Leaving it on too long (over 2 mins) can damage tissues, nerves, and alter test values, causing issues like bruising, pain, nerve damage, or tissue death (ischemia/necrosis) in extreme, prolonged cases. It can be busy, so you need to get a number and wait your turn. I went this week (11/12/2025) and it was fairly quiet, but as I was leaving many people were lining up. The people come in waves according to the workers. The phlebotomist who was there when I went was very good. I barely felt the needle poke me. Parking can be a challenge. The parking lot is small, so you may have to park on the street, but make sure you read the parking signs. Xie Xie!

I came on a Friday around 11am. There was no one at the front desk. I was hoping for a quick in and out but I waited for about 15 minutes before anyone came to check in the guy in front of me. Not sure what happened with staffing but it looked like there was only 1 guy working that day. I feel sorry for him but it's unacceptable to have a patient wait so long just to check in. The assistants at the front desk helped me fill out paperwork, so I was in and out within 10 minutes. $50 per test seemed kind of pricey - but I understand why now. They send their findings and report back within the next day, as advertised. In the emailed report there was also a break down of the sample, so I understood what percentages of material the sample contained. I appreciated the efficiency and professionalism of Micron, and will take other samples here in the future!

It's a little run down and not in the nicest plaza but I think because it's kind of hidden upstairs, it's fairly quiet here which is excellent. They had the same check in process as other Labcorps that require you to use their computer check in system. Overall, everything was the same but it's just so quiet here that I'm giving it 5 starts.

So it still being 12:30p I rushed over to this location and they were thankfully still there. Super fast and easy experience, friendly lady in the front who drew my labs. As long as you bring your ID and your insurance card and hand it over you're ready to go. An abundance of parking both outside @ ground level and in a lower structure as well, the entrance might be hard to see since it's kind of tucked away in the back but I posted it in one of the pics in my review. The system felt both ageist and ableist, as there appeared to be no meaningful support for elderly or disabled patients who were clearly struggling. While waiting, I helped an 84-year-old woman check herself in, scan her documents, and navigate the process. I was happy to assist her, but I felt sorry that she was left to rely on the kindness of another patient rather than receiving help from Quest staff. Several other elderly and disabled patients also appeared confused and had difficulty completing the check-in process. In addition, the facility had only one working patient restroom, resulting in delays and frustration for those waiting to provide urine samples. In 2026, a healthcare company should recognize that not all patients are comfortable with or capable of navigating self-service technology without assistance. Quest Diagnostics should do better to accommodate elderly and disabled patients and ensure that support is readily available when needed. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return.
