Got there at 6:55am before 7:00am opening. 5 people waiting already. Even with no appointment I only waited 15 minutes total. Rachel the blood recharge was great. When I was leaving at 7:20am, all seats in the waiting area were already taken. Fyi: check in is at the 4 kiosks. read more

Got some time to write this review as we got a lot of people waiting at Labcorp. But what do you expect in middle of the day on a Thursday afternoon?. I had a TB pre-employment test and I was not able to schedule an appointment until the end of October. So I had no choice but to do a walk-in here today. The parking lot is a zoo. The parking spaces are way too small for the size of the cars we drive in 2026 Hopefully they have plans to redo the lines to make the parking spaces wider. TBC read more

-1 star. Very bad experience. A student performed the blood draw on my child without informing us beforehand or asking for our consent. We were not told that a student would be involved. The first attempt on the left arm failed. When I asked what happened, I was told that my child's arm was not straight. They then tried the other arm, and the second attempt also failed. Only after I asked to speak with a supervisor and requested that someone else perform the blood draw was I told that the person was a student and was practicing. When I raised my concern on-site, instead of acknowledging the issue, I was told that students need to practice and that they were doing things correctly. But that does not address the main issue: Why wasn't I informed beforehand? If I had known a student would be performing the blood draw, I would have declined, especially for my child. Training students is the provider's responsibility. Patients and parents should be informed and given the opportunity to consent before a student performs an invasive procedure. What made the experience worse was that the student was not identified as a student before the attempts, and there was no apology after two unsuccessful attempts. Parents and Patients: Please ask before the blood draw whether a student or trainee will be performing the procedure. read more

I've had one too many terrible experiences at this Labcorp location. The older lady likes to use the largest needle to draw blood and then proceeds to lean on the armrest while she's drawing blood (which hurts!). TWICE I've had them totally skip over and NOT draw all of the requested lab tests. One was really important so I've been almost obsessively checking, calling and messaging Labcorp about it. Then I find out from my gynecologist office that it was never drawn!!! read more

I walked in to Labcorp 622 W Duarte Road, #303, Arcadia, CA 91007 this morning draw blood. I checked in 7:22AM today, i waited until almost 9am, that's fine, the problem is the older woman who draw my blood left arm, all bruised and swelling now. I never experienced this in my life. Do not come here. read more

They do not manage appointment times. I waited roughly 50 minutes on a Thurs afternoon. My appointment time was for 12:30 pm but did not get to see a health professional until 1:20 pm. I have been to three Labcorp locations and the other two manage their appointments better. read more

I had an excellent experience at Labcorp in Arcadia. I walked in without an appointment and was impressed immediately. The office was spotless, calm, and professionally run. Angel at the front desk was exceptional--friendly, welcoming, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The staff was efficient, respectful, and clearly takes pride in what they do. It's rare to find this level of professionalism and warmth combined. Highly recommend this location if you want fast, clean, and genuinely great service. read more

I got there 30 minutes before opening and there was already a line.... but once the doors opened, they were a very well oiled machine. the staff was courteous and the room was clean... lots of free parking, too highly recommend read more

I had an appointment today and Peter was my tech . Omg he is the best tech ! found my vein very fast , I did not feel it once he inserted the needle nor when he removed it . He has such good hands ! Thanks Peter ! read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a laboratory. The staff were extremely rude, irritated, and aggressive, with absolutely no sense of responsibility. The samples were left unattended, and the place was overcrowded and disorganized. They clearly do not value people's time. Even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait for hours. I would not recommend this place at all. Never be there again read more

5-STAR review and deservedly so, clinic and staff awesome. Very easy to find big huge building lots of parking. They were able to book an appointment on the same day I called amazing. I checked in, 10 minute wait cool. The tech I had was the best ever. I'm sometimes a hard-stick (difficult to draw blood and painful) and she helped me to locate my good veins wow. She poked me didn't even feel it and got blood right away. I learned about 10 years ago if you're a hard-stick, drink warm water on the way to lab. When you get there while you're sitting move your legs and pump your arms. Works every time. P.S. I tried making an appointment at their Alhambra locale close to where I live nothing available until a month later, what!! read more

