She didn't give me issues for forgetting my insurance card and allowed me to email it instead. MRI tech was also polite too. Was at the center for 45 mins tops to get my cabeza screened. This place still has its flaws and one of the few imaging centers in sgv that accepts medi-cal recipients. If anyone has the option to, I'd recommend to go elsewhere. I like this place better than Kaiser. Their MRI is different. It's not as enclosed as Kaiser's so you feel like you could breathe a little bit better. You know you're not trapped. They really want you to be comfortable and I appreciate that. They gave me earplugs, a mask to wear over my eyes, they had good music playing, not only that but they check in on you often. I felt well taking care of, and I appreciate their service. I think my favorite part was that it was late at night. I didn't have to deal with any traffic at all. Love that. It is located on a fast street. When approaching, you should slow down otherwise you could end up passing it.

Thank God that Kerlan and Jobe Dr Chon is thorough and cares about reporting the proper information regarding injuries . My Doctor was able to report what he visually seen in the MRI and the Prime radiologist had to revise his initial findings. With this in mind do you really want to go to a place that doesn't properly read the images? Injury damage equals treatment and possible compensation. I wouldn't go back to Prime .

I was worried after seeing the poor ratings and hoping my experience will be okay. Thankfully it was more than okay! When I called to book an appointment, I spoke with a nice staff (forgot her name) and she booked my appointment after checking I was in the system and obtaining my insurance information. After booking, I received a text message to complete some forms prior to my appointment - which took a few quick minutes. Appointment is approaching within a few days, I get a text with address info, my appointment date and time and what my copay will be. Plus, to confirm my appointment. I forgot about this text and they called me later that day for verbal confirmation. The appointment day comes and I have an early 9am morning appointment. The reminder does mention to come 20 minutes earlier. Parking in the morning is okay, but I can imagine it getting full for afternoon appointments. They open at 9, but people are there before 9 because 1st come 1st serve basis for their X-RAYS, etc. but for US it's by appointment, so I was seen right at the dot after checking in. I did have to fill out a form to provide my updated address and also paid for my copay before going in. The US technician was Sage and she was friendly, quick and got me out in 15 minutes. No frills! Overall, a positive experience and I believe they are trying their best to serve their customers to their best of their ability. Imaging centers always have a wait but I'm so glad they honor the services that has appointments scheduled!

Also very careful about you not getting radiation nor a shock. Each room is equipped with a machine for x-rays or mri. It's also well ventilated. Parking is bad horrendous. The parking lot is small, and is usually filled. I'm glad a security guard keeps an eye out. Overall, the staff does their jobs accordingly. I just don't understand why the front desk people are always so mean and rude. We get anxiety coming here, and unfortunately they make it worse. Also, the Monterey Park location has better seating accommodations in comparison to the Alhambra location. Monterey Park has two floors, and it has more seats available on both floors in comparison to their Alhambra locations. The first person I spoke to did not speak much. In fact, she just looked at me, as I was politely waiting for her to finish whatever she was doing. Since she didn't say anything to me, I just showed her my authorization letter. Fortunately, there was someone else who walked up and asked me for additional items. I was asked to arrive 20 minutes before my appointment. I was seen by the technician or technologist 5 minutes after the time of my appointment for my mammogram. I was then seen for my ultrasound within 15 minutes. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big, but the lot does get full very quickly since they share the lot with a lot of medical offices. I was told you can bring in your scan or do it there and pay $40 to run it through AI to scan and detect cancer. I definitely will be utilizing this service. I'm at risk for breast cancer and have to be tested every 6 months and this service would be a game changer for an earlier diagnosis. Once I do the service I will update my review.

Walked in to the facility and I was welcomed by all the front desk staffs, it only took me less than 10 mins to sign in, give them my information and take the actual X Ray. The staffs are extremely helpful and nice, the X Ray technician was very polite as well. My report was ready in 2 and half days, while being promised it might take 3-5 days. So I'm extremely satisfied with the rate they get things going so I don't need to sit around and wait for my results forever. The whole facility is very clean and quiet, parking was convenient located in the rear of the building. This is definitely going to become my regular imaging place.

There was only 1 lady working the lobby with the waiting room. The actual MRI is located outside in a trailer at the side of the medical center closest to the ER parking lot. The MRI tech and the student interning there were helpful, answered questions, and explained every part of the process. There's a curtain to change if you need to. It took around 20 minutes for the procedure. Have never had an MRI until now and it felt like I was in a tube subjecting me to alien sounds and error pop ups on a PC, but overall fine. They give you a CD disc with your scans on it as well as send it to the medical professional that referred you to their services. Not a bad experience overall.
