Leaving it on too long (over 2 mins) can damage tissues, nerves, and alter test values, causing issues like bruising, pain, nerve damage, or tissue death (ischemia/necrosis) in extreme, prolonged cases. It can be busy, so you need to get a number and wait your turn. I went this week (11/12/2025) and it was fairly quiet, but as I was leaving many people were lining up. The people come in waves according to the workers. The phlebotomist who was there when I went was very good. I barely felt the needle poke me. Parking can be a challenge. The parking lot is small, so you may have to park on the street, but make sure you read the parking signs. Xie Xie!

I was sent by 416 Main Street to here since they could not draw my blood; I also went to 328 S Atlantic and nobody was there during office hour. I saw one patient's blood was too thick and had problem to draw, but the lady tried very hard to draw. I think the owner should at least add one more help. So the lady can take 15 minutes break every two hours legally, and patients can get more protection no mistakes happen because of busy. The owner should also find out why people do not go to the other two places but here.

There was 1 odd experience where the front desk staff asked me to pay $10 cash (no one else was there) for my blood draw, when I NEVER paid before or after that 1 scenario.