I had a few appointments at the Arcadia office. I heard the staff was very rude and impatient with elderly people. When it was my turn, the phlebotomist, Teresa, pricked my arm five times and punctured my veins, leaving bruises that took a long time to heal. So I decided to make another appointment, because that office is close to my home, but when I checked in, I asked the receptionist if I needed to get tested on the correct day, as my period was about to start. She replied that she didn't know. I asked her if she hadn't gone to school, since she would need to know the proper preparation for drawing blood. She arrogantly replied that she hadn't. I also spoke to the manager, and she tried to justify everything by saying that they only drew blood and weren't doctors, so they didn't have to know that. read more

Avoid this location if you can (if you are walking in) I came in and checked in at10.30 and still waiting and now it's over 2p.m. The guy told me there was 8 People in front of me at 11.30 and almost 20 peoole went in and I'm still waiting. Very inefficient and people just skipping you once someone with appointment comes in. It's not like they have 4 rooms 2 for appointments and 2 for walk-ins. If 4 people come in with appointment they will all be able to be served the fastest. read more

Not st this location for Labcorp. Really bad experience and reception. The guy who was in staff was great but you could tell he was under suppression. The woman on duty took her hand and flicked it at me to move. She had plenty of room . The Drs office up above said they had a lot of complaints. This location is on Alessandro and Fair Oaks, down stairs. It's a pass for me, and I prefer giving good reviews. read more

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All patients are expected to wear a mask. All of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is fricken huge because the lot is shared with so many other establishments as well. Come early or parking will be a pain. Establishment & Staff: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, and tidy. It is mainly appointment based. You can walk in, but the wait times are ridiculously long. The staff here are very friendly, attentive, and professional. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum. read more

I'm writing to complain about the staff responsible for blood work. I had bad experience at different Labcorp locations. It's dissatisfied for the safety and hygiene for the blood work procedure. The elderly staff who helps me for the blood work lick her saliva to turn the document pages when she check me in. Then she folded the gauze to cover my injection site after the blood draw but don't forget she just licked her saliva. This is not the first time I've seen for that so I don't want to keep quiet anymore. During the procedure, I found she accidentally dropped the glove on the floor and grabbed it back to her pocket which is full of unused gloves instead of throw it away. I worried about if I will get infected and especially when we are low immunity. Today, I had my blood work at other Labcorp location. It's very dissatisfy for the staff who did the blood work for me regardless for the short staff, and the waiting time is taken longer which the receptionist told us. The attitude from the staff who did the blood draw for me is so rude and neglect my pain. She wrap and tie super tight on my arm two times, makes me screaming out in pain and said she couldn't see my vein if the bandage wrapping is not super tight. Then she looks like annoyed by my painful screaming and insert the needle makes me very painful again. This is not the first time I have the blood draw experience, so I know my vein is visible as many medical staffs said. I never have such painful experience like this time. I understand that it is short staff and maybe work overloaded for her. However, she should not venting emotions to the patients and it's inhumane and disqualify as a medical worker. read more

I love this location because it's one of the few walk-in locations. Other labcorps you need an appointment and they are always booked at-least a week out. I arrive when they open at 7:30, check into the keypad and that's it. I find that they run efficiently here and all of the employees are skilled at catching the vein the first time making it quick and painless. read more

For the third time, the front desk claimed my lab orders were not in the system. I had to leave since there was nothing I could do. I inquired from my doctor and the assistant confirmed the lab orders were sent electronically. I called back the lab and was told the system was down. I could have understood that if they said that in the beginning. They tried to gaslight me by changing their story. They probably didn't want to admit that they didn't do a thorough search. I'm not going back to this lab. This is probably what they want. Less patients, less work, no wage reduction! Win-win for them! read more

