Holy cow they're efficient here…read more I had an appointment at 10:10am on a Thursday and it was my first time there. I checked in at the self serve kiosk at 10 and there was an option to get text messages if you don't want to wait inside which I opted for. I stepped outside to wait in my car and two mins later I got a text saying "Please enter our service center and have a seat, you will be called soon. No need to check in again when you get inside." Omg I thought it was just it acknowledging that I had checked in so I didn't go inside. I kept checking my phone for another text and by 10:30 I was like maybeeeee that was theee text? I stepped inside and sure enough, it was. I didn't realize it until the tech who drew my blood had said it was sent out at 10:02 and tbh I was so embarrassed that I thought it wasn't the right text that I played it off like it didn't go through. 0: I know I'm terrible but I just want to give this place the kudos it deserves! Tanisha was my tech and she was so friendly and efficient. I was in and out so quickly! My experience with quest in the past wasn't the greatest but I can tell she cares about the people she sees and I was very grateful to have had her encounter. Def recommend this location!

The one word I have to describe this office is chaos. Too many people. Too small of an office…read morespace. Not enough chairs. Patrons watching videos with loud volume on their phones and others enjoying speakerphone or FaceTime calls in the waiting area. Is there a secondary waiting area? Yes. Did any of the staff let anyone know about that waiting area? No. Are there any large signs in the waiting area letting people know about that secondary waiting area? No. Was staff walking over to the secondary waiting area to see if anyone was there when they didn't respond to their name being called by the front office or the phlebotomist? No. So is there practical use to that secondary waiting area? No. Not at all. Automated check in which is nice if you are young and can manage technology, unfortunately most of the patrons are elderly and/or have some level of disability. Even though individuals can select their language when they check in this apparently is also confusing. The front office staff yell back and forth which is terrible in a small office space. When I have come to accompany my parents, I always end up helping others check in also. They first try to ask the staff for help but unfortunately are ignored then look around and ask me (or anyone) for help. Even then, staff simply just ignores their patrons. Really this is a horrible environment for a medical office. And the security officer Michael is completely unhelpful and unuseful. The best way to come for blood work is to have an appt. If you have an appt they try to keep on time. If you walk in, vaya con dios mi amigo. Even at 8:30am the walk in wait is projected to be 2 - 3 hours long. Now can you understand why the waiting area is jam packed with no place to sit or stand? The one time I actually came for myself was a mess. This ended up with both my arms used as pin cushions and the end result was using both hands (because they couldn't get the poke on either arm or one hand). This was after I informed them they would need to used a butterfly. I guess they don't believe me despite the fact that at my age I know my veins and I know what works for me. After all the failed pokes and having to sit there with warm compresses on both arms and hands and having to pull in a second phlebotomist they finally used a butterfly and got it. Too bad they didn't listen to me when I first got there but maybe they get some joy from poking and digging uselessly into people's arms and hands. Needless to say I hate this place. This location is the worst. I would have given them negative 5 stars if that was allowed. There are other labor locations and I would recommend trying them unless you have no choice. Or better yet, if your insurance allows, go to Quest.

The phlebotomists are all proficient and courteous. Compared to the Quest Diagnostics labs and staff in and around Boston, MA, this place really shines. Their system is also punctual. Your wait is no more than 10 minutes from your scheduled time. But don't go early. My husband once went half an hour prior to his appointment time, but his name on the screen kept being pushed back as others checked in with appointments prior to his. He ended up being seen exactly at his scheduled time. This facility is conveniently located in the same strip mall as 99 Ranch Market, Bank of America, and a few small eateries. So there is ample parking, and easy to get food, money, and groceries.

First poke on the left arm the nurse was not successful she poke my either tendon or muscle because there was no blood coming out. Sadly this is the closest lab my insurance would take and other than that make appointment beat the waiting in line. The wait room is filled with patients it's crazy. Also if your vein is like my thin and it moves. Tell the nurse using fine needles.

A friend recommended this clinic, and I'm glad I listened. From check-in to checkout, the entire process was smooth. The staff were kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable right away. I expected the referral process to take days, but they handled it quickly and kept me updated. When I needed medication, the prescription was sent out without delay. It's rare to find a clinic where everyone genuinely seems to care about helping patients. Their efficiency, professionalism, and friendly attitude turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive experience. I would definitely return and recommend them to family and friends.

They keep saying: "oh, we're busy right now, we'll calling u back." It never happens. All lies. Zero calls back. Worst one, the NP was yelled and didn't even want to listen to the complain, and hung up. Waow! What a service! Super epic. They called, inform about "something" that wasn't a clear instruction, and wanted us to check with a neuro specialist. How to communicate with the next doctor, if the instruction I received wasn't clear? If u inform something to someone, and someone communicate it to someone else, and it became unclear what do you want, cannot give response back, get the hell out pls. Do it yourself. Don't care what u want anymore. When I asked, "nicely"... their response was: oh, we're VERY busy right now, we WILL call you back. PRETT!! "Liar!" And the NP was saying: "don't u understand that we're VERY BUSY!!" "You need to listen to me!" (When she's the one NOT listening!) (After I called 3x and waited for them to call back like almost 8 hours???) Don't u think I AM NOT BUSY MA'AM? I was "too busy" waiting for your response, just to ask, what do u want from the neuro? From the kidney doctor? What the hell u want? Explain it nicely, not so complicated ma'am "busy-in-the-world." I'm sure the doctor is a nice person, but NOT the ma'am NP! She's a fucking bullshit!!! Not a profesional at all. They tend to hanging up their phone OR just blocked u into a busy line, so when u called them, NOONE (like literally noone) will pickup the phone OR listen to your voicemails. Their phone is broken, just like their heart is broken. Probably, just come to their busy office, and see how "busy" they are blocking people's phones call to make a very QUIET room. Wow!! Applause to their profesionalism. That's how they got their profesional degree. Just blocking people's phone, and do prescription till their patient's kidney is broken.
