk had no idea. She told me to call the corporate office. That was a joke. I called, and the customer service rep had no idea where they were. She actually told me to come back in and redo the tests. I told her that the tests had to be done at home. Really?? I made 4 phone calls to Labcorp and finally spoke to an actual person. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He left me on hold for a long time, then finally took the information. A supervisor did call me back, and I explained the problems. He told me that it was probably lost. How would it get lost since I gave it to the phlebotomist? The supervisor told me that he would call me back. He never did. Is this the way for a facility yo operate? I would never go back there. The phlebotomist was unprofessional, and they lost 2 of my tests. Those tests were very important.

Not sure why all these reviews say that the staff is friendly. Most other labs said I needed a dr referral but the owner IS the referral so it made that much easier. He responded fast, and was able to get me in the next day no problem, I was in and out in 10-15min. He offers an instant result there or he can have the lab test it and results are expected back in roughly 3 days. He let me know as soon as the results were in and made the entire process super easy. Highly recommend.

Today I went to Quest Diagnostics at Hacienda heights, with a long list of lab work. One of the…read moresheets was from LabCorp. My primary doctor thought I still had the old insurance, so she emailed me all the lab requests, which had LabCorp on the paper. My insurance no longer covers that, so I went to Quest Diagnostics anyway, because it's so hard to contact my primary doctor's office to change it. Natalie, the person who drew my blood, patiently re-entered all the codes into the computer to match Quest Diagnostics. I was so nervous that I asked her how many vials of blood she would take, and she said ten. That made me even more nervous. She asked me if I had been drinking water. I said I had, and that I'd drunk a whole bottle, because I've never had a good experience with blood draws. I mostly kept my eyes closed. When she put the needle in my arm, it was only a pinch, so she was really an expert. I remember being traumatized by another doctor who took my blood, but Natalie's entire energy was very calm, friendly, and connecting. We need more people like this in places of high anxiety. After the eighth vial, I felt dizzy, and when I opened my eyes, I had double vision. She asked whether she should stop, and I told her to just finish. Then she took me to another room and put wet cold paper towel on the back of my head to help with blood pressure or something. I quickly chew on Chinese dates that I prepared for. I normally don't do well with fasting especialIy after 12 pm. I felt good feeling taken care of. Thank you, Natalie!

They keep saying: "oh, we're busy right now, we'll calling u back." It never happens. All lies. Zero calls back. Worst one, the NP was yelled and didn't even want to listen to the complain, and hung up. Waow! What a service! Super epic. They called, inform about "something" that wasn't a clear instruction, and wanted us to check with a neuro specialist. How to communicate with the next doctor, if the instruction I received wasn't clear? If u inform something to someone, and someone communicate it to someone else, and it became unclear what do you want, cannot give response back, get the hell out pls. Do it yourself. Don't care what u want anymore. When I asked, "nicely"... their response was: oh, we're VERY busy right now, we WILL call you back. PRETT!! "Liar!" And the NP was saying: "don't u understand that we're VERY BUSY!!" "You need to listen to me!" (When she's the one NOT listening!) (After I called 3x and waited for them to call back like almost 8 hours???) Don't u think I AM NOT BUSY MA'AM? I was "too busy" waiting for your response, just to ask, what do u want from the neuro? From the kidney doctor? What the hell u want? Explain it nicely, not so complicated ma'am "busy-in-the-world." I'm sure the doctor is a nice person, but NOT the ma'am NP! She's a fucking bullshit!!! Not a profesional at all. They tend to hanging up their phone OR just blocked u into a busy line, so when u called them, NOONE (like literally noone) will pickup the phone OR listen to your voicemails. Their phone is broken, just like their heart is broken. Probably, just come to their busy office, and see how "busy" they are blocking people's phones call to make a very QUIET room. Wow!!
