I saw someone complained about having to enter their SSN to book an appointment online, I entered a mock number and was fine. I knew they had to verify info when i check in anyways. waiting time at the appointment was just a few mins. Staff was overall friendly. I had a really hard time communicating with the assistant when I'm in the room, pre-doctor. She had a mask on, and she spoke softly, and stood behind me to do the intake. I turned around slightly to hear her better but it wasn't much better. We did a lot of back and forth with the same questions she asked me, mostly her having to ask the questions again. It was a quick check, I had an ear infection and nasal infection. yay to 2026 The whole appointment was about 20 mins maybe. I got the right meds and gor better within 3 days as the doc projected. This clinic caught my eye since it was close and the reviews were great. I called and confirmed they took my HMO card before scheduling a same day appointment. The person on the phone was nice and provided all the information i needed and confirmed my insurance will cover it free. I went to the facility and they greeted me walking in and sign in was a breeze. I did had to fill out a first time patient form but i skipped the SSN and explained to her since i have insurance i shouldn't require it so she helped me skip that and once i was done; i waited like 5 minutes and i was let in by a girl named Leslie who gave me my covid shot. In another 3 minutes then i was out. She was very friendly and helpful. I was happy with my visit and plan to come back whenever i need any medical needs from them!

    It's complicated. This hospital is obviously understaffed but every single staff member that took…read morecare of me was excellent. I was in the ER for 19 hours because they didn't have any beds upstairs. That is unacceptable. But the doctors and nurses did their best to care for me until I could be admitted. Wen was part of the overnight staff and was incredible. The ER was not sanitary. The bathrooms in the waiting room and within the ER especially were not being maintained and I might have contracted the flu from using them. Once I was admitted to the second floor, the levels of care were exponentially better. I had around the clock care and a call button for if I needed anything. They made sure I knew what was happening with my body and gave me full control over my treatment options. The food was surprisingly acceptable; sometimes even good. One thing that I found strange was that I never was told about how billing worked or what my insurance would cover. I am lucky that they are contracted with my insurance and I only owe $50 from the ER. But it is concerning that I never was told about billing while I was there. TLDR: Hire more sanitation workers!

I've been here at least three times in the past year, and I've actually been coming to this medical group since I was younger because of my mom. She always trusted them, they took our insurance, and over time I just stayed with them. Now as an adult, I can confidently say they are a hidden gem. I don't know if healthcare should ever be considered a hidden gem, but that's exactly what this place feels like. They open at 11, and I'm writing this around 12:15, already being seen, which is huge. My situation today clearly qualified for urgent care instead of an ER, and I really appreciate knowing I can come here and avoid a chaotic hospital visit. What really stands out is how attentive everyone is, from the front desk to the clinical staff. I wish I remembered names because every single person I interacted with today deserves recognition. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, and even with an online check-in process, they still made everything feel personal. I was third in line and was quickly brought back for vitals. There was a medical assistant in training, and honestly, watching that interaction made me respect this place even more. You could tell she was nervous and learning, but she was incredibly kind, thorough, and professional. The trainer took their time, corrected gently, and clearly cared about doing things the right way. It was obvious they're investing in their staff, and I left thinking once she's fully trained, they're gaining another amazing team member. I've always been seen by nurse practitioners here rather than MDs, and that has never once been an issue. They're knowledgeable, thorough, and actually listen. Even when I've been in pain, the wait never feels unbearable because things move steadily and you know you're being taken care of. The facility itself is clean, organized, and easy to find. It's located in a medical building on the first floor to the left, and the exam rooms are spotless. Even when they're doing uncomfortable things like throat or nasal swabs, they're gentle and empathetic, which really matters when you're not feeling well. I'm genuinely thankful for this place. Every time I've come here, I've left feeling better and reassured. Today just felt like the right time to finally write this review because they've earned it through consistency, care, and professionalism. I truly hope they keep this standard because it's exactly what healthcare should feel like.

I asked the nurse why they had her in the ER for over 24 hours? supposedly it was bc she had to see a specialist. I told the nurse I needed to see a patient advocate immediately or I'm calling an ombudsman. Guess what?!?!?? The specialist was in my mom's room in 10 mins and she got a bed within the hour. As my mom's time in the hospital increased she unfortunately had to be intubated and was taken to the ICU. The ICU had the worst nurses!!!! The second shift was the worst. If I wasn't in the hospital the nurses were not cleaning her or moving her. Literally, everyone I arrived my mom was dirty. I had to request for them to clean her. I once was there and the nurse was letting her personal phone ring numerous times and her ringtone was ridiculously loud. My mom was intubated and would be awaken my the nurses ringtone and become uncomfortable. I asked the nurses if they could please lower her ringtone. The other nurses are like well it's not our phone. I asked if they could just press the button on the phone to quiet the ringer. When I went in my mother's room the nurse rudely closed my mom's hospital room door. Yes, my mom could close her room but all the other patients' doors were open and could hear the noise. However, it was late and I was the only visitor on the ICU, so the other patients had no one to advocate for them. Another issue was it took a nurse like 20 minutes to take blood from her. Then she realized she left my mom's IV on and had to retake blood from her. So, it took her another 20 minutes. Then, she had to get more blood she got blood from my mom's other arm. That took so long that her second sample of blood coagulated, so she had to redo her blood draw! Get this!!!! My mom extubated herself!!!! First of all my mom arms were supposed be restrained to keep her from doing this. So, the nurses in the ICU didn't realize didn't restrain her. So, if you hate your love one send them to this Kaiser to be tortured.
