Leaving it on too long (over 2 mins) can damage tissues, nerves, and alter test values, causing issues like bruising, pain, nerve damage, or tissue death (ischemia/necrosis) in extreme, prolonged cases. They call me right away if anything urgent happens. My mom has been very stable and very well taken care of here. It can be busy, so you need to get a number and wait your turn. I went this week (11/12/2025) and it was fairly quiet, but as I was leaving many people were lining up. The people come in waves according to the workers. The phlebotomist who was there when I went was very good. I barely felt the needle poke me. Parking can be a challenge. I actually called the office to make sure I wouldn't get lost, and the receptionist who answered was incredibly sweet and reassuring. She even tried to help guide me to the right place. The office is located on the third floor in Suite 303. Once you walk in, you simply check in if you have an appointment and then take a seat. I waited about 15 minutes before being called, which wasn't bad. The person who did my blood work was very kind and gentle. The facility itself is quite cold, so I recommend bringing a jacket. Other than that, the whole process was smooth and easy, and my results came back within a day. I really appreciate that you can check your results online and that they provide clear explanations for each value with a color-coded sliding scale--it makes everything very easy to understand. Overall, this location is so much better than the one in Alhambra, which was always a mess. From now on, I'll definitely be coming here instead.

The assistants at the front desk helped me fill out paperwork, so I was in and out within 10 minutes. $50 per test seemed kind of pricey - but I understand why now. They send their findings and report back within the next day, as advertised. In the emailed report there was also a break down of the sample, so I understood what percentages of material the sample contained. I appreciated the efficiency and professionalism of Micron, and will take other samples here in the future!

They had the same check in process as other Labcorps that require you to use their computer check in system. Overall, everything was the same but it's just so quiet here that I'm giving it 5 starts.

There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between customers. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big; however, the lot is often full very quickly. Each parking spot size varies. Some are smaller than others, so be careful where you park. Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, organized, and tidy. Multiple people in the waiting room were complaining about how long they were waiting, how the Arcadia Quest used to be much faster, etc. After waiting in stand-by for an hour, I and another person were told that we would not be able to come in as standby, without an appointment. With only 10 minutes left to the day, staff stated that there were still two appointments they were waiting on and wouldn't take us, even though those people were not present. Since COVID, Quest has used this online appointment system which makes things so difficult for multiple patients and seems inefficient to the actual work of getting blood tests done during the work window.
