Leaving it on too long (over 2 mins) can damage tissues, nerves, and alter test values, causing issues like bruising, pain, nerve damage, or tissue death (ischemia/necrosis) in extreme, prolonged cases. I felt BAD for the older lady that was getting poke over 5times I will report this clinic they need to be healed accountable especially after I told the Asian guy drawing blood why he kept the turn the tourniquet on if the blood flow was already existing!! It can be busy, so you need to get a number and wait your turn. I went this week (11/12/2025) and it was fairly quiet, but as I was leaving many people were lining up. The people come in waves according to the workers. The phlebotomist who was there when I went was very good. I barely felt the needle poke me. Parking can be a challenge. The parking lot is small, so you may have to park on the street, but make sure you read the parking signs. Xie Xie!

So it still being 12:30p I rushed over to this location and they were thankfully still there. Super fast and easy experience, friendly lady in the front who drew my labs. As long as you bring your ID and your insurance card and hand it over you're ready to go. An abundance of parking both outside @ ground level and in a lower structure as well, the entrance might be hard to see since it's kind of tucked away in the back but I posted it in one of the pics in my review. Sat right down, the lady working there got my insurance info, got my blood drew and I was out of there in like 15 minutes! I was surprised at how quick the process took, since I was expecting to waste at least an hour. The lady working there was so nice! She was very friendly and a pro with needle. She was done drawing my blood before I even realized it. Quick and painless both figuratively and literally. This Lab isn't an actual lab. Its just an area sectioned off inside a pharmacy. For those looking for this place, its by the entrance facing Garfield Ave. inside the pharmacy.

I was sent by 416 Main Street to here since they could not draw my blood; I also went to 328 S Atlantic and nobody was there during office hour. I saw one patient's blood was too thick and had problem to draw, but the lady tried very hard to draw. I think the owner should at least add one more help. So the lady can take 15 minutes break every two hours legally, and patients can get more protection no mistakes happen because of busy. The owner should also find out why people do not go to the other two places but here.

There was 1 odd experience where the front desk staff asked me to pay $10 cash (no one else was there) for my blood draw, when I NEVER paid before or after that 1 scenario. My insurance didn't change either so it seemed a bit weird... The staff that draws blood are usually kind, patient (even if there's a lot of people) and are efficient. I was seen within a couple of minutes of my appointment and I was on my way home five or six minutes thereafter. The phlebotomist was professional, courteous, and fast. What more could you ask for? I suppose people have reasons for showing up without an appointment but it's not a good idea.
