Leaving it on too long (over 2 mins) can damage tissues, nerves, and alter test values, causing issues like bruising, pain, nerve damage, or tissue death (ischemia/necrosis) in extreme, prolonged cases. The people come in waves according to the workers. The phlebotomist who was there when I went was very good. I barely felt the needle poke me. Parking can be a challenge. But this place will exceed your expectations. It's very clean and well kept when you walk the hallways. The residents are taken care of well and you can see them walking and visiting each other. I was happy to see so many residents smiling as well as staff members interacting so much. My mom has gotten great care here and they always keep me in the loop of any changes in her health. They call me right away if anything urgent happens. My mom has been very stable and very well taken care of here. I was sent by 416 Main Street to here since they could not draw my blood; I also went to 328 S Atlantic and nobody was there during office hour. I saw one patient's blood was too thick and had problem to draw, but the lady tried very hard to draw. I think the owner should at least add one more help. So the lady can take 15 minutes break every two hours legally, and patients can get more protection no mistakes happen because of busy. The owner should also find out why people do not go to the other two places but here.

I actually called the office to make sure I wouldn't get lost, and the receptionist who answered was incredibly sweet and reassuring. She even tried to help guide me to the right place. The office is located on the third floor in Suite 303. Once you walk in, you simply check in if you have an appointment and then take a seat. I waited about 15 minutes before being called, which wasn't bad. The person who did my blood work was very kind and gentle. The facility itself is quite cold, so I recommend bringing a jacket. Other than that, the whole process was smooth and easy, and my results came back within a day. I really appreciate that you can check your results online and that they provide clear explanations for each value with a color-coded sliding scale--it makes everything very easy to understand. Overall, this location is so much better than the one in Alhambra, which was always a mess. From now on, I'll definitely be coming here instead.