Just walked out this office. The lady at the front desk was rude and inpatient, who claimed I was 15 mins late after I received the texts, but I was at the clinic within 10 minutes of receiving the texts. She acted like she was boss instead of trying to provide a service to patients. Very disappointed to this location. Driving to a different Labcorp location now. read more

I've been here twice and both experiences have been similar and very different than other labcorp offices in the area. Basically, it feels like a mess. However, while the wait is long, the actual drawing of the blood is quick and painless. - Expect to wait 45-60 mins PAST your appointment time. - The waiting area will always be crowded. - The receptionist is perpetually in a sour mood. - The tech (person who draws blood) is skilled and efficent. read more

They're amazing here!! Mama Teresa was awesome. I have very small veins and she actually found it easily. The Check in process, even for walk ins was very easy. It was long wait but it's understandable coz I didn't have an appointment. I had an appointment but didn't realize it was at another location until I got here. But I was still accommodated and lab was still done. It was a wait but I just did some work girl waiting and it was good. read more

The phlebotomists are great. The young woman at front counter is rude and nasty. They need to get rid of her. People are afraid to ask questions because she is so rude. Last time I was there a young man took over the front desk for a while. What a delight! He was friendly and kind. read more

Went to this location in the morning on 3/6/25 and, IMO overall this place is the absolute worst. Waiting times take forever. The front office staff (male) was very curt with us and demanded we pre-pay an estimated copay /co-insurance. Also, clearly there are no 'sick patient protocols,' (i.e. every time we've been there, there's at least one patient coughing up a lung, with an apparent 'no masks required' policy (or enforced, if they do have one). But of course, combined with their no mask required when you're sick policy, you're forced to sit in with the sick infected patients, with actual signs posted telling you that you can't wait outside of their office by the elevator away from the sick people. So essentially if you're not sick when you get there, you will be by the time you leave. I have been to the 301 Huntington lab also , and wow what a contrast. The 301 Huntington Lab is run so much more efficiently and professionally . The 622 lab could definitely take some lessons from them. read more

They have an attitude issue and they are very mean. I am talking about all the staff members

GREAT experience here, better than many of the other locations. Clean, easy check in at Kiosk, friendly helpful staff. We were a walk in around 2pm. Delia was a fantastic phlebotomist, barely felt it. The building is set WAY back from Duarte Rd and extremely easy to drive right pass and miss. read more

I took my parents and sister to this Lacorp and I agreed with others of the front desk are inhumane as either did not treat others as human beings or simply ignore people. Female receptionist played favoritism with the same ethnicity group by putting them first of walk-ins than on scheduled. Unfortunately, there are no regulations of their behavior. Hope administrator of the Lapcorp respond to the comments read more

Previous reviews of the front office are correct . The young lady is so rude and not helpful. The young man on the other hand is cheery and helpful . She might be good at her job but she is a bit..ch and should not be working with seniors at all. UPDATE Regan ? The person that responds with the same reaponse to anyone complaining about the lady at the front desk, has been aware of the front office issue and if you look back .. nothing has improved. I suppose its hard to correct employees attitudes. read more

I had an issue with reception. I contacted LabCorp, and received a prompt call back from management, who said they'd addressed the issue.

I just witness the worst front desk customer service ever. There were several elderly people that needed assistance checking in at the kiosk and instead of helping them she yelled at them and was extremely rude. She should NOT be in this field of work and definitely NOT in any customer service role. read more

I left because the front office staff are total #%^*. It makes me not trust them to handle my medical care with actual Care.

My mom got her blood drawn on 5/30. A huge bump showed up after got home. The elastic tape is so tight that the area around are purple and green. It has been 9 days and her arm is still bruised and expanded, the needle point is still swollen. Went to the office and asked if we should be concerned or see a doctor. the front lady says it's normal... how could this be normal. I ask if this happens to lots of people, she says yes. I would not recommend this lab. The phlebotomist who did the blood draw lacks of experience and should be trained before this happens to the next patient. I would've rate 0 star. read more

Front desk lady Veronica. Very rude and unprofessional. Makes you feel stupid and gives condescending and belittling vibes.
